Very unorganised and totally waste of time. I booked a ute to be picked up from there. Went there and did the paperwork and paid deposit and 1 hour of cost for rental and got the key. Went to pick up the car front parking, when was driving off, one of other staff called us and asked if we hired the car, and when said yes, she said the car is not road worthy and couple of lights are on on dashboard. She asked us to go in and give the key back. Went in and asked if they have any other car and they said no. So we had to refund, and go to another branch. On the way to Seven hills Bunings, after driving for 20 minutes , the guy who did our refund called us saying he has forgotten to refund us the rental cost and asked us to go back to get that refunded. I was like are you serious, you already wasted 2 hours of my time and now I should come there and go back again and waste 1 more hour. Firstly if the car is not road worthy, why it should be available in website and be able to book it. Secondly why the staff shouldn’t know the car is not road worthy and do all paperwork and thirdly, why they shouldn’t care about people’s time. Never going to go back to this branch, total waste of time.

So went there to exchange vacuum cleaner and upgrade with the higher model and was assisted by a lovely lady . I requested to get the vacuum cleaner from the shelf and she grabbed one. Then there was a Racist and Nasty worker called Matt who works in tools section started yelling the worker and using hand gesture " hey hey what you doing you can't give from the shelf put it back, this is not happening". I told him I want it from the shelf and he said no. Then he gave me one on the floor looks like already opened. Then I went to the counter to make extra payment, then Matt started asking workers loudly and in front of other customers " where is she going why she didn't pay". Then the lady in the reception exchanged and charged me the money. Then Matt ran and asked me many questions why I'm exchanging it's not covered by warranty etc.'. I don't know what's wrong with this guy. He is short and Caucasian looking with glasses. I talked to the manager but don't know if they take my feedback serious. Matt you should be shame of yourself. You are so disrespectful and don't know what's wrong with you and treating customers bad. I won't visit this store anymore.

A heartfelt, colossal THANK YOU to the lovely SEHAM at Bunnings, Woodville, Woodville Rd, NSW. It's Saturday, 9 December, 2023, and the current heatwave is beyond stifling. Due to Seham's brilliant balance of professionalism, affability and efficiency, I was able to secure a portable air conditioner. Must mention these members of the Woodville Bunnings team - Sarah (concierge), Danielle (floor stock control), as well as Salah (customer service). Along with Seham, these people collectively de-escalated my levels of stress at the time and assisted me in finding precisely what I needed. Such assets to Bunnings. Thank you kindly.

dropped by bunnings to buy a few items from the tools section today afternoon (13/9/23) and during my visit there was 2 male customer that have left the tool section without paying and the employee just reminded him that tools need to be paid at the tool counter section. As soon as the employee said that, the 2 male swore at the bunnings employee calling him a DOG and stating that they are being discriminated. I would just like to pass on this message that the employee handle the situation well also his co worker a female employee stepped in and defend her work mate. 5 star rating for the bunnings employee!

worse customer service & rude staff when you want to refunded, i bought a shower head & went back there for a refunded the next day.! one elderly lady asked me why i need to refunded then i told her my sister said is not good that shower head.! i haven’t open the box or even get that out of my car, that elderly lady think i might put some thing in there so she forced herself tried to opened that box & gived up when she cannot opened it.! how the hell can she think i opened the box if the box still look prefect & string around it ‍♀️. very bad, avoid this store if you can.!

An absolutely beautiful bunnings store. Brand new and an insanely huge store packed to the brim with all your essentials and an incredible array of various other amazing accessories and products guaranteed to keep you busy beautifying your home for a long time to come. Amazingly clean and abundant underground parking for all. A genuine joy to behold. Am looking forward to spending more time there. I Strongly suggest and recommend that you visit this true jewel in the western Sydney collection of Bunnings Home & Hardware stores the next time you need something.

Garden centre is good and staff helpful, cheerful and available. As for the rest of the store, the staff consistently inexperienced and too interested in themselves, their phones and having a chat with each other. Spent more than 5 minutes waiting for staff assistance and nobody came despite the call to attend the isle and several ambling past. And some customers don't follow lines just walk past and get served...experienced staff I'd imagine would point out the line. Left empty handed and disappointed. Buying online at anywhere but Bunnings Villawood.

This is the second time my mother punchers something and bunnings villawood refuses to refund or return anything or should be read the teams and conditions before purchasing something from them it the worst severice and absolutely horrible staff and if it was to me I would not recommend going to a store that has the most rudest manger and horrible staff and that's just my opinion before you buy anything make sure you read the terms and conditions or purchase the mannual so they can make more money
