Worse in competence and customer service than a Walmart pharmacy. They have been disdainful when there's been a mistake outside of my control or knowledge. They do not prepare the prescription when my doctor calls it in unless I call them and check on it. I've been getting this same medication for ten years and this pharmacy has been, consistently, the most inconvenient of all. When I give them updated insurance information..they don't have it when I physically arrive to get my prescription. It was fine when I first switched over. Different staff. Serious decline. Definitely switching.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband has had nothing but trouble with this pharmacy…they text to tell him a prescription is ready, then when he shows up it’s not even started yet. Just this morning, we discovered that the prescription antibiotic ointment that the pharmacy gave him for a staph infection was expired when the prescription was filled. We were wondering why it was taking so long for the infection to clear up. Sheesh! I’d avoid this pharmacy.

In the customer service world there are people that should not have direct contact with people because social niceties do not exist. Usually service is ok at best but rudeness to me is unacceptable. Experienced it today. Hoping I can change pharmacy soon. However the young man that rang me up was very courteous and pleasant.

Always a pleasant place to pick up my RX! The pharmacists are friendly and knowledgeable and assist in a timely manner. They make sure I have a full understanding of my medicines and always answer any questions I have. Would recommend to my family, friends, neighbors and Jacksonville community.

Cristina was extremely helpful at the pharmacy. She went above and beyond to help us. I am sure that any pharmacy would be happy to have such a professional and kind of employees like Cristina. Thank you.
