Worst returns process, got a gift was told it was returnable for a refund, got it back by the time specified on the receipt but they wouldn't take one item. Other item got a gift card I didn't want. Customer service was unable to resolve anything. Shop somewhere with better customer service

Basic, good quality European minimalist clothing, a bit boring for the lack of sophisticated style or design but good for layering. A lot of style, very good prices. Totally worth a visit. Quality compares to the Theory brand at a fraction of the price. Great span of everyday clothing.

DONT BUY! Got gifted a pair of shoes for my wedding and the leather is separating from both shoes after wearing for less than a day. Contacted them and they can’t do anything because I don’t have an order number but I got them as a gift. Worse quality shoe ever.

This store is in need of some TLC. The fitting room was extremely filthy. The mirrors and chairs in the fitting rooms were so dirty. The return process was smooth but the lady working was complaining to her manager that she wasn't trained

We were denied access to the fitting rooms 35 minutes before closing time. The explanation from the manager was that they need time to pick up around before the closing time. Why would you let customers in the shop if they are denied
