Joseph at Caltex on 5th Avenue Grassy Park double charged me for R200 petrol with a faulty card machine it's a week later and no refund. The supervisor Mike has made no effort to sort out the problem. He says the problem is on my side. Very Bad customer services from this service station.They even refused to give me the extra R200 petrol which I was charged for.
