So, I had an issue with my electronic boot lock. So Cnet was kind enough to have a look. 10min later the electrician said it was faulty and could cost me thousands for a new one. Without hassles, I left. Nothing was quoted or said. I then found one at a scrap dealer that was in really good condition. I could have fitted it myself (1 screw and 3 bolts) but decided to return and let him finish it so I can be billed for their help. Expecting R200 or maybe R250 for literally doing 15min of work. R513.00 was charged. I then asked the guy why he was charging so much. He got real upset and started to raise his voice saying, "it’s an hour’s labour, I should be glad we could have helped" WON’T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL, Would give them 0 Star if I could

I remember working for a big industrial some 30 years ago where they owned and ran their own fleets. It probably helped that the owner, Mr Illman, was a car fanatic. They had the real deal mechanics, like Sarafino, who could diagnose your car by ear. At your regular service you could step into the workshop mid morning and find your engine fully dismantled and splayed out like a 3D technical manual. But I digress. For the past 25 years and about 5 cars later, my wife will whip out Wayne's number like he's a ghost buster. The short story is trust and competence are great values in most industries but in the world of cars it's precious.

Honestly the best car repair place I've ever been to. Wayne and Shanon are both so extremely helpful, patient, friendly and clear on the way forward. Not once did I wonder what's happening with my car as they always updated me. Had my 2017 Audi A3 in for many different things and this is the first time (since buying this car) that not one issue has come up after a repair. It's been over 2 months and still running like a dream. Would 100% recommend!

I have never had anything but superior service from the company. Not once have I ever found myself questioning the workmanship and Wayne and his team have the upmost respect for your vehicle and their customers. Shannon in the front office is also extremely helpful and always greets with a smile. This is a great team and I highly recommend using them. You will not regret it.
