"A HUGE warehouse over two floors"
"Amazing in store service but do not bother ordering anything online"
"Bunnings cafe is my go to for lunch on my break"
"There is always parking whenever I have been, and I can always find one close to the entrance"
"I was 4 hours inside the car park while I was buying different material to build a structure in my car, after having bought several times material during that time, my surprise is that when I leave they charge me 36$ for the stay in the car "
A HUGE warehouse over two floors. Has it all for the homemaker, gardener, builder, tradesperson, home stylist and even pet owner. Tones of Christmas products at the moment. There is a cafe and even had a sausage roll outlet happening. The handy person’s Ikea! Hard to leave without a purchase. The even have free Wi-Fi!
Amazing in store service but do not bother ordering anything online. Bunnings use a bad third party service called ANC who's drivers do not want to deliver you product to you. The cost is over prices and they will only deliver products to common ground. Zero F given !!!
Bunnings cafe is my go to for lunch on my break. The cafe staff are my favourite people. Paula is an Angel and faultless, customer service is beyond perfect. Alyssa is always there to help, had the please of her being my server up the front and at the cafe too. :)
There is always parking whenever I have been, and I can always find one close to the entrance. Staff are friendly, and I can usually find help straight away if needed. It is massive so I have never had anything out of stock. This is my go-to Bunnings.
I was 4 hours inside the car park while I was buying different material to build a structure in my car, after having bought several times material during that time, my surprise is that when I leave they charge me 36$ for the stay in the car
Bunnings truly stands out as a premier hardware store. Navigating through their vast range of products was made effortless by the well-organized layout, and the staff's expertise was invaluable in guiding me to the right tools and materials
Big store with almost everything available to fix your house, backyard or whatever you want to. The older staff is very knowledgeable and always give nice tips to amateur DIY customers. Just be carefull when you hire any equipment esp from
It's a Bunnings with a fun vibe, lots of dogs and the indoor plant section looks like a mini jungle. Neat and well stocked but unlike the typical Bunnings this one is split into two floors and newly built. Feels more spacious because of it
I'm giving 4 stars because sometimes stock is not quite accurate, they say it's available but isn't on the shelf . Some difficulty getting staff members to help always seem too busy to help sometimes. Younger lads seem a bit more friendly
An employee by the name of Ren went above and beyond for me around Christmas Day. I had to get a large tree in my car and he was very happy to help me even though he was from another section of the store. I overheard him offering to help
A huge complex with ample of parking. Two full levels of items well organized in well labelled numbered isles. The staff team is knowledgeable and helpful, making it easy for customers to look for needed items. The check-out is swift and
Fantastic service, called to find out before a long drive if they had an item in stock, Zoe answered and looked up the part, said 14 in stock then transferred me to the paint shop were Asha confirmed it, well done Team Alexandria and all
Generally, it's a good Bunnings store. Nice and big. So plenty to be found there. This particular time. I needed to ask where a particular decking oil brand was. As it is a big section. And I had no idea. There was a woman at the counter
We needed a cordless chainsaw and were served by staff member Froi who went above and beyond in first assessing our needs then recommending a chainsaw and taking his time to explain how to use it. He’s an asset to Bunnings. Thank you Froi
Boxing Day morning time, bought 2 outdoor chairs, as there were only 3 left. Only one has plastic bag on it. Went to self check out, scanned both chairs, the male staff monitor self check out section directly went to me without greeting
Peter at the Alexandria store (located upstairs at the special order counter) gave me the best services I ever had. I was looking to buy just the shower head. But he explained that I better off get the one with the adjustable arm so I
I ordered Bistro Blinds online, confident in their availability as clearly indicated on the website. I paid for the blinds along with a $50.00 delivery fee, expecting their arrival within 2-5 days. To ensure a timely installation, I
Came here this afternoon to get some bathroom supplies, we waited at the customer service desk patiently to be served and the employee named Yasmin, Passively aggressively deliberately ignores us and serves someone else. I won't be
Thanks Glenn - the toilet expert who helped me to fix my cistern valve issue also installed the water tank for me, you’re a legend! Also big thanks to Au & and the lady (short colorful hair) work for tool shop!!! Love this place!

Hey Bunnings…thrilled to drive over to purchase a portable air con unit, only to learn all sold out. However, comforting to see that there were plenty of heaters available for this 40 degree heat. Well done …
Best place in Sydney for house construction and gardening! The staff is super friendly and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Everyone seems to know where every single item is and they actually want to help you find it unlike many
Priyash at the counter is always helpful for us. Every time we came here for purchase and staff in the upstairs comes different rules to make orders. But Priyash is always patient and thoughtful.
I want to thank Tyler from the Tools expert sector for his big help today in finding the right tool to solve a problem that without his help for sure will would not have been so simple to solve.
Probably the busiest Bunnings in the country. Trade section often full. Unfortunately with cars that don't belong in there or that are only picking up a packet of screws and a bag of cement.
The store is good but too big and staff are sparse. I miss the mascot store, it had the same items but in a smaller store so it was easy to park, run in and out to get what you wanted.
Rude lady on register at nursery checkout 11.37am today. Not my fault you were talking not doing your job and had to call me back after I had left store to check my empty bag.
Good sized Bunnings. Our Kiwi Bunnings phone app was nbg in Aussie. Good thing we had a local who installed the app and located the items we needed. The app is very useful.
Knowledgeable staff, good parking. Can take my dog so combine walkies with shopping (just remember to keep an eye on your furbabies to make sure they are behaving).
Came here earlier to buy some craft supplies and was helped by a young man named Peter. He was absolutely lovely and a massive help!! Absolutely made my day :)
I had visited this store a multiple times, very well stocked & visual displays are very prominent. Best place for key cutting and very reasonable rates.
Amazing experience, such a big and spacious location. Their customer service is first class especially Gloria who sent me off with a free Lego set!
Renovating my sons apartment. Had a good hour checking all the stuff we need for bathroom, bedrooms and living area. Fantastic range great priced.
Another bunnings I visit. Again, I would like more adults as stafd than young kids who have no life experience and cant help me with any answers.
BUNNINGS WAREHOUSE Our lowest prices policy means that if you find a competitor's lower price on the same in-stock item, we'll beat it by 10%
I bought a Mimosa 3 x 3.6m Charcoal Palermo Gazebo for $949. Unfortunately, during the assembly process, we discovered an issue with one of
Conveniently local. Courteous staff. Always find what I’m looking for. Great selection of things for your cats and dogs also.
This is the biggest and widest range of everything Ive seen in a Bunnings store. I,ll be back and soon.
Currently the biggest store in Sydney I think? They added pet supplies which is interesting.
