Just moved into the area and this would rate as possibly the worst Bunnings I have ever been into. Service is atrocious. Staff too busy chatting to each other and even gave me attitude when I asked for a product. Got given the aisle number and when I asked where in the aisle they said 'left' with a hint of irritation in their voice. Was not going to move from stacking empty boxes to actually help. Booked the ute and had one person on the desk trying to juggle 6 customers. Four staff stood nearby chatting and laughing. Had to call on morning and whoever was on the other end kept picking up and putting down the phone. Then I got the after hours message. Kept dialing. 12 times and got through but had to hold on at least 5 minutes because someone else was in the 'system'. I now drive to Carseldine and what a difference! Worth the drive. Chalk and cheese. Stafford desperately needs a new manager. Tried to buy wood. No one to be found in that section. Took ten minutes to even find anyone and he was annoyed I had disturbed him. Avoid!

The staff are clueless here, you ask them how a product works or if they have a certain item in stock and they just say "i dont know sorry" like wow. Why work at bunnings if you dont know then... and the cafe staff!! Oh my god where to start im standing there with a drink i grabbed from the fridge and looking at food, another person is also looking at food to purchase, after it took me like 8 entire minutes to choose a meal for myself, i ask for it and the lady says "sorry we're actually closed right now" like wow hun dont you think you could of told me that when you saw me and another customer looking at the food menu in the first place!! Didnt you see my drink in my hand that i grabbed from your fridge? Have you got any common sense??? I could go on... don't even go here just go to virginia, better staff and service and more common sense and knowledge.

Large facility with heaps of parking and a dedicated garden supply centre.They supply and sell just about everything you will ever require for home and garden maintenance, improvements and upgrades. Varied range of hardware items. Complete range of well priced tools, paint, lighting. Finding a staff member can sometimes be an issue. This l have experienced at most Bunnings stores. Stafford is no exception.When you do engagea staff member, they are usually pretty knowledgeable and equally helpful. My only real complaint which does not effect my five star rating as Bunnings has effectively equipped me out of a tight spot on numerous occasions.

Thank you Matty and Ashleigh Bunnings Warehouse Stafford for the most amazing customer service on Friday. I was in a hurry and needed to have my plant cutting planted in a pot and ready to prepare for a fundraising 'voucher tree.' Their assistance was so customer focused I have become a raving Bunnings fan! Matty went out of his way to help, he prepared the plant in the pot and even added some rocks and I was able to deliver my professional looking fundraising contribution on time! Again, thank you Bunnings Stafford.

Good range and prices. Friendly young guy approached us as we were looking at the outdoor cushions and asked if we needed any help, we said we were ok and He replied "I'll be around if you find that you do". Found what we came for and were in and out in no time at all and the pup approves of the new cushions. Just need to make a couple of adjustments to get them to fit on our odd shaped furniture. ✂️

The people working at this Bunnings are amazing. I wanted to do a DIY project and as I am very inexperienced so I had to ask millions of questions. Everyone was super friendly and took the time to understand what I wanted to do and give me advice. Being a young woman trying to build things can sometimes be very intimidating and I can say I didn’t feel judged at any time. Totally recommend coming here!

I sent my support worker to buy me a mousetrap that's just under $11.50. The cashier somehow swiped it three times & cost $35. Luckily my support worker asked about this, was sent to a different counter to get my refund that's going to take several days to clear back into my account. As someone on a Disability Support Pension, I don't have this to spare for days. How often does this occur?

One of my favourite places. Great selection and helpful personnel (when not too busy). Only drawbacks are a sometimes slow re-stocking and changeable selection of products. Meaning you look at a certain piece of equipment, take a couple of days to decide, come back a week later and it's gone out of stock and will never ever be in stock again.

I frequently call up a few Bunnings to find out their grass stock until I find one. I always leave Stafford last because I’m on hold the longest there. I don’t think they’ve ever answered before I go on hold and I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes before. When they do finally pick up they’re professional and courteous, no complaints there.

A huge warehouse store providing all the needed equipment for do it yourself projects! Varying priced goods & brand names! All types of potting mixes & Potts! Beautiful healthy plants in the nursery! I want to shoutout to a particular staff member who was so helpful today - young LANCE who I accosted to assist with my busted ryobi pressure hose — THANK YOU so much for helping me find the right pieces and for extricating the snapped pieces inside the handle. Bunnings you have a lovely helpful staff member in LANCE !!

Store visibility is good due to a good position on a busy road. Parking access is easy with two access points. The staff I found are helpful and friendly. There's a large nursery area with a good quality selection of plants, shrubs and equipment. I received fast service at the café. It's quite a busy branch.

Staff here really need to learn what tool accessories go with what tools because when does a grinder wheel go on a timber drop saw this store has the worst staff a 2yo can give better advice you can totally tell they are only working for the money go elsewhere if you want proper customer service.

Sat on hold for 20 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone. The store itself is great, I'm just very bitter sitting here waiting...I know the phone is just sitting there...ringing...PLEASE PICK UP BUNNINGS STAFFORD. I'm starting to memorise your on hold message.

I mean who doesn’t want a sausage sizzle? I love how the staff here always know where everything is. Even the most obscure curtain hooks. One look, and they tell you “isle 7 half way down three shelves up, there’s some red things next to it.” Damn.
