Poor service. Placed order and had to repeat numerous times as lady was busy talking to someone else. Paid and waited for food to be told to go park cause it will take time. We refused to leave the window without our food as it was only 2 Boerie burgers. How long could it be to wait for that. Person behind was told a story by your young guy who had to carry his food to him. Shaking his head at us as if we were the incompetent ones. The guy behind literally waited 2 min for his food so what the head shacking was, only he will know. There were exactly 3 customers in your drive through at the time. Your young man needs to be taught that without customers he will not have a job. Staff need a lesson in customer service !! It's called a DRIVE THROUGH not a drive and park and wait!!

I am writing this with great concern. We bought two beacon burgers for dinner, immediately after eating mine... I started feeling stomach cramps followed by diarrhea, I was in so much pain I thought I was gonna die... My saliva also started to become thick I was so sick... My partner also experienced the same thing few hours later... They was definitely a bacteria or microorganisms in our food. This might be coming from the broken cold chain of food storage or dirty hands that handled our food, hands with Staphylococcus. I want burger king to investigate this and I want urgent feedback as there might be other people that might be victims of this poor food preparation practices... Can you please provide corrective actions ASAP.

I was very shocked to see how the food, service and Atmosphere went down. We went there yesterday for a quick bite. There was no toilet paper in bathrooms for my mother to use, food was definitely not made fresh, the patties stated as if it was made way before the time. There was no forks to eat the cheesy chips with and the tables was not clean. No one came to wipe off the tables when they saw we going to sit down I had to do it myself and still no one came afte. The refill machine was not working but there was no out of order sign. I'm not use to burger King being like this. Maybe staff needs a refresher on how to keep the service, food and Atmosphere on paar like I know it should be.

My chips were lovely, fresh and hot. But then I bit into my burger and when I tasted the pickles I asked NOT to be on (Twice!), it put me off. That, paired with paying extra for Pepsi and still getting Pepsi Max, spoils my lunch. Only reason it doesn't get 1 star were the amazing chips. Edit: Got a call from the manager yesterday apologizing. Asked me when I can come in for them to give me a complimentary redo of my meal. I told them I'd come in tomorrow (now today). Arrived today and was told by the staff that the manager was not in today and had communicated nothing to them. Now I've driven all the way to this establishment for nothing. Review dropped to star accordingly. Time to get some McDonald's.

Horrible place to sit down. About 20 people work there. They are all talking at the same time but not to the customer and not about work. They totally ignored me and I was the only customer at the counter. I asked if they were closed. Oooooooh! The lady said! Then she took my order. Noisy as hell. Won't be back. I always wondered why the place is so empty.

The lady at the operating the drive through intercom today 17/10/2022 18:24 didn’t get to see her name tag, however it’s either you take her back to training or you put her in the kitchen or anywhere where she does not have to deal directly with customers, “BAD!!” attitude, when I asked her and wanted clarity on the menu(the board I was looking at) she first asked which menu am I referring to as, as well as “she doesn’t know what I’m referring to with an attitude” quickly get her away from customers, BAD for business. All I wanted was my bacon king with loaded fries simple.

The food was ok. But I really hate being asked to move from the window into an inconvenient parking bay to wait longer especially when there are no cars behind me. I believe that the staff are just trying to improve their time per customer which is not a true reflection. Yesterday there were 3 cars all awaiting food in parking bays. I just got to the beach to catch the sunset, after ordering supper through the drive thru and was so excited to enjoy the burger that I ordered. I specifically asked for the new mustard burger with bacon, which my husband previously enjoyed... but when I opened the box to take a bite of this delicious cheesy mustard bacon burger.... there was no bacon... How disappointing!!! This is my favourite Burger King but I have no words because I did not enjoy my burger without the bacon and I paid for something that I never got.

I was so disappointed. I only received the burgers and the nuggets, even though the burgers had to be the meal. The chicken was so burnt, lettuce looked like old lettuce, with very little sauce on. The nuggets also did not come with the sauce. Tried phoning the store, since driver delivered the food, there is just no response to the call. Never had any bad moments here, the staff is friendly and the service is good. I just was not impressed with how the manager reprimanded his team members in front of staff. If you have an issue you want to raise, do so in private and in a discreet fashion, customers don't need to see that and employees don't need to be embarrassed like that. That has a psychological impact on the employee and affects their ability to perform to their optimal level. Please let's do better.

Ordered a Long Chili Cheese Meal and Wings... I fast realised the wings weren't necessary, they are by far the worst wings I've ever spent my money on, and there's something different about their fries, not at all like any other franchises fries.

Not a great experience. Kept taking order incorrectly down, the chicken was cold yet we ate there. They should stick to burgers as the chicken pieces are old and pre cooked then warmed up. Everyone stands around in front chatting instead of working. Workers sleep at the tables in the restaurant while on a break. Not a place I would go back too very soon.

I ordered a whopper meal for my son and after just one bite he was crying hysterically and wanted cooldrink. The burger had jalapenos and chilli sauce which I'd definitely not order for a 6 year old.There was an item missing from my order which I was fortunately able to pick up while I was still there only to find when I got home I'd be consoling a child who couldn't enjoy his burger. This is disappointing to say the least.

Order place 09:40. Time of writing this is now 10:47. Arrival 11:10. This is a longer waiting time than a sit down restaurant. There seems to be a big slow down in your time getting food out. This has happened previously and we decided not to order again. But you know, sometimes you crave Burger King... But now after this, we won't order again. And you will lose more customers because of this.

When I got to the drivethru collection point I was told to go and wait in the parking area since the fries still needed some time in the fryer... what's the point of having a drivethru if you must go wait somewhere else for your meal. And when they eventually delivered it they didn't bring the cooldrink, so I had to wait even longer.

Ordered on Uber eats. Got the wrong drink... Ordered pomegranate and got some yellowish green drink. Phoned the Cape Town number on the slip and got through to Secunda Burger King. My order was placed at 5:25 as i am writing now the driver he couldn't wait any longer since my order was not ready. I understand its loadshedding but i ordered 35 minutes before load shedding that should count right? I don't think you will be my go to place for my family meal before load shedding.. The second day in a row no plant based burgers available at a Burger King outlet. Previous day at the Table View branch. Service assistant completely apathetic unlike the assistant at the Table View outlet who at least apologised for the inconvenience. In hindsight I should have enquired with the managers on both occasions - my bad. More

At 4.30 on the 17th March I spent R600 on 7 meals at burger King Sandown, and I only got 2 tomatoes sauce. NOTHING ELSE. I didn't get the dip with my 2 nugget meals nor did I get the ice cream with my 3 children's meals. I had to ask for napkins!! And if I hadn't noticed I would have been a burger short as well! Terrible service.

Your food is amazing but the cashier that took my money was very rude! Bad attitude maybe she should not deal with customers directly, she was busy talking to the other stuff while serving me no thank you or goodbye just took my money while looking the other way and gave me my change still looking at whoever she was talking to.

Though there were out of stock of the Nacho sauce the lady who took my order suggested that I try the peri peri fries which I really enjoyed

According to business hours, confirmed by business on Google, the store closes at 11pm. I arrived at 10.28 and it was closed up with staff inside and they told me it was closed. May I suggest BK changes their hours on Google so that they are accurate as I drove out of my way for nothing.

I love this place it is completely underrated. Their family meals are fuller and less processed then that if McDonald's. My family of 6 loves eating here.

Ordered via Drive Through. They forgot 2x Medium fries. Called them, they checked on their side. Patience, the manager called back, apologised and arranged for the two missing items to be replaced. Slip ups happen, customer service was proper!

This is one of the better BK's in the Blouberg / Sunningdale area, I think the service and the food can be better and, in fact, needs to be as they have a big opportunity for improvement.
