"Great little store! Not your usual Bunnings Barn where you get a good long walk through 55 aisles of hardware goodies!! Small & compact it feels like you're in the country"

Great little store! Not your usual Bunnings Barn where you get a good long walk through 55 aisles of hardware goodies!! Small & compact it feels like you're in the country. Not such a long walk but it's a lot more compacted into a smaller space. Lovely quick friendly service, plenty of parking, well worth a visit.
Great store, great people, very helpful. Limited choice for items sometimes but i am aware they can order in from other stores. Delivery drivers from external company are every shade of the rainbow crazy but that's fine. Overall so helpful and fun to talk to. Wish they stayed open a little later.
Despite being a comparatively small store this store has nearly everything a home handy person needs and is worth a try before traveling further. In addition to its wide range of building requirements such as screws, nails etc, the customer service is useful pleasant, polite and helpful.

Staff are friendly and even though the parking is small, I've never had an issue finding a spot. The 3 stars is mostly for the smaller range of goods compared to other Bunnings stores, but I understand they don't have the same floor space when building on a mountain
My house needs a bit of work, and I went to this Bunnings and low and behold a staff member offered to rebuild my entire house! I was ecstatic after the offer and ended buying as many plants as could fit into my car. Would not fault, after all it is a Bunnings.
Great source of advice and info. Also hired a ute here to get rid of some green waste. The staff were great as the previous hirer was a bonehead. He returned it late, rather dirty and not refueled. The Bunnings side of the process was easy.
Went to Valley Heights Bunnings because of an item I required which stated it was in stock. Drove from upper Blue mountains based on stock availability as per the website. Arrived at Bunnings and spoke to a woman at the counter who stated
Staff are always cheerful and helpful. I have been going to this Bunnings for years I can't always find what I need but for a local Bunning store always great and helpful service. Staff often go out of their way to help find a solution or
Not a full sized Bunnings store so the range is a bit more limited than the larger stores but the service is excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Yes you can actually find staff in this store. Easy parking and pick-up with
I had to replace a pump for our water tank. I know nothing about water pumps. A knowledgeable and very helpful gentleman called John assisted me. I always get great service and assistance at Bunnings, but this gentleman went above and
Small and not suitable for tradies. The back of the store used to be for trades but have now been closed off. It's still convenient for the locals but better larger stores in Penrith are better you want the full range and trades.
An exceptional Bunnings with the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve had. Thanks to the staffs at the help desk, they are the stars of Bunnings.(The two ladies one with a "basket hat”). My best experience at "Bunnings....! “
It's always great to go to Bunnings. While trying to remember the shopping list I find quite a few other things i need. The staff are always helpful when I need to be point in the right direction or want advice on a project
Godda Be HAPPY they are OPEN and Staff doing their Best to be helpful! Customers SO NEED to be Chilled and have Empathy for them all. 1 customer Rude-as when I was their recently!!!! Truly??? How easy is it to Be HUMAN
It's fine for a small store but I may as well have been served by a wet noodle, watched as they let an older person struggle with a trolley while they had a chit chat and we ended up helping them instead.
Staff are good but this Bunnings is just not adequate. More often than not I find they either don't have what I need or don't stock it at all and have to go to the larger store at Penrith to get things.
Amazingly helpful, friendly staff in general store and professional knowledge in timber store both areas extremely well stocked. No need to look elsewhere save time and money. Thanks all, I enjoyed the
Stood at the paint counter for 20 minutes and not a single staff member even approached to help with my order. Such a convenient store for the mid-mountains and yet lacks customer focus - really sad.
The staff were very kind and friendly. The staff went out of their way to get me 10 bags of potting mix and compost which was still in the loading dock. They then helped put it in the car for me.
Employees, a few a rude! A few r helpful. The rude employees must not b Mountains residents. The shop itself is small w limited stock. Ring b4 u go there to c if they have what u want.
We like this Bunnings - not quite the range of the bigger premises in Penrith but don't have to fight traffic on Mulgoa/Castlereagh Rd. It's compact and mostly has what we need.
Small as Bunnings go but have most things the average person needs.. update... have added a whole other store across the road for timber, fencing etc... not so small any more..
Convenient location. Check stock before you set out, though. You might have to drop down to one of the Bunnings' in Penrith if you're after something specific.
The staff are great. But always remember this is a "traditional" store so they don't have everything like the stores in Penrith. Give them a call first.
Racist comments were made by the man working in the plant section who we asked to find firewood. Shameful behaviour and bad experience all around.
I only looked at gardening equipment and purchased two grape sequeteurs. Easier for women's hands. Seem to be low in other general stock.
Deliveries took over 3 days to get to us once ordered online and it was only coming to Blaxland! Slowest Bunnings I’ve ever dealt with.
It's a Bunnings but beware that it is in two pieces in different parts of the street. So you may have two stops to get what you want.
The staff go above and beyond at this Bunnings, this more than makes up for the fact that it is a smaller store than others.
It was very small bunnings but all I needed was a few thing and that store had everything I needed
Convenient but not the range of a larger bunnings but handy if you need something quickly.
They have a good garden centre and the staff are very helpful when you need information.
Superb service and friendly staff and heaps of stuff there for a smaller sized Bunnings.
Very good, a lot more items as all the timber and bulky items are across the road.
Great service. Very good location. Terrific product range. Very handy.
Quick stop on the way elseware. They had what I wanted.
Good mid Blue Mountains hardware store
Not as big as the 2 penrith ones
