I came home to a waterfall in my kitchen! Water was raining from upstairs (where my water heater is). I panicked, I called random family members because I didn't know what to do, I shut off all the electricity in my house, I was all over the place lol. I googled "black owned plumbers near me" and Burris & Sons was at the top of the list, with a five star rating. I called them, and Mr. Burris himself was at my home within the hour! He was such a nice and kind human being. He took one look at what was going on and told me that it was just a valve replacement. Thank God because I was assuming that I needed an entirely new water heater. The service was fast, efficient, cost friendly, and Mr. Burris was a nice guy to chat with. I highly recommend them, and I want to thank Burris & Sons for their work in the community.

Mr Burris showed up immediately after we spoke. Mr Burris is knowledgeable on whatever is needed for plumbing, heating and air conditioning. I had 3 previous (not to be named) competition inside to do the repairs. All were money grabs! I dismissed them ALL! I knew what needed to be completed. Tears of joy! LITERALLY! Spent the night without heat, made a mistake and took the first company available and they wanted to charge me $500 (money I don’t have). I called Mr Burris, he came fast, fixed my problem even faster , and was so inexpensive! I literally started crying in front of him because I thought me and my children would be without heat. He was so nice, very informative, so generous, and compassionate. An extremely genuine person sent directly from God! He is good at what he does! Hands down!! We were given a two our time window, but to our surprise, Mr. Burris arrived within 45 minutes. Not only was he punctual, we found him to be knowledgeable and professional, as well. My hot water tank went out (again) and I thought I needed to replace it. I called so many technicians and they told me it would cost $1,500 to $2,000. I got in touch with Burris & Sons and he called me back, came out the same day and saved me a lot of money. Turns out I didn't need to replace it, it just needed a repair. 2 hours later my family had hot water again and Mr Burris checked and maintenance my furnace. I called this company this morning and they responded immediately. My hot water tank was flooded and the sensor did not work. Mr. Burris was professional, personable. I placed a service call to Burris & Sons for a plumbing issue I was having. Mr. Burris responded to my call within an hour or less and was on site earlier than expected. I've been calling on Mr. Burris for all of my furnace and plumbing needs for at least 2 years. He is so skilled and experienced that I call him "The Furnace Whisperer". I really appreciate that he troubleshoots the possible small causes first, before automatically assuming it's something big - which often ends up saving money on little fixes. I was absolutely devastated that my sump pump stopped working and I had water overflowing out of the sewer. I called several plumbers to no avail. Then Mr. Burris calls, I tell him my issue and he tell me to listen very closely to his instructions and he told me to simply unplug and replug the pump and WALAH it turned on like magic. I really appreciate Mr. Burris because I was ready to replace a sump pump that didn't need to be replaced.
