I wanted to put up my property for sale for almost a year but never really got to it. One day Stephan Bothma from Champion Estates contacted me and offered to sell my property. I told him that I am not ready to sell yet. Stephan respected my feelings and offered to call me monthly until I am ready to sell. He kept calling me for three months in a row, sticking to his word. Shortly after the third month, I called him back and told him; "Young man, I am ready to sell. Show your steel" I am living in Kimberley which makes it difficult to travel up and down to Cape Town. Stephan went out of his way to do the best he can. He offered to do far more than what could be reasonably expected from him and he achieved the target selling price I set to him. The sale went through even though we picked up some challenges along the way and now I am a happy customer and sommer made a new friend, although we never met in person.
