found a perfect summer Tommy Hilfiger dress with $109 Macy's tag, stole it for $12.49...you know ladies how we just have to tell someone about our treasure hunt find. I had verbal encounters with 3 staff during the hour shopping and saw 2 others who were non intrusive yet aware, all 5 working not lounging, all decently polite. I wasn't familiar with Burlington outside of TV ads around the holidays. it's a great first impression and a score for them since I'm in that shopping center 3 days a week. always hoping to find some gym clothes and summer cottons, Burlington didn't disappoint with a lot of clothing brands outright tagged Macy's, and the household items seemed from a distance like what I would see at Macy's. it was not seconds or damaged goods. gotta be on top of getting what you like because the inventory probably changes daily and lot's of markdown racks to explore. most racks were shoppable as to the clothing being in proper place and not a ton of stuff making it hard to push the hangars around. I see also they have decent space dedicated to Plus sizing and men's wear.

This Store just opened but it’s an absolute disaster inside! Merchandise is broken, dressing rooms closed, “ shift managers “ are clueless. Sales associates DAVID & PRINCESS are rude!!! absolutely have ZERO problem solving or customer resolution skills. The only nice attribute of this store is THE GREATER who is super sweet and always welcomes you and smiles. Make sure you triple check your merchandise, if it’s damaged, then the untrained and uncivil shift managers will create their own policies based on your size looks and their mood and deny your return. Store manager is great to deal with and actually has people skills. Too bad the other associates are absolutely audacious !!! Very very disappointing experience!

First of all, I love Burlington!!! The store inside is beautiful and talk about amazing clothes at affordable prices. Especially during high inflation and everything costs 5 to 10 times the normal price. I was happy to seeing great prices. It is a brand new store and the representatives were very nice even though they were very busy. My daughter got a wonderful warm sweater and nice pants. My son got some great body spray and flannel pajama pants, and I got some Charlie perfumes and a nice festive blouse. I will go here a ton. Since the holidays are here they have beautiful dresses and amazing boots. If you are a boots fan, head on over to Burlington!!! I had a wonderful experience at this new location!!!!

Overall my experience here the place isn't very neat but I don't blame the employees though the customers just have to have some manners to put it back nicely, but the employees have to have the job to organize it back to its place,There aren't very much choices for the men,all basically a copy and paste,but for the women there is a lot of choices, The employees are really helpful and have long conversations with customers wich is nice but maybe they should consider to talk less for future customers so they don't get unhappy or unpatient. Overall it was good.

Absolutely disgusting store. Couldn't even push the cart because of all the things thrown on the ground. All clothes had stains from make-up, all shoes had stains like they had been dragged through the parking lot. Speaking of the parking lot, there was trash EVERYWHERE. Stood in line for 20 minutes and the line didn't move at all. Had a panic attack in line and had to leave the store. Absolute horrific experience. I have never seen such a disgusting store. What a nightmare.

I am so disappointed in this store. They scheduled my daughter for a phone interview but never called her. She called them twice and no one ever answered the phone. That is so unprofessional and bad for business. They have it posted they are hiring they must not need employees that bad. They didn’t even have the decency to send her an email. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I will never shop here again. I purchased a coat from them for my daughter at Christmas. The coat was to small so I went back to exchange it. I had the original receipt but the refused to exchange it because the tag was taken off. No where in the return policy does it say that. They treated me like I stole it. The manager was rude and obtuse and very disrespectful.

I’ve been here 3 times and every single time it’s trashed. Merchandise all over the floors, clothes thrown all over. It’s a fairly new store and it’s always a mess. I keep hoping they will clean things up but it’s pretty evident that a pleasant shopping experience is not a priority at this location. I think I’ll just keep driving to the Scottsdale location.

The worst place to buy something to give, I bought 80+ $ on clothing for Christmas and I always removed the price tag but not the brand tag, and I went to exchange some of the things because they doesn't fit for different sizes with recipt, and they can do it because I removed the price tags. Who gives a present with price tags?

This location is ok. There are a few empty shelves and some with little merchandise, but there is good stuff when you find it, and reasonably priced. Store was very messy and it really was hard to walk through some isles. It seems like theyre under staffed as well. Employess were very friendly

This Burlington is amazing they have so much more merchandise then other stores that I have to drive far to get to. There is a lot of deals and name brand. The manager Werner was very helpful and the cashier's were fast and nice.

Wow, it recently opened and...what a dump!!! Dressing rooms only opened Fri, Sat and Sunday. WHAT??!! Carts of misc. merchandise ( go backs) everywhere!! Aisles full of merchandise out of place. Crossing Burlington off my list.

I love Burlington. This location wasn't the best that I've been to but still had a great selection. The racks could have been more organized and tidy, still managed to find plenty to purchase! …

Store was closed at 9:30 please update store hours if you are not going to do what you have written on door and google at least let it know for people to drive and plan accordingly.
