I went looking for a home, but was made to feel like homeless scum for seeking assistance. Went to inquire about leasing a place. Receptionist gave no information. Only answered questions with short and abrupt responses, rather than providing any detail or any information of substance. Wouldn't even make eye contact, would look at the computer screen and was essentially waiting for me to leave. Extremely rude and unprofessional as her job is to talk to people. Not to shun them and make them uncomfortable until they leave. Would not recommend.

Cash hungry agents who will cash grab given the opportunity. Disregard for tenancy law and personal time. They run a business, and it’s blatantly obvious. We moved into and disgustingly “clean” apartment, and only after spending all day cleaning it we moved in. And upon moving out the place was immaculate and yet our bond was withheld and withdrawn from for additional cleaning fees to “wipe dust from upstairs skirting boards”. Constant pestering for access (for their own financial benefit) - did not take no easily.

My partner and I signed our first appartement together with Century 21 in Randwick. We were there for almost 2.5 years and we can say that we had a great experience with them. Over the course of those years we've needed stuff to be fixed around the appartement and the agency's response was always swift and efficient. We would like to thank Andrew Pillari and the Century 21 team and would definitely recommend to anyone to go through this agency.

Honestly? The worst experience I've had as a renter in 30 years. Always had to chase them when I wanted something yet they were remarkably quick when they wanted something. They were so difficult to deal with right up until the end. So different from my new agents who are so friendly professional and easy to deal with. If as a renter, you can avoid them, then do.

Property management does not return phone calls. Treat clients seeking leased apartments poorly. Would not recommend to anyone serious about leasing their valuable investment through this company. If you do, your tenants will wish you didn't.
