Although this location is not the most convenient to my residence, overall I've had a good experience here. I absolutely love Kiera, she helped me at the start of the pandemic with my refills when appointments, telehealth and everything was going on. Since then every and I mean EVERY time she sees me I get a wonderful greeting and a lovely smile. Over the years, I've observed her interacting patients and showing the same genuine care that I've experienced. Please take a moment to share this review, since we are all too quick to point out where we were disappointed by the service or product we've received. Not to overlook any other associates, but when I smiling "Good Morning or Afternoon Mr. Xxxxxx" EVERYTIME she see me, I have to bring this to your attention.
Pharmacy staff member was inexplicably rude, told to “get it moving, you’re not going to wait there” by the drive thru teller after he told me I needed to wait for my meds. Turns out he mishandled the information in front of him, as my meds were ready and correct and there was no need for me to wait in the first place other than his ineptitude…. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. IMO it’s inexcusable to treat a customer like a pest instead of a customer when you are an employee who is working in a patient care environment. The manager Omar was helpful and apologized and was the silver lining to this situation. Hopefully this young man finds himself a new line of work or a better customer service attitude.
After 5 years we are going to a different pharmacy. It used to be much better but it appears the pharmacist and all techs have changed within the last year or so. I’ve personally seen the staff be kind and professional with people of color but white people are treated with rudeness and a complete lack of customer service. You don’t treat someone poorly because you failed to do your job. You don’t treat people in the same line differently because of the color of their skin. This pharmacy will be reported to corporate for discrimination, unprofessionalism, failure to fill prescriptions, and giving customers the wrong prescription.
Absolutely worst customer service! I kept getting the run around from the pharmacy about filling my prescription. I asked for the woman’s name who I was speaking to just so I can refer back once I came in to get my medicine. She refused to give me her name. Placed me on hold with out warning and then the lead pharmacy technician picked up and didn’t see anything wrong with how the other pharmacy employee handled the call and was also rude and unhelpful. 0/10. Not helpful and do not care about their customers. Definitely have a horrible way of representing cvs
Always have complications here. Always. They forget to fill my prescriptions and when I come to pick up a day later they say they don't know what happened and put it at the back of the line so I have to wait another 24hrs... that is if they have the medication in stock at all which they rarely do. And it takes a week or it's indefinite as to when they'll get more of whichever generic med I'm needing that time. It's just always a frustration and delay of some sort. I always end up transferring to Publix. I need to just cut this cvs out completely.
Natasha Was Great With Helping Me Save On My Prescription. Prescriptions were filled fast and easy, I was frustrated due to my coverage from Aetna wasn’t going through. She advised me to call and I was quickly informed about my situation. I ended up saving more money through my other insurance. I’m very grateful for her knowledge, knowing how much prescriptions can come up to I was excited that I was still able to save on the other insurance
10/10 would NOT recommend. I made a rapid Covid test earlier this morning, and it was canceled for no given reason 30 minutes beforehand. If I could give 0 stars I would. For something so serious I feel like my appointment was taken lightly, and they had no care. To top it all off after canceling my appointment they closed the testing location completely for the day.
Pay no attention to the website or multiple 24hour signs for the SanJuan location its the multi color hand written sign in the window reading "Dew to stafing shortage we are temp clothesed" that amazingly seems to know whats going on. Thank you CVS for the 2.3 mi one way waste of a walk in the cold and rain, I'll now be shopping at Walgreens.
Imagine getting the run-around from customer service on the phone "I'll transfer you to someone who can help", but in person...I almost said forget it I'll just die. That'd be better than this.
This is the slowest, laziest, most inefficient pharmacy you could possibly choose. If you value your time, go somewhere else. The Publix on the other side of San Juan is pretty good.
Very poor help from manger of store. CVS is so useless they can’t even design a survey effectively!! Go to Walgreens! Whole different experience! Like night and day!
Macy was an exceptional employee. She was very helpful when myself and employer were trying to see what the issue was with my coverage. Kudos Macy!!!
My prescription has been wrong for two years regardless of them each month telling me that they put a note in for the correct prescription
Clean store. All the employees are very professional and nice. It's a great place to shop.
Always a pleasure
awesome place.
