I'm currently staying at room 23 with my husband 11th-12th Nov and OMG, this place is So CLEAN. It is SPOTLESS CLEAN, it is quiet and peaceful too with free parking infront of our room. Thank you Burwood East motel for providing us with a clean stay and enable us to rest and sleep well before continuing our journey back to Sydney. I was staying at one Air BnB at Cairnlea few days ago (he has a small grannyflat at the back of his home) and was not able to sleep well because the bedsheet was coarse, i found big spider crawled on ceiling bedroom and huge black moth. Despite their location is great but due to bugs as well as coarse bedsheets, no coffee, milk, tea or sugars and no bug spray. It was hard for me to rest well. I will never go back there again. However here, i can see you provided your guests with Clean room, Clean bathroom and Clean toilet, sugars, coffee and tea as well as milk in the fridge. I can even see a bug spray in the cabinet. THANK YOU SO MUCH for being so considerate and care about your guests comfort. I will surely recommend your Motel to All my Friends and Co workers back in Sydney. Only one thing that I wish it can be improved. Your wifi connection is slow and I have been experiencing lagging , if you improve the Wifi speed ... then I can guarantee you with influx of professional workers to come and stay at this place whilst doing their admin work. Im Happy because I stay here one night on Saturday checking out on Sunday but weekday I have been working remotely from my laptop so I needed fast and safe reliable Wifi to complete my admin work throughout the day. Overall, I will make sure to write all these good reviews not just in Google but also in Agoda and Trip advisor to hopefully bring in more people to your place seeing how Clean, Tidy, Quiet and Peaceful this place is. I left a review a few days ago, as I did stay at this hotel a few months back and I find the receptionist Jodie was extremely rude, by the mangers response to me you can see that it continues to be rude. This place is for a place where we can leave a review from the experiences that we have without having the manger have a go at us. Accept the criticism and move on please. Your other reviews might be positive and that is fine that is their experience but it was not mine. I have my account as my maiden name that is why you might not recognise the name not the point, my stay was not pleasant, please accept that at just move on.

Jodie was lovely, the hotel room's were very clean and the beds were soft. We were really happy with our stay. My daughter loved the pool and it was clean. We will stay again as it was affordable for the family

Arrived late. Instructing for self check in were provided and easy to follow. Room was a good size, bed, couch and table and chairs. Toaster kettle, microwave, cutlery and crockery. Very well equipped. Free parking at front of room. Nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Fantastic location right near Coles and Kmart, close to restaurants. The kids enjoyed the well maintained pool and the rooms are clean, tidy, organized and comfortable with aircon and heated blankets. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The rooms are set far back away from the road that it's quiet, well located over the road from major shopping outlets. Room is simple but provides coffee and tea, plus a TV. Would easily stay here again.

This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay if visiting this area. Great location near public transport and a shopping centre. Room was very well equipped. Reception was helpful and friendly.

7 stops to Deakin Uni and just across Burwood One Shopping Centre. Staff are courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious enough and beds comfortable. What surprised me is the strong shower pressure!

Lovely clean rooms, the swimming pool was great and very clean. An free Wi-Fi entertained my son. Everyone working at the motel were great, very polite and their service was lovely.

Whilst Money I pay for 2 nights, I got room more than i was expectation. , Room very clean. Bath room clean. coffee, tea , iron, freeze. they provide all basic needs.

Lovely Manager’s Jody and Rod. Clean room. My only complaint, is the terrible WIFI. I ended up buying data, and using my own phone. Would go back again.

Normal Aussie Motel Free Wi-Fi only for 20 mins then have to pay . Considering it’s an older style I thought it was all acceptable and good value
