This CVS is a Great one on Jacksonville's Northside! The main Pharmacist there is Mr David!!! (I'll leave his last name out just for legal reasons) I've known him for years, & he is one of the most polite, well trained, most knowledgeable, AND the BEST Pharmacist I've ever met in my entire life! And I've met plenty before. (I'm a Brain Cancer Survivor now, with many other surgeries other places on my body, so way to many meds I've had to use & be prescribed before! And That Great Guy has helped me out with the majority of them all!) The pharmacy itself is very clean & well maintained as well! Very good & polite staff all day long! If You want a great pharmacy to have, stay away from many of them, & go to CVS Pharmacy on Jacksonville's Northside! Out by the Jax Airport! (Seems far, yet not far at all! Fyi tho, don't just think it'll be easy coming off I-95! Stay on Main St! Lol!)

Every afternoon I come here now the line is 6-8 people deep, there's 2-3 people waiting in the wait area next to the counters, and there's only one person working the front counter. She's (Dawn) nice, she's friendly, she's sweet. But she has no help. It's not what it used to be, there use to be three technician girls they were all sweet and friendly, i miss all of them. Since CVS took over they have been chasing people off left and right and now one of my favorite pharmacy is way understaffed now. If you're stopping to pick up a prescription, hope it's actually ready, because you're going to be waiting a while. And you don't want to wait, make sure you check your that your actually ready before going in to avoid 40mins just to find out it's not ready.

Target CVS Pharmacy on Southside Blvd. I went to get my. 2nd Shingles Shot. The tech said the Pharmacist had to get info. for my shot. I wait 15 minutes while the Pharmacist waits on one customer and proceeds to chit chat after helping her. There are also 3 other people waiting . When she finally waits on me she says the system is down, can you come back later!This was Wednesday after 5pm on May 3,2023. Don't worry I won't be coming back to this location. Very poor customer service from this Pharmacist!!!!

I almost don't want to tell people how good this CVS is because it'll get overloaded! I have been to manyyy CVS stores over the years, and most of them either don't answer the phone or keep you on hold forever. this one actually answers the phone AND gave me really detailed, helpful info about a medication that has been hard to find. Now, this is inside of a target, so I guess the down side is walking further than if you parked at a regular pharmacy but I figured I always need something at Target, anyway!

I have been going to this pharmacy for many years now. Dawn is awesome and very helpful and just a great people person. She always knows me by name and is just so kind because she really is a kind, caring person. This pharmacy goes the extra mile when there is a need. I have had them get on phone with insurance , doctor or whomever is needed to assist me. Thank you soooo much for all you do team keep up the good work!!!!

Very helpful and friendly staff! They go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need, even checking to see if it is at another location. I love this pharmacy!

Nice and clean. A good place to grab your meds and do a little shopping with bumping in someone’s elbow.
