You would think all bunnings stores are the same but not so. Very friendly store but very difficult to get served at gardening section. Very long lines. Not clearly marked. I can see a riot happening one day. People need clear directions to avoid confusion. Plant stocks aren't as good as other stores and more expensive plants too.

Best Bunnings for stock around the area. I often go for returns and small or large amount of returns staff is always friendly with you. The lawn mower aisle has a fantastic bloke working there who always gets me out of trouble and is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Thumbs up to you all!

One Bunnings is like another Bunnings, all good places to go, but this one is bigger with more of everything. Don't forget the sausage sizzle, it's uniquely part of Australian culture and a Bunnings institution. Best of all is that it keeps many charities afloat. Just have a snag.

Staff were not helpful. They act like they don't want to help or don't want to be there not sure which one it is. Everytime I've asked for help they been too busy on their phones to even talk to me or sat hello. What happened to the good old days at bunnings! Not cool.

Dont order online. You may be paying for nothing because they don't update their stock. Even if it shows plenty of stock. Don't trust it. Other stores seem to update their stock much better than Cannon Hill.

The main room is large, but the shelves are half empty. It seems like this store is carrying leftover goods from other stores. Although, I bought something here that was already out of stock in other stores.

It is a flip of the coin with regards to customer service at Bunnings. Half the staff don't look as though they want to be there and nor do they have the knowledge of the product they're selling.
