I was harassed by an employee (who I later learned is a manager) because I "opened a package without paying for it." Even if that is a store policy, the manner in which the message was communicated was hostile and aggressive. I assume that the message was communicated that way because I am a Black man. Let me ask a question "Would a white man receive the same treatment?" I suppose we can only wonder. When I responded angrily, the police was called, which is strange because I did not threaten anyone. I simply asked to not be harassed about a pair of tweezers, which I can easily afford. I told her "I don't need a white woman harassing me about a pair of tweezers." To which she responded, "And I don't need a Black man opening my package without paying for it." I left the store then immediately returned to capture the woman's face on camera. Once she saw that she was being recorded, she refused to show her face and pulled out her phone to contact someone. She also shoved my phone away from her. I asked her to repeat what she said about Black men. To which she responded "I didn't say anything about Black men. You're the one that pulled the race card." There was another manager, a Hispanic male, who refused to diffuse the situation. When I told him that I had been racially profiled, he said that it wasn't true because "White homeless men come in and steal things all of the time." Well, I am not white and I am not homeless. So, it's deeply offensive to make that comparison. If anyone is wondering, the woman's name is Lea. As of right now, I have been informed that no immediate sanctions have been imposed, which is disheartening because Lea continues to make money while I suffer the emotional toll of being racially profiled and harassed as a Black man living (and shopping) in Uptown. Oh, and I returned the tweezers because they were not the kind I was looking for

If I could give this Walgreens location a 0 I would. I walked over there today to pick up a prescription (I live close by and didn't think driving over was necessary) and the drive-thru lanes were both empty so I wanted to use the walk-up rather than potentially put my health at risk by walking through the store and coming into close contact with workers/other customers. I was told that they wouldn't give me my prescription through the drive-thru since I was walking and when I told him that I would prefer to not go inside and put myself at risk he replied with, "Come back with a car and we can give you your prescription". I understand there are probably policies in place, but considering we are literally in a global health pandemic and you would think that as a pharmacy and health store they would want to keep everyone as safe as possible, that they could make exceptions for people who choose to use the drive-thru instead of getting exposed inside the store. I felt like the staff member did not care about anyone's health and that he could have handled the situation better. Now I had to walk the few minutes home (again I lived just down the street so it seemed easier and more environmentally friendly to just walk a few minutes down the road instead of driving) and drive back to use the drive-thru, because I refuse to put myself and others at risk by going inside and coming into contact with everyone at the store.

I was in to make a purchase. But before picking up merchandise, I asked for directions to restroom. The lady rudely gave a one word reply twice..."CLOSED" ... I went outside to my car and called the store. A different lady answered. I asked for corporate phone and what time restroom closes. The second lady politely explained restroom is closed to the public at 9:30pm, but open to customers. First lady overheard conversation got on phone and confirmed second lady's explanation. I explained on the phone to rude replying lady I was in the store and did not dare carry merchandise to restroom. And as a employee dealing with customers daily, she should have smiled apologized and explained their 9:30pm restroom closed to the public policy. But she chose to prejudge me based on what, only she knows and assume I was not going to buy anything. Which in fact I was going to buy a quick snack and drink...Often times I am out and about and documenting my customer experience all over the DFW metro area.. Not mentioning her name, she knows this extremely poor and bad customer experience review is about her if she is reading this. I hope next time she takes a few seconds to explain after hours restroom policy to potential customers.

I like the pharmacy but be aware that at night they shut down the drive through lanes if low staffed (not sure how often this happens or if it’s every night at the late shift), Ive found they’re nice, well stocked, and motivated to help me address any probs/issues with meds and help me figure out best course of action, as well as get things ready quick. It’s a Clean and well-kept store, I come here because it’s 24 hours and often has medication is in stock that other pharmacies don’t, the employees are friendly, quick to help, have a sense of humor & are very efficient when checking out, this area can bring in a mixed bag of clientele but there is a security guard and parking is well lit and Ive never seen any problems, plus Employees seem quick to de-escalate and address customer issues. The only reason I knocked a star off is bc of the low stock/need to refill stock (which is a prob everywhere these days) and also the confusion and annoyance of matching up in store coupons with app ones- which is a huge headache. It’s the app that needs a better interface, alignment with retail locations, as well as a more intuitive functionality.

Arriving from a different country I was not sure how I could get a prescription for my husband. I called the pharmacy belonging to my insurance network and asked. what the process was. I was told I had to ask the clinic to fax the prescription at a fax number. So I did and 2 hours later I went to the pharmacy . Unfortunately there was no prescription under my name. I was told it could take couple of hours before a prescription can be approved. I did not know what to do I called the clinic. They assured me they had fax the prescription a while ago I asked them to send it again. Then I went back in line and when my turn came I was told the pharmacy did not accept faxed prescriptions. I was getting impatient I was handed the card of the store where I found not only the fax number I had but also an email. I called the clinic once more. The clinic was sorry for me and tried to help They called the pharmacy Eventually the pharmacy prepared it for me. AT NO TIME I SAW A SMILE OR ANY ATTEMPT TO HELP ME. They simply do not care . They do not smile to anyone... I guess i have to find another pharmacy.

The drive through pharmacy service at this Walgreens has been so consistently bad for the last two years, it's made me wonder if the person who runs that window secretly works for CVS. If so, their evil plan succeeded. After being trapped for 40 minutes, 2 cars deep in the drive through line last night, the last 10 minutes of which was spent at the window with no one helping me or responding to the "help" button, I called CVS and had the whole family's Rxs transferred. But this story wouldn't be complete without also mentioning that before I drove off from the window without my Rxs, I called Walgreens pharmacy from my car and spoke to a pharmacy tech named "Francisco." I explained my experience and I asked if it wouldn't be less trouble for Walgreens' pharmacy staff to answer the "help" button I'd been pressing for 10 minutes than to have to transfer my Rxs to the CVS down the street. Francisco's only response was that I'd need to call CVS to initiate that transfer. So I did. Save yourself the hassle and just start at CVS.

The pharmacy technicians on the phone are idiots, they don't know what they are doing, they are hard to understand cannot talk in clear consise sentences, they are rude, not helpful when you can understand them. They only recite a script because they have trouble speaking English or are terrible at customer service. In person I get the same quality time with them. And when you go to.just pick up, they take 30 min to an hour, when it is supposedly already ready? Did you lie, did I waste my time coming here, or are they incompetent and can't find my name? I am stunned by the quality of this walgreens and many other walgreens in my metroplex. Worst experiences I have ever had with a pharmacy. The people at the front registers of the store are great, personal care, and do great at customer service and get you out of there quick. Pharmacy is horrendous do not go here if you need medicine.

24 hours, NOPE. I'M here NOW @ 4:37am. She let in the guy in front of me then I waited outside the locked door. I knocked on the door, like he did, and she yelled something from inside and came to the door and said "what do you want?;" I said, "the sign says 24 hours I just need to come in and get a couple of things." She said I couldn't come in because they were sanitizing things, which I would totally understand had she not let in the guy in front of me. She asked me if I wanted to wait an hour for her to sanitize the store, I can't because I live in Mesquite. Then, she told me to go to CVS. So that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to go to CVS, and I will always go to CVS from now on. And to think, I would bring these ladies food from Taco Cabana on my way home from work, before covid, and this is what I get. Doesn't matter, I'll bring CVS people food from now on.

I have used this pharmacy for several years. My experiences have dramatically varied. Overall. My experiences with most Walgreens have been excellent. However, my experience at this particular Walgreens location has more often been very disappointing. I've tried to be understanding but there are several negative things that seem to occur almost exclusively at this location. The fact that this pharmacy is open 24 hours is very convenient but the repeat poor experiences has driven me to look for alternatives. Its a shame because some of the staff truly tries to be helpful but it seems their hands are tied. Why this is at this particular location? No idea but go elsewhere if you want your meds in any sort of reasonable time frame. I've waited more than a week for some meds to be dispensed AND THAT IS NOT OK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

  • Sierra Espina

The night pharmacist is incredibly rude! I received a vm saying that my meds are out of stock and to call back if I had any questions. Therefore, I called back to ask if the medication was available in a different dosage so my doctor could send in a different script. This is how our conversation went: Me: Hi, I received a VM that my medication is out of stock. Do you have it in a different dosage so I can have my doctor send in a new script? Night Pharmacist: No. Me: okay…….can you look and see if any of the other Walgreens nearby have the Medication in stock so I can get my script filled? NP: No it’s back-ordered! Back-ordered means that NONE of the pharmacies are going to have that medication! Me : …………….* * in shock that I just got mansplained what back-ordered means by a rude woman who is horrible at her job.

  • Bryce Herkenhoff

This may be the very worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The technicians on the phone are very rude and impatient and the pharmacist himself is outright hostile. They made a mistake with my prescription which was certainly not out of the ordinary, but when my fiancee came to pick up the correct prescription the pharmacist was literally screaming at her and would not give her the medication until she admitted that it was our fault. Not only was the issue understandable (and on their end) but the pharmacist was deliberately antagonistic and unprofessional, bordering on childish. It seems that looking at these other reviews on Google that this pharmacy has a history of customers actually being attacked by the employees, now I actually believe it.

  • Concerned Citizen

I have been given the run around by the pharmacy technicians about getting my emergency supply of medicine until they contact the doctor for refills. I call in and they say they can fill it when I get there. I go through the day I’ve through and they tell me I have to come I and you know there is going to be a line. You have to wait long times in the drive through also. I called to speak to a manager and the pharmacy tech argues with me and told me it looks like the decision has already been made. She then puts me in a que where I get disconnected . I call repeated and ask for a manager and I get disconnected. I will go back into the store and ask for a manager and then call corp. headquarters and possibly the better business bureau.

  • Brij Delada

The pharmacy cashier had no idea what customer care really is. While waiting in line and respectfully walking to the flu shot window when it was our turn. She ignored us and helped other customers that were behind us in line before coming to help. Then to add insult to injury, we asked where the restrooms were and she point us to the direction, when we get there the doors needed a passcode and the pharmacy clerk never told us that. Then ask the front end staff member and she just flat out tells us their out of service but after we ask a the store manager he lets us in without question. I guess some folks just don’t want to work or are just ignorant and rude. I think I’ll just take my businesses else where next time.

  • Christina Wirtz

The overnight pharmacist, Sophia, was so incredibly rude and could care less about helping me. My insurance informed me that the pharmacy needed to call their help desk to solve an issue with one of my prescriptions. Sophia refused to call the help desk saying, “you’re not giving me a legitimate reason to call.” I begged my insurance to call the pharmacy, thankfully they did, and Sophia LIED saying she called the help desk to try and solve the issue. I don’t know how this lady has a job, or her license for that matter, with the way she treated me for asking her to just make a phone call to my insurance! I am never using Walgreens pharmacy again because of this among other ongoing issues I have had with them.

  • Jessica Santoyo

Usually use the Walgreens in midlothian but since we were at Children's health on medical district and the midlothian Walgreens was closing we opted for the Walgreens on McKinney ave. Ok, so I call the pharmacy to check the status of the albuterol ( a rescue respiratory Med) for my toddler. A pharmacy tech was looking into my insurance, which is weird because it should be on file since I use the midlothian Walgreens, she then proceeded to tell me the insurance would get back to them tomorrow and I could probably pick up the prescription tomorrow...WHAT?! I need the albuterol now, not tomorrow. Of course I talked to someone else, probably the pharmacist and then the prescription was ready in 30 minutes.

  • Francine Pajak

You are in a hurry do not go to Walgreens on McKinney the young boy with the curly hair working in the drive-through is a smarthis is a smart you know what Hey's rude he tried to be polite in a rude way please take him out of drive-through pharmacy his pharmacy he may have college education but he is slow and he does not know what he is doing he is not the person for a fast pace drive-through like you'll have there at Walgreens please take him out he has a arrogant mouth in a smart way every time I go there I have issues with him And I'm going to go beyond this Walgreens to the corporate office about him I give them AF0 star

  • Erika B

Pharmacy is terrible. Poor communication. Sat in lobby for 30 minutes only to find out prescription is not ready (despite the app notifications) because they forgot me but also because they didn't call the doctor for a refill. This was my second visit in a week to try to get this prescription. Other occasions, they're incredibly slow. Even if you've been waiting for 30 min for your prescription, you have to go to the back of the line when it's ready which is another 15 min. Asked to speak to store manager who is MIA and got no help as to when I could speak to them. Ready to give CVS a try after being a long term customer.

  • Sharon Philip

The store is always clean and in good order. The staff is friendly and very professional. I’ve been using this store for 3 years and have complimented the managers on multiple occasions because I believe that if the managers are smart, caring and ready to help that that trickles down to staff! I try to go to the store at a time when I know that they won’t be swamped. There is plenty of staff unless you go at ”rush hour”. I know that most of the time reviews are left when someone is in a bad mood. This is a GREAT store with EXCELLENT staff! I’m sorry that I didn’t leave a review sooner.

  • Max Smith

So they didn’t order or fill my asthma medications on time. The tech couldn’t run the claim through and said it wouldn’t pay for a generic! Ok what pharmacy wouldn’t let a generic go through for payment. She didn’t investigate it at all. She just kept saying - don’t know. Poor service and the rph was worse. This team can kill someone and misfilled a rx 2 years ago. Duplicate prednisone and bagged and sold it. Then last month- they filled 2 proton pump inhibitors State board should revoke these pharmacist’s licenses!!! Incompetence- call the Texas State Board Pharmacy

  • McKenzie Hunter

When my prescription is sent to the pharmacy, I call every month to request it be filled as generic and not name brand through my insurance. I have negative side effects with the name brand. I called 3 times today because the app kept saying the name brand. I was told everytime they would fill it generic. What did I get? Name brand. I’m stuck for an entire month with the negative side effects this medication causes because no one followed through with what they said they would do. I’m in tears. I called afterwards and “they’ll leave a note for future fills”

  • N G

I’m gonna dedicate another Big Zero Customer Service to this store just for make sure this store never try to help customers cause it’s not their responsibility ! I asked of a black guy that he worked in drive through part : where is restroom and he replied ‘ second door of right ‘ I saw second door is doctor office and I asked again and he told same thing but he was angry. He showed me 4th door and said ‘ Second Door ‘ !!!!!!! I think he has to go to primary school for learning numbers and counting. I amazed how he can calculate numbers by his small fingers...

  • Alison Fink

There is a common theme amongst reviews about the pharmacy at this location and they are spot on. They didn’t have my prescription so I asked if we could look to see if there were any other locations that had my medication. The gal “helping” me said “no the manufacturer has been out for 2 months and they will be out for a while.”…I picked up my medication at a Walgreens up north the following day. not sure why she lied, her behavior in how she treated me and other customers in line was super shady. Couldn’t print a receipt either.

  • erik b

worst pharmacy in dfw by far! the pharmacist will think nothing of yelling your personal information so others can hear. they will yell at YOU (the ones who are paying!) saying that if one little thing is wrong that they can not be bothered with trying to get a little fix. the pharmacist will also yell at your doctor if they should happen to need to verify something or have a question. i wish that the sunfresh pharmacy across the street never shut down. they were the BEST i have ever seen. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

  • Cla’aron Batiste

Came in here quickly to grab a few things for a date, one of the black women who works there seemed hyper focused on me instead of asking other customers if they needed help, ( only asked me when plenty of people were there) I said no thank you because I know what I need and want, if I don’t ask for help don’t stalk me down , maybe it’s because I was in the beauty aisle?! Literally only had a wrist wallet on so let’s not even go there. I hate feeling like I can shop peacefully because of looking a certain way

  • Emily Walker

The people they hire are extremely GHETTO. I had a women lung at me from behind the counter. All I said was " I forgot my receipt, and I understand your return policy, I want my money on a walgreens store credit," Apparently she did not like a customer telling her what to do, even though I was right and very polite. Her manager had to calm her down and take her outside. She then began to pace back and forth near the exit. Her manager had to walk me out so she wouldn't attack me. Management did fire her.

  • Justin Grant

Extremely rude staff. Wife paid for a Rx online so we swung through the drive thru to pick it up. Pharmacist tells us we have to come inside so he can scan the receipt on her phone. Wife asked if she could just give him the phone to scan from the drive thru...apparantly he was too lazy to pick up the scanner gun right in front of him to scan the receipt. What is the point of a drive thru pharmacy if you can't use the damn thing. His tone was very condescending. Not a way to treat your customers. Avoid.

  • Nicholas DiLeo

Waited in line for 10 minutes at the checkout (keep in mind there was only one guy in front of me buying a single product). The only employee at the checkout and the customer were both flipping through coupons - do that at home if you need assistance buying hair gel. He refused to check me out at another station, informing me that he would "lose his job and have to move in with me." Terrible customer service and no self service checkout. Save your time and money and go to CVS across the street.

  • Shorty

Horribly rude and obnoxious pharmacy techs. Stupid pharmacists! When I called in several prescriptions to be transferred from another pharmacy in another state and went to pick it up 5 days later they told me that they had not yet called my old pharmacy to transfer the prescriptions over. And they had never bothered to call me to tell me there was a problem or that they needed more time. So I'm out of drugs for my blood pressure and believe me after dealing with this pharmacy I NEED THEM!

  • Allison Wylie

I've always had subpar experiences at this pharmacy location. The wait times are long, and the staff is typically short and impatient. That said, two weeks ago a girl named Grace helped me. She was a breath of fresh air! So kind, so helpful. After being told 3 times that I needed to speak to the pharmacy manager to solve a prescription issue, she took the time to sort it out herself. She was quick to follow-up and very professional. It's too bad every visit isn't like that one!

  • Demetrius Walter

The new store manager has his own policy in place when putting in medication in the pharmacy even with no wait or anyone waiting he makes his staff tell cuatomers that has high doses of meds thats its an hour and half wait and thats not a policy at aby other walgreens that I have ever went to, besides this one i love coming here because its down the street from my doctors office but maybe my last time until walgreens get this in order, been coming here for years amd this is sad

  • M Brad

It use to be good pharmacy, but no more, its full of crap and bad service, very rude staff. The night shift were teo African Anerican guys not in drug area but general check out were laughing at me for my look and making fun of my look and giggling . The prescription pick up was good in last two years but now extremly bad. They tell you , come pick up your prescption in 5 mins, when you go even after 30 mins its not ready. Its bad bad and I do not recommend it, avoid it !!!!!

  • monica m

I recently had an unpleasant experience at my local Walgreens, primarily due to the manager's rude attitude. (Leah) It's evident that she lacks the enthusiasm for her role, and her behavior suggests a lack of interest in fostering a positive work environment. Given the store's already short-staffed condition, her demeanor only exacerbates the challenges faced by the team. I hope management takes steps to address the issue for the well-being of both employees and customers.

  • Jason Harrell

Worst walgreens pharmacy in the world!! I have never left a review for any place or thing ever but this pharmacy made me do it. The employees and everything is slow af and just wrong. When they leave the window its like they travel to some alternate galaxy by foot. You might not see the person you talked to ever again and might be another hour before you see a human...if they even consider themselves of the same species. Terrible establishment. P*** poor failure.

  • B Lov.

This Walgreens has its ups and down, as would any walgreens store. Some people are just impatient and unkind. I know you all try your best everyday, you guys are always so nice and to some people that is all that matters. I have seen so many rude people be mean to your employees and I am sorry you have to deal with that some days. I appreciate your patience. Keep up the good work, I know some people leave bad reviews out of spite, but that is their issue.

  • Victoria Juarez

I went to pick up a prescription, mind you, three business days after my doctor sent it in and they told me it wasn’t ready. 3 MORE days later Im calling to see if it’s ready before I drive over there. Who ever is in the pharmacy keeps blatantly answering the phone and putting me on hold. I know because every 5-8 minutes it probably beeps because I’ve been on hold too long so the pick it up and put me on mute again. This is so ridiculous.

  • Alex Rivas

There is terrible communication between the Pharmacist, their e-fax, their phone lines, and the other staff in the pharmacy. Person at the counter said they didn't have the prescription, the clinic was on hold for 15 minutes only to be told they do have it, as it was sent electronically. When they were going to verbalize the prescription for the Pharmacists, they were rudely informed and hung up on. You need more staff or better training.

  • Sara P

I love this Walgreens Pharmacy! I had been going to the Cedar Springs location and received awful service, they never answer their phones and often I’m told don’t have my medication in stock. So I switched locations. Sergio was so helpful and even took the time to show me how to get a permanent coupon to use from the medication manufacturer website giving me a $30 discount on my $60 script! Sergio’s customer service was top notch!

  • Dr.T G

I was downright frightened to visit this location after reading several of the horrible reviews. Surprisingly had a good experience. Was greeted when entered store, assisted politely by a cashier and a stocker when I asked questions, and treated with patience and courtesy at checkout despite my numerous questions. To be fair, it was midday Monday, the store was empty, and I did not use the pharmacy. But still, a great experience.

  • E

Do not use this pharmacy. I've had a problem with every single prescription new or old. I have to fill out the same communication forms each time because my number "didn't get saved". Staff here tries to be helpful but many are untrained and have to wait for the only pharmacist on staff to fix computer problems, insurance questions, etc. Problems with this company fro. the top down. I will not be using a Walgreens pharmacy again.

  • Ali Williams

When I went back to my hometown, midland Tx, I offered to go with my aunt to pick up my grandpa’s ready prescriptions. Only one truck was in front of us (with his truck off) for over 20 minutes..! I’m in the passenger seat talking about the annoyance I felt, then my aunt stated that Walgreen is always like this [in Midland]. Long story short- this is the best 24/7 Walgreens I’ve ever gotten my prescriptions filled from- #spoiled

  • Can Vargas

If I could leave one star I would, the “manager” Lester would not refund me back from my online purchase even tho I showed proof of my card being charged. Lester was very rude raising his voice to me and my partner and once I was next in line to pay he closed his line down and made me wait until the next person was open and walked away laughing with coworkers. Very rude they need to be retained on customer service or fired.

  • Joshua Wilson

Terrible service at drive-through pharmacy. The sign says both lanes open, but they rarely are. So you'll see cars wait at the second window for 5-10min before they get sick of waiting. And wait times are just generally terrible. I've waited 10min as the next car in line twice in the last two days and ended up having to leave to get somewhere else. They don't appear to be busy at all. No line. But you'll still wait forever.

  • Adam Richards

I'll add another 1 star review reiterating what everyone said. Very disorganized, poorly run pharmacy with incredibly long wait times for prescriptions and lines everywhere. I have the flu which requires medication as soon as possible and I'm forced to wait almost 2 hours for freaking tamiflu. If you need something quickly this isn't the place to go. I will be taking my business elsewhere as this is the final straw.

  • Margaret Payne

This store has never been good but in the past two months it has gone even further downhill. They have not been able to fill either my husband or my prescriptions correctly on the first try. It always takes multiple phone calls by my doctor and by me to get them filled. They are without a regular day shift pharmacist and all the employees are new on every visit. If you have a choice, stay away from this disaster.

  • Shelly Hays

My daughter went to pick up medicine but doesn’t have insurance had to pay $119 but when she found out she could use GoodRX and pay $34 the pharmacy would not give her credit. Even though it was within 15 minutes of the purchase. Way to stick it to the people that need help the most those without insurance. What a scam and you should be ashamed of yourself- why didn’t you recommend GoodRX??

  • Joacim Figueroa

As everyone else says, the Pharmacy area is the WORST I had called for some vaccination needed for a Nursing program. They had me on hold for over 25 minutes, constantly grabbing the phone and putting on hold over 8 times. Then finally she got tired AND HUNG UP ON ME!! I CALLED A CVS by Cedar Ridge AND GOT EVERYTHING DONE IN LESS THAN 4 MINUTES. Let them feel our dissapointment.

  • Sharee Norvell

I stayed on the line with pharmacy for 47 minutes when they answered couldn’t say hello!! If you want a pharmacy that keeps putting you on hold and doesn’t care this is the place. Have fun! You will come out frustrated and still not have what you need and that’s your medicine!!!! Disgusted!! Only gave them a 1 because I had to do leave a review but it’s a big fat zero 00000!!!

  • Vishal Bagchi

If you order anything for online pickup or curbside you order WILL get cancelled! This is the 3rd time, employees inside have this magic button called “customer cancelled” so they don’t have to go down the isle and pick it up for you. Kinda unethical to lie say “customer cancelled” especially during COVID when the sick cant really come indoors and infect the employees!

  • Matthew, R

The RR sink is worse I have seen in any of the Walgreens. And they have the lights on outside at 4'O clock. Just save that electricity and replace the fixtures in the RR. Also there was Lot of open space in the middle of the store ; which doesn't align with the regular Walgreens set up... The old regular Norm is very nice and I like it & It's better than CVS.

  • Rose M Trevino

Went late. Asked the cashier what the price of a book was. The book was Haunted Dallas. It was in the mark down section. She starts getting angry that I asked her. Told me several contradictions. I had enough of her rudeness. Decided not to buy anything. She told me to leave the store. Wonder how often she acts this way. I won't go back to that location.

  • L Cee

WORST Pharmacy Not even 1 Star, I need meds for my daughter refilled, called 4 days ago, they stated they have issues with my insurance so the refill was not sent to doctor until they get paid. What my kid can not get meds cause you don't know how to process insurance. If i hadn't had to go from ER at 2am I would have used my regular pharmacy. -_-

  • Dina Benefield

The Staff is super friendly, but they have extremely limited product options. I went for Valentines and Easter items on 2 separate occasion (During the proper season) and they have 1 tiny little aisle with minimal offerings. Very disappointed. I work so close and can typically do mini errands during my lunch, but now I have to go to Target.

  • Prity Patel

This was probably the cleanest and most organized Walgreens I have been too. The coolers were unique. The staff welcomed us upon arrival...and we saw them engaged with other customers as well. M-line stop is right in front of it and Velet taco is right across...wish I knew...that would have been lunch for sure!!

  • B. Story

Shay (Beauty Consultant) is the BEST Walgreens employee I've ever encountered! She was very knowledgeable about the products, extremely patient with me when asking a bunch of questions, and checked the backstock to make sure products were available. I'm sooooo appreciative of her. She deserves a raise!

  • susanne daniels

I called to see if they had my prescription in stock before sending it over and the technician responded "probably not" without checking to actually answer my question. When I asked if he could check, he came back from putting me on hold and said they might have it but I should probably go elsewhere.

  • Diana Maturino

I received excellent service at this location when picking up my medicines. I had to leave CVS to come here and it was so different. Adam was super friendly and communicated very well. The lead pharmacist spoke with my doctor to make sure they got me taken care of. Highly recommend and will be back.

  • Lindsay M

Pharmacy is a nightmare. Have lost my prescriptions several times after getting notifications they're here. Then they telll you to wait 15-30 minutes, even if you can show confirmation of prescription order the day before. Reliably takes 20 minutes to get medicine even if the prescription is ready.

  • Sonia F

The most organized and best Walgreens in Dallas. I will only go to this location from now on. I had alot of items in my Hand one of the employee came with a basket to help me out. Everybody is si friendly and helpful especially Shay, who gave me the most exceptional customer service experience.

  • Chris Wiley

Always busy, but they usually can make it through a line in about 10-15 mins. Employees all on different pages, didn't fax my PA request to my physician 3 days ago like they said they did. Not the first time this has happened. Would go somewhere else if the CVS by my house wasn't just as bad.

  • Natalia Barnes

I get my script filled on the regular and only once or twice have I had a long wait. Otherwise they've been quick and very helpful. The staff is friendly as well, but the stock is a little limited but it's got the basic stuff which can be handy. Not a bad store, just doesn't carry a whole lot

  • Steve Lindley

The staff are kind and engaging. The store is clean and well organized. Just stay away from the pharmacy on Saturday nights/Sunday mornings or you will share in the drama of long lines and cranky young uptown professionals that need their birth control pill scripts refilled.

  • Barbara Horton

Worst pharmacy ever - lie and tell you the doctor didnt send what they needed, insurance didnt send what they needed. Of the MANY people that work here, this is a technique they use to "kick the can" and not deal with you now... awful awful service (and I never post reviews)

  • Emily Castañeda

Agitated with my photo order. Majority of my photos have heads chopped off and are very blurry. I paid $3.99 for a larger size photo so it wouldn't crop my husbands head and still did. Such a waste of time and money. It always takes them forever to locate my photos as well.

  • Gold Phoenix

The pharmacist talked to a couple with NO MASKS for 3 minutes and no one in the store asked them to wear a mask. They stood behind us in line for 5 minutes in clear view of both staff at the pharmacy and no one said anything. Is Walgreens taking the pandemic seriously?

  • GhostRider

When is somebody going to train these guys how to return stuff (in-store and from online), and how to do a price adjustment after the fact? They keep saying they "can't" and I end up showing how or they have to call Corp to figure it out! Get your poop-in-a-group guys!

  • Teresa Matte

One of the pharmacist is extremely rude and spoke us in a demeaning manor. If you are working working in the service industry you have to learn how to work with customers. Frankly if I didn’t have to use this pharmacy I would made sure I never set foot in there again.

  • Randy Adrian

I love this place! The pharmacy staff is kind and makes you feel like they really care. The line is always moving quickly, despite all the rude customers making scenes. I just moved to uptown and I've already seen several snobs embarrass themselves at this counter.

  • Julie Schnurr

Pharmacy is VERY understaffed and crazy slow. Just spent a solid 35-40 mins in line to pick up one prescription and that's not unusual here. Do not recommend using this pharmacy if you have things to do. Switching my prescriptions to a different pharmacy today.

  • S K

Went today to get Covid vaccine: tech who took my information was excellent but the person who gave me vaccine was rude and rushed me. No manners whatsoever. Did not ask me to wait for 15 minutes as they supposed to. Name of the person who gave vaccine: Wa?

  • TX_507

I received excellent service today from this location. Its a beautiful store and I was surprised. Great sales on things. I'll be back. I came at night and the pharmacy staff were so kind and helpful. The cashier's had fantastic customer service skills.

  • Trevor Swindell

It is crazy to me how consistently terrible Walgreens pharmacies are. And I mean, every aspect of them. It would be one thing if the workers were courteous and trying their best- but that is not the case. Absolutely terrible customer service.

  • Veronica Aguirre

Latorra went above and beyond finding me some merchandise I had already been to six stores looking for! She took time out of her busy morning for me , Micah was great as well. I highly recommend this l location for its extraordinary service!

  • Tamara Rose

On numerous occasions they aren't open when it's supposed to be 24hrs. I just walked up to the door, no sign on it at all and the door will not slide open. It looks like employees are just hanging out while restocking oblivious to anything.

  • Sean Manus

Horrible service at the drive through. I chose the right lane and when it was my turn I was told they would be right with me. I watched 4 other cars go past me on the left lane before finally someone helped me with my pickup.

  • Kerry John

Freaking rude service at this pharmacy. The pharmacy tech is a moron and incredibly rude and impossible to deal with. I will NEVER be back to this pharmacy again! CVS is across the street and they will now have my business!

  • A C

Worst pharmacy ever. Useless workers that make ridiculous amounts of mistakes. Half filled prescriptions - state that they don't have enough to fill the whole prescription despite that I can see more on the shelves.

  • Aubrie Graham

Latrisha made my walgreens experience a 5 star!!! She helped me print my wedding photos and I could not be more thankful for her patience and kind words. She has the best customer service and should be promoted!

  • Harriet Jones

We had a great experience. After having a lot of trouble earlier in the morning, Kaitlyn and Irar from the pharmacy found a way to get a solution to our problem. Great employees, great work. Thank you very much.

  • kathryn Latham

Easily the slowest Walgreens in dallas, pharmacy is AWFUL. I would rather drive to any other location to get prescriptions than here. Never have anything ready on time. 30 minute drive thru wait minimum.

  • Ashley Griffin

I was told my prescription would be ready today. When I called to check on it, they said they were out of stock for a week and would not transfer it to another location. The pharmacist was very rude!

  • Asia Williams

Was shopping around 8:40. Had to use the restroom and the employee tells me, their restrooms are closed for the night and then proceeds to look me up and down. Terrible way to treat your customers.

  • Carlos Guzman

Never has the medication that I need - this place is AWFUL. I’d advise anyone to avoid this place as much as possible. They always have to order my medication almost a month in advance. It SUCKS

  • Jesse Alonzo

The pharmacy is horrible. First time and last time. I'm in wisdom tooth pain, was told 1 hour to 1:30 minutes for medicine, ok cool. Well now it's a little over 2 hours and still no medicine.

  • Maddie Crotzer

I have never waited for less than 30 minutes at this location; also I have never - not one single time - had all of my medication ready when I show up. Go to Kroger if you want a pharmacy.

  • Michael Malloy

Slowest pharmacy in America. Got so frustrated with the wait that I cancelled all of my prescriptions and had then transferred to CVS across the street. In and out of there in 2 minutes.

  • Lauryn Altena

This is the slowest pharmacy I have been to- trying to get a prescription should not require 4 phone calls and going to the pharmacy multiple times. I would definitely go somewhere else.

  • Gabrielle Webb

Came by to buy a few things after driving into Dallas. Shay is INCREDIBLE!! So sweet and so helpful. Probably one of the the best experiences I’ve had at any Walgreens location ever.

  • Bobby Joe

The 24 hours store hours make it a great place to pick up small items you may run out of late at night. The store is very clean and well organized. A little bit pricey but convenient

  • Robert Anderson

I have used this pharmacy for 30 or more years and Mr Buck and his team have always been the best of help and I could 6ask for anymore of my pharmacy team...THANKS A MILLION. RCAIII

  • MICHAEL BRYANT

I had the best experience with LJ this evening!!!! She went above and beyond to help me !!!! Can’t believe how much she cared and went out of the way to help me !!!! Thank you !!!!

  • chris shelton

Make u wait 1 1/2 hours were they can run a background check for some meditations which is NOT a pharmacy's job. Our tax $ are paying the DEA to track each of our medication uses.

  • Jane Barnes

I walked into CarrNow and was seen within 5 minutes Waiting over an hour and a half for your prescriptions is unacceptable when you’re sick. I see a new pharmacy in my future.

  • Katrina Hickman

I got a flu shot by Shelitta today and she was the sweetest person ever! Best worker ever, I wish her and her family nothing but success and much love! Thank you Shelitta!!

  • John LaPlant

"Closed due to staffing shortages" = incompetent management that are unwilling to pay reasonable amounts, treat their employees like they aren't people, or both. Be better.

  • Rachel Pritchard

They are always understaffed in a very high-volume area. Received a phone call saying my prescription was ready and have now been waiting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes.

  • Melisa

This location is extremely slow, one of the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. The drive through line for the pharmacy is the worst and the employees are extremely rude!

  • Youssef Almkari

My go to spot for picking up late night snacks. It is in a very convenient location. Staff is friendly. Other than that, typical Walgreens products and services …

  • Elyse Lance

One of the nicest pharmacies I've been to, Karly is the best. If you have a problem or are under the weather she makes you feel welcome and fills prescriptions quickly

  • Sarah Gunter

Takes forever to get things filled, sometimes days. Drive thru is randomly shut down. They cancel prescriptions without notifying. I don’t know why I use this place.

  • Alexandra Sanders

So far this Walgreens is worlds better than my last one. The staff is friendly and gets your meds quickly. I also like they are open 24 hours since I work nights.
