The Commonwealth Bank is the worst in Australia; here's why! I had an account with $0 balance, which I couldn't use. However, someone managed to withdraw $385 twice, and despite reporting it, they claimed it was gone. When I called, they left me on hold, unanswered, and suggested messaging, only to tell me to call when I messaged. The account with $0 balance is now at $835, charging $11 each time. With Commonwealth bank for more than 10 years and this is definitely the worst Branch I’ve ever seen. Horrible attitude, the door keeper trying to keep business out of the door as much as she can with some explanation that clearly shows she isn’t familiar with her job, and then refused to let us talk to anybody inside because otherwise her colleagues will find out. It is unbelievable. We end up taking our business elsewhere.
