I went into the pharmacy today to pick up a prescription. I also needed Advil. So, I went over to the Advil area but it was under lock and key- totally ridiculous! So, I waited and waited with different people telling me different things about pushing a button for help which I never found; to a pharmacist telling me someone will help me which a gal said she’d get a key but never returned to help me as she ended up helping at the register in the front of the store. I did not realize this and kept waiting for her to return. I waited forever with no one coming to help me. I asked the three pharmacists to please unlock it but they said they couldn’t! Again, totally ridiculous! I ended up buying my prescription and leaving the store and purchasing my Advil somewhere else. All while no one apologized for the debacle!! CVS you better figure out a different plan or you’ll be losing more customers and business. Also, may want to tell your employees to be more understanding to situations and act like they care that a customer is being completely inconvenienced!
I want to give one star due to a racist employee named Deborah (unless that was not her correct name tag), who greeted my white boyfriend and said nothing to me. When trying to buy wine, she rejected my ID for no reason, and said it was due to not finding a "special thing". I will only go back because the other employees have always been helpful and kind, but I will not be caught at her register. She took away a star, but I still love the location and variety of this CVS location. I'm fair. Happy Saturday!! - Crystal McAllister
I’m giving this CVS 5 stars because out of all the CVS’s in all of Las Vegas this is the only one I can tolerate and I really hope they do not close it. It’s the only one with consistent staff, cleanliness, and courteous people. It’s very easy to get in and out of this store without any drama. Everyone is always willing to help.
5 of your $400 shopping carts are by Rachels kitchen across the street, by the dupmsters. Loser customers abandon them over there
Horrible customer service and don't even know how to use their own app. Manager included.
Clean place. Prices are ahigh especially being right next door to a supermarket.
Very nice and well run pharmacy.... …
