Not very often can I say that I have a 5 star experience at a used car lot. Also, I don't usually review a place unless it is outstanding. After dealing with RJ at Carsmore Auto Sales in Missisauga, I can say I have now done both. We bought 2 cars at the same time. 1 was delivered to my door ( I am 90mins away), 1 was delivered to Brantford (which is about 35mins away). 1 car was sold "as is" and took very minimal work to safety it just as RJ had told us. 1 car was safetied but had an engine light on by the time it got to Brantford. Nothing serious just had not been driven in awhile. We took it to our mechanic and after it was checked out and a full tank of premium gas we were back on the road in no time. I contacted RJ and he covered the mechanic and tank of premium gas, no questions asked. This dealership stands behind what they sell and will go above and beyond to work with you. Would rate it higher than 5 stars if I could. Thanks Again!

I live in Nova Scotia and was looking for a Porsche Boxster that met my needs and budget. Limited to the lack of used Boxsters for sale in N.S., I had to look beyond our border and COVID constraints. Carsmore had the car I was looking for and they went above and beyond to get me all the info, pics and video to show me their car. I was nervous buying without physically seeing or driving it but RJ worked to ensure I had what I needed to make the decision. Shortly after receiving the car I noticed a coolant odor coming from the interior vents. He assured me that he would cover the cost for the repair. Was honest about the car's history which was in excellent shape for a 2014 model.Managed to get all the paperwork together along with new plates , a carwash and a full tank…allowing us to walk away with the car in a matter of hours. RJ is a really nice person to deal with. Overall we had a good experience here, and the deal was very fair. I would absolutely come here again if I have to get another used car. I was a big fan of how he gave us a lot of time to check out the car and test drive it on the highway to understand the car properly before buying it. The only area to improve is probably a customer waiting area with seats.
