"This place has nothing but garbage"
"This visit was one of many, at least once a week I go to shop and spend at least $600 each time, and was being followed throughout the entire store OBVIOUSLY being profiled and acting as if I were stealing"
"Tom, Manager was professional and understanding during my last visit"
"It was okay"
"I came in yesterday for school shopping for my kid"
This place has nothing but garbage. Went looking for a NICE winter coat to wear to church. All they had was bulky ski coats. Messed up sizes as usual. The store is NOT as pictured. It has gone down 75% since last year, not good quality at all. Will NEVER return. Worse than the dumpiest dollar store.
This visit was one of many, at least once a week I go to shop and spend at least $600 each time, and was being followed throughout the entire store OBVIOUSLY being profiled and acting as if I were stealing. I own a Burlington store credit card, I am a regular at this store as is my family.
Tom, Manager was professional and understanding during my last visit. I do believe he'll make future shopping experiences positive. The greeter is always cheerful. The cashier was polite and had a smile the whole time during checkout. Thank you Tom for making a difference! …
It was okay. The store's gone downhill after covet they shorten their store to only half the store. Not a lot of brands anymore. Just knock off stuff that you don't see. A lot of stuff throwing around too expensive. Raise their prices for this. They only get three stars
I came in yesterday for school shopping for my kid. The door greeter named Kanosha is so nice I found what I was looking for and then some. Cashiers are nice too. Spoke to the store manager named Freddy. He was professional, I like this location so far so good! …
I think this store needs security to move homeless people away from the front door begging for $. Also the employees need to have better customer service. I give this store a 3star bc I like the home decor section. My neighborhood store. I can walk there.
Vanessa greeted me at the entrance, and her welcome and compliments made my day a very nice lady thanks Vanessa, I came from a different state visiting friends. I stopped by this location to buy gifts. They have good customer service, but I
This store was a HUGE disappointment. The Burlington I frequently shopped for clothing in Tennessee sold nice dress clothes and shoes for women. This store is more like a thrift store than anything else. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing
Well, this place is the worst store I have ever been to . I started my new year with arguments and false accusation at this place. Two people, I believe they're managers, approached to me and told me to leave the store. I asked, "why"? They
Great for finding a deal, not so great for trying on clothes saturday through thursday. Came from out of country and found out they only allow fitting rooms on fridays.. Made it hard to decide on whether or not to buy some things and ended
It's always a pleasure, I shop here even when I am not looking for something in particular. I shopped this time to see if I needed anything. I went home with a couple things. The cashier was extremely pleasant. The greeter remembered what
Teresa was so stupid and rude. She rung our socks up twice. We told her about and she said she didn’t. She took everything out of the bag and said the prices so loud, trying to make us look stupid, and trying to make a big deal out of it
So today is the 23rd of December and going to any store will be exactly how this location is today, so I'm not holding that against the store. I will say, even though the line was so long I waited 25 minutes, the people were nice. No one
What a Dump!! Not like it used to be. Clothing was so disorganized on the racks, I couldn't even shop. A Manger on Duty, told me that the store conditions were because they were short staffed. I'm so tired of hearing this excuse!!
The line is always long, and they move very slowly. The cashiers don't seem to be bothered and move as slow as possible. This location seems to lack inventory in shoes and kids' clothing. The security person is always friendly.
The store is located on the first floor. It has a large inventory of clothes. I purchased a pair of winter gloves at half the original price. Very friendly clerks. The store has no public restrooms.
I've been going here for years. The staff rocks. The only thing you can be sure of finding here, is amazing deals. If you find something you like buy it. It might be gone next time.
The store is smaller then most other Burlington's. Things are crammed really close together. Lines are slow like all other places. The employees I encountered were friendly.
This location is huge! You can find tons here. Needs to be a little more organized, but it's fine. Good service and fast service. Everything is clearly labeled.
Lol it's my work and even though it's hard work its also good work, everyone is very nice and helpful. My job is worth the effort and time spent.
Store not well kept, no bathrooms, management sending people to use the restrooms at Party City or In-n-out. Staff lacks courtesy and etiquette.
Store is super stocked and organized much better then our stores in Minnesota, lines to check out are too long but the rest of my trip was good
It's definitely a decent place to go for random stuff. Good deals and prices. I wish they still had the tailor, though.
Those store has DRASTICALLY gone down hill. What a mess. Not worth dealing with the disorganization. Won't be back.
I was not impressed and couldn't find a coat, very limited in jackets, and price a little high in other items.
Bought a awesome purse here I thought was pretty dope it's super cute and fits all my needs
I really didn't like this location it's messy and they don't really have much here
I like the other Burlington locations in Tempe and 44th Street Thomas
Place is good, though inside is very messy and unorganized
