El día 11/02/22 me acerque a preguntar por el resurtido de mi medicina me dijeron que no tenia y que consultará con mi médico, voy con el medico y me dicen que indicó una dosis para 90 días que ya no podía resurtirme más porque debía tener medicina aún, el último frasco aparece con la cantidad de 30 unidades de quien es el error entonces? Rebecca needs to learn better customer service skills. She needs to know how to talk to customers plus respect her elders. She has terrible manurissam and a smart mouth on her to say the least...I called this morning to let the pharmacist know I would be there at 11am to pick up my prescription and I walked in at 11:28am and my prescription was not ready, I explained to Rebecca what I just went over and she had the audacity to say to me we have other people before you. Well Missy CVS has known about my prescription since Friday and I had enough courtesy to call and was on hold this morning for almost an hour before someone answered my phone call. Not to mention I don't have time to be on hold or stand around waiting for my prescription. Then she wanted to lie about they opened at 10am I said no y'all open at 9am...SMH I will get getting my prescription transferred to a different pharmacy!!!

LAZY STAFF!!! Cashier, older lady! Needs to loose the attitude! Shes old! Needs to retire! Came in here to get correct photo sizes I printed at a different cvs location. Was told at the location I printed them that if they weren’t the correct size for my frames I can go to any other location print them up and just pay the difference. Get here and was told by the manager “No we don’t do that.” Called the location I originally printed them at and was told they could and they were just being lazy. Save yourself the frustration of going to this location and drive out to any of the uptown location!! My fault for not reading the reviews before going, most were terrible reviews! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Will never step foot at this location again!!!

This store is a hit or miss. Lately I've been going in and realize how god awful the customer service is. Especially from one Darlene. She is never willing to help. She always has an excuse for why she's not willing to help you with anything. If your a cashier and I ask you the price of a product, don't send me back to go find coupons and the try to figure out the price. You're the cashier. Your job is to price the stuff I bring to the counter. Then again being old and lazy might have something to do with it. This is my second encounter with her where she thinks it is not her job to know and inform customers accordingly. Even the pharmacy staff is unfriendly. I hate that there isn't a Walgreens nearby.

Go somewhere else for your pharmacy needs. The incompetency of the pharmacist is unbearable. I had a prescription ready for pick up yesterday that was confirmed via text and by phone call and yet I get to the pick and not only is a “pre Auth required” - not really because we use good RX and not insurance but come to find out the prescription HAS NOT BEEN FILLED. I am one to be super understanding and I honestly usually feel bad for all pharmacy’s because they are always understaffed but this is negligence of one’s medication and straight up dumb. Get it together or get another job. Very unfortunate and unfair of my time. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your pharmacy needs

Lazy people!! Went here to get a prescription which cost me over $100 I gave them my insurance card and they tell me I can’t use it! Long story short I ended up paying for my prescription out of pocket cause I believed them when they told me my insurance wouldn’t cover it! I had my next. Prescription which was the same exact thing transferred to another CVS in the area they ran my insurance card with no problem and ended up paying only a few dollars out-of-pocket thanks a lot Guys at this location you guys cost me over $100 just because you guys were lazy and didn’t want to run insurance what wonderful customer service you’re providing Giving you one star that you don’t even deserve!

On Monday November 28th, 2022, at 9:51pm I walked up to this CVS and an employee told me they were closed through closed doors. Which is nuts because it's 9:51, they close at 10, and another family had just walked out the door as I walked up. I said through the doors, "My wife is sick and needs medicine - I know exactly where it is (pointed to the aisle in the back), it will only take me 2 minutes" and him and his manager both shrugged their shoulders and said they were closed. Why are you closing your doors 9 minutes early and rejecting sales from someone who's a regular customer? I'll be going down the street to Walgreens from now on and I'll be moving my prescriptions there too.

I have to say I know when a store is ready to close everyone wants to go home! However the pharmacist tonight on 7.1.2021 at 9 PM was very rude and said they were closed which is understandable! So he could not sell Claritin D which we needed, so when proceeding to ask for help and advice on what other meds could help that we would be a me to purchase so we could sleep tonight he would not assist nor help! I guess there is a CVS protocol that states they can not sell meds after 9 PM! I guess we should go to our doctor or a Walgreens if we're needing any helpful friendly advice!

All I wanted to do was print pictures. The machines...not on. When you ask about them, you are first ignored, then answered "I don't know. I just got here..." When you finally get assistance from someone they have NO IDEA what they are doing. I ask about a coupon..."oh you should should call them. (who is THEM is that YOU???") They had not one good solution for any of my problems. After 30 minutes of going at it alone, I figured it out ON MY OWN using an app:/ I would think mature professionals such as these would have a beer idea of customer service.

Worse ppl ever. I've never gone there before but it was the closest store to me. I wanted to return an item and I had a receipt. They questioned everything and said they couldn't scan it. I felt like a criminal there and chose to return it to the store I bought it from. And even after I purchased a drink there...the cashier chided me again..asking if I wanted the receipt in case I wanted to return it. Obviously ..what would be the point...they don't honor receipts anyway. How are these ppl even in business. Rudest ppl ever. Never going there ever!!!

The CVS Pharmacy located at 9390 Forest Ln., Dallas, TX is extremely dirty, nasty, and disorganized. I saw a rat run across the floor while I was shopping!!!! I also saw roaches while shopping. The exterminator was actively spraying bug spray around the store while I was shopping. The cashiers never open the store at 8:00AM. It is one of the most poorly ran stores I have ever seen in my live. It is a 0 out of 10!!!!! The pharmacy in the back of the store is not open at 8:00 AM to pick up prescriptions. Please give store a deep clean!!! It smells.

PHOTO CENTER: Requested a same-day print and the order was confirmed online to be picked up the next day at 10am. I called the next day at 1pm and they informed me their machine was down. When I asked the employee what to do she hung up. I thought it might have been a mistake so I called back, as soon as she heard my voice again she placed me on a hold without telling me and a few minutes later she hung up again. Not only am I upset that my order was confirmed at a location where printing was not working but on top of it the employee was rude!

The cashier at the CVS on Forest Lane and Abrams Road carried on an entire personal conversation planning a vacation with another employee while an unnecessary line of people waited. She did not greet or even acknowledge any of the patrons other than giving the total cost of each purchase. What should have been a 5 minute visit took 15 minutes because there was not only a lack of a sense of urgency but also a complete lack of customer service. The security box that contained the item we came to buy was friendlier than the human employees.

I was sent here by my master (Mr. Aycock) to pick up his multiple prescriptions for a variety of severe illnesses (many of which are mental). They were successful at giving me the wrong prescriptions, and charging me the wrong price, and placing them into my wrong hand. This angered my master, and the punishment was unspeakably brutal. After I was released from hospital approximately 1 Earth year later, I was again dispatched to inquire about the medications. The same errors were repeated. Zero stars out of 100!

I have has to make several trips because they can't get anything right. I made a total of 4 trips to get things and the last time they game me the wrong lancettes for my meter...and they won't take them back....i kept having to call my doctor and finally she just said to go to her office and she will match up my machine with the strips and lancettes....and they are rude....they ignore you when you walk up to them and don't even look you in the eye...get your meds somewhere else.

Since when is 9:45 actually 10:00 p.m.? Obviously they can't tell time. I rushed to get up to the store and have enough time to go in and grab what I needed before they close and they were already closed when I got there at 8:45. I asked the lady that came to the door to let somebody out if I can run in real quick and she said no they were closed I said no it's not 10:00 so we're close and shut the door on my face. If I could give a zero I would.

The store was ok but the CASHIERS WERE RUDE! I HATED that we got kicked out cause they said you can't keep bags here and afterwards me and my mom went outside and all the coupons went away pushed away because of the air!! It's their fault this happened! And I went to go catch them they were gone I was crying I told my mom it was my fault she said it wasn't and it was the FREAKING RUDE CASHIERS! Please make them nicer!!

7:53pm... Male that works this shift acted like I didn't exist while talking to Alleged ex employee about where shes working...even after I said hello and had a question. After this woman left, he ignored the self checkout and played on his phone.....at least do the bare minimum. Not like folks are giving attitude. If you can dress for the Christmas Holiday then you can give a drop of effort for Customer service.

My review is for Sentayehu (MIMI) with a busy store with people at the passport photo, self checkout, counter and people asking questions she handled us all with grace and no frustration. I even asked if she was working alone because she was so busy. I just wanted to send a little praise and appreciation her way for a great job she was doing. CVS you have a GREAT EMPLOYEE show her some love ❤️

Terrible! I went to the pharmacy drive thru where I was advised it would be a 20 minute wait. ...no big deal, so I parked and went in so I didn't hold up the people behind me. 30-35 minutes later while sitting in the waiting area I asked an appropriate wait time. I was I formed 40-45 minutes. I left and came back through the drive thru about an hour later. Where I still had to wait 15 minutes.

I usually HATE having to come to this pharmacy because the staff is rude. Buuuuttt thank god they finally got an employee who cares and is kind and SUPER helpfull named Jameel. Its because of him and only him that i would recommend my friends and family to go. Thank you Jameel for providing the BEST customer service ive had in a very long time!!! He seriously deserves and awardbor a raise.

A complete nightmare, lazy female cashier, very disrespectful. I seriously can't understand how they can hire somebody like that. She literally throw my change in the counter, I just didn't answer back or anything because there was a line and she was older. Instead of working with that attitude, she should called in sick or something... we need nicer people.

They closed their pharmacy shutters before 8 PM. I HAD TO GO RIGHT FROM WORK FOR MY MEDS and their shutters were closed at 7:55PM. SAY YOU CLOSE AT 755 not 8. Not sure why the management doesn’t abide by their hours of operation. Anyways, now I have to wait for my meds and when I don’t have my meds I may not be nicer the next time I come there. Just saying.

The pharmacy staff is courteous and helpful. I never have to wait long when they order my three month supplies of medications. I am happy with the service because it is much more reliable and dependable then the mail order service I was using and I can always talk to the pharmacist on duty if I have any questions.

It seems like CVS in general has just gone to complete garbage.....this is the 3rd CVS I've been to recently that is just TRASHED.....the floors are dirty ...the shelves are not stocked....the employees both in front of store & pharmacy couldn't care less about customer service and they are EXTREMELY rude .

Going to pharmacist I experienced being mocked for my gender identity. An Indian younger woman working the counter repeatedly called me maim and sir continually back and forth while laughing that she was confused. And keep going even after I clarified my gender. The store also smells really bad like urine

This is pharmacy is the worst then any CVS. They are very rude. They said couple of time to me that go to other pharmacy if you need medicine quickly. They even said They cannot get prescribed vitamins after a week. Worker on this pharmacy simply don’t care. I wish I can give them -10 as rating.
