The pharmacy technician at the CVS Pharmacy at 4401 East 10th Street, Linwood Square in Indianapolis, IN was unprofessional and belligerent when I tried to pick up my prescription today. My prescription had been filled and was awaiting pickup according to text messages I received from CVS. Apparently it had been restocked even though today was the day when I needed the prescription. The pharmacy technician got loud with me when I asked why my prescription would be refilled long before I needed it and why it would be restocked the day I actually needed it. She blamed me for signing up for automatic prescription refill. She loudly said that’s why SHE tells people not to use automatic prescription refill. I said it’s not my fault, it’s a CVS problem if they’re refilling my prescription long before I need it refilled. She then lectured me, blaming me, and telling me how I was the problem. Her customer service skills were non-existent. I was clearly trying to find out why this had happen and she was telling me a service CVS offers for convenience was flawed but it was my fault for choosing the service in the first place. Then she said I would have to wait 2 hours for my script to be filled. I asked why I would have to wait for something that was not my fault. She again got loud. I told her she was rude and that’s why her store is losing business, because those working in the pharmacy are rude and not helpful. She then told me to go to a different pharmacy, so that’s what I’m doing. I’m transferring every prescription of mine and I’m doing the same for the rest of my family. And I’m writing bad reviews in every place I can possibly do so. My new pharmacy offered me $50 to become their customer. They’re located in the same shopping center as the CVS, so they’re just as convenient but a lot nicer.
Complete trash. I come in 7/4 at 4pm to pick up my perscription that SHOULD have been filled 7/3 when the prescriber called it in, and when it was due at it is a controlled ADHD medication. I am sent a message the medication is ready for pick up on 7/4. I am going to another state for 4 days on 7/5 and cannot simply get it filled there because it is a controlled substance. Now my schedule is all screwed up because they closed at 2PM although the website says they are open till 7 PM. I will have to stay in town longer tomorrow to get my medication. I went at 4PM just incase they were sneaky and left early- I already suspected they would leave early- just not THAT- early. They are ALWAYS outside of their posted scheduled hours and always drama to get your perscriptions. I need to change pharmacies because it is total trash.
Slow, Rude, Unprofessional staff in the Pharmacy. Responsible for handling very important medications for people, rude and judgmental. Apparently no one working can count either. Maybe instead of judging someone for meds they ARE PRESCRIBED to take they should start keeping an eye on ones responsible for making sure the counts are right on controlled meds. Especially since they avoid responsibility on it and won't fix it. One of the staff members may have a serious problem considering this happened on several occasions so far with my prescriptions. Never ready on time, even when they send alerts that they are. Worst place ever to depend on for your health care needs.
The lady in store gave me a bag with a hole in it . I went to buy Gloria Margarita and when I got home and walked to my porch the Margarita fell out the bottom . She claimed she double bagged it but she didn’t and made me buy a new bottle . The entire time her attitude was terrible it took her 5 mins to come out the back room to even get me the bottle when I first came she treated me like I was someone off the streets instead of a actual customer . I’ll be back tomorrow to speak to her boss because this is not how customer service works . If it was double bagged I wouldn’t be here typing right now . I do not appreciate how she handled me for a mistake she made.
The female pharmacist I spoke with today was about so rude it was not even funny. If you are going to work in customer service and in the health field you should be compassionate and understanding that someone normally is upset or is concerned when things are wrong. This is my second time dealing with the same issues. If you want to call yourself a manager you should know how to treat people. I can not recommend this pharmacy the need to get their act together. To many careless mistakes no one can be professional enough to apologize. They just make up excuses why some of the staff is inconsistent and unprofessional to do the right thing.
The pharmacy here can really mess up your day. The might not even put you in their system so that no one is responsible for dropping the ball. Every pharmacy can be out of medicine and I understand that. However, having you wait and then suggest you purchase items off the floor it's unacceptable. Not looking in the database to see what other CVS might have a product is also an acceptable. The thing is at the end of the day they did not try. This is the worst experience I've had at this CVS. Not a first customer here.
I had my prescriptions switched to this location after the location on Washington Street closed, and let me tell you: never have I made a worse decision in my life. They couldn't make a successful delivery. They don't fill your prescriptions unless you call or show up asking what's taking so long. I watched them turn two people away from getting their medication because they were "too busy." And after standing at the booth for 20 minutes, the pharm finally asked, "are you waiting on me?" Lord Jesus help us all.
Mostly deal with Pharmacy. The people who assist in that area are friendly, efficient and welcoming. The pharmacist on duty, no matter which one, is knowledgeable, will take time to answer questions and, in the event a medication isn't covered by insurance, will find a discount coupon to use to make the med affordable. I wish they had home delivery, I'm a senior without a car, but figure they'll get around to it. Highly recommend this store!!
Not that any CVS is good, but the pharmacy staff is beyond incompetent. How hard is it to read a note that supposedly has been in my profile for 2 years yet you delay my medication every single month! Every. Single. Month. I worked as a Pharmacy Technician for 20 years. If I had ever given the horrid service this store does daily, I would have fired. Sad to see a once respected profession be filled with any incompetent off the street.
World's slowest pharmacy. The phone's don't work and you can't get a live person to save your life. No one seems to know what they are doing in the store. I am now more than willing to go to one 3 miles away from home than come back to this awful one. Expect to be here at least 45 minutes. Don't think drive-thru is any better. Same problems, but you get the bonus of wasting all of your gas.
I was made to wait in line for my prescription for over 45 minutes. Not only did they not have it ready, after 3 hours when I came back they still weren't ready! I went back a third time to be told to come back later because it's still not done. Most ridiculous CVS in the country. The attendants are less than friendly or nice. DO NOT HAVE YOUR PERSCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE!
Got a 5$ reward and tried to use it to pick some sale candy. I was told I couldn't get sale price because I had no cvs card - even though I do. Half the time Thier out of my mess and I have to get my doct to re send over to Krogers. Been going here since they opened but no more.
My boyfriend perspiration was supposed to be ready in two hours it was not it took 5 hours to get his perspiration after standing in line for and hour with 4 people in the back acting like they don’t see anyone waiting for service. Horrible staff unprofessional. Stay away.
Absolutely the worst. They won't answer there phone, closed drive through. It took me three days to get my medicine from the time it was due. I was sick. One of the nurses told me one time if I didn't like it to take my prescription to Walgreens.
Very rude judge mental and not understanding. When you can go to another cvs right down the street and not be treated that way. That’s what I recommend. I’m not the kind of person to leave a negative review so my experience had to be sub-par…..
One of the better CVS locations I have been to. Transferred from a dumpster fire store (Castleton) to this one and I have been pleasantly surprised. Gentleman in the drive through is always kind and Pharmascist is quick and efficient.
While learning that their website was wrong and they have no covid at-home tests in stock and waiting while they checked other stores, neither people working the front counter were inclined to put their masks over their face.
They don’t answer the phone and I’ve come into the location multiple times and no one in the pharmacy with greet you . I stood there for 10 minutes before I was helped , I had to yell out and ask for assistance.
Pharmacy reps are very rude. Rep Nyla is the rudest. Zero customer service skills!!! The other 2 workers watch and say nothing. The hours make no sense. Replace entire pharmacy staff please! ✌️
Even though they didn’t carry the product I was looking for, the cashier was super helpful and kind. I was looking to purchase a base/top gel polish that works under the nail currator light.
Great customer service, I was greeted at the door and my colleagues were polite, professional, and the energy was just outstanding. Shout to Tahleia for her showmanship and great effort.
Horrid place..a scheduled script not ready..3 times I went back when it was promised on friday..Saturday still Not ready..had to go back 4th time and pharmacist so rude..never again cvs
We scheduled an appointment online for COVID and flu tests that were allegedly available only to arrive, wait over half an hour to be turned away because their “system was down”
I’ve been on hold for the pharmacy for 40 mins. This CVS is usually poorly stocked from shampoo to cold meds, and prescription drugs. 7/10 times they don’t have what you need.
I dont know what is going on with this Pharmacy, but they have gone downhill. No customer service at all. I have waited every single time, to pick up my prescriptions
Merged me and another women prescription together. I am Tammera she Tammy same last name same birthday just 10 years apart. HIPPA VIOLATION ALL THE WAY.
Who ever is there now is rude and unprofessional and that’s why walgreen has better customer services and won’t lie about double bagging my margarita
The most incompetent pharmacy. Never receive any script that is sent from my doctor, on multiple occasions. Thought CVS was better than this.
I have given up on thinking "they just had a bad day". I will never return. Front of the house is just as horrendous as the pharmacy.
I hope Melissa got fired for racially profiling that women. Disgusting behavior, do better. Why is CVS hiring garbage employees?
Not a fan of big box corporate anything but they are fast and friendly and always accommodating. The main pharmacist is awsome.
Store is always neat and tidy, making it very easy to shop. The Pharmacy staff is always on point and friendly and helpful
There prescription phone line is horrible im still on the phone waiting to to talk to someone at 24 minutes as i type.
Dropped off prescription and they said 1 hour. I came back 3 hours later and my prescription was still not filled.
Front store staff is helpful and courteous . They have a lot to deal with busy but they do it well.
They treated me with respect concern, and a happy face, and I needed that and it was a real person
Go here on multiple occasion well before they close abs they are closed two or three hours early.
Liquor is in cabinet. So be prepared to wait a while cause they don't hurry or acknowledge you
Im here at 8:12 pm and they r closed but google says they close at 9pm wasted my gas and time
We love this particular cvs. Very convenient location wise and the staff are always helpful
Constantly rescheduling their estimated time when your prescription(s) will be filled.
Slow, you have to wait at least 1/2 hour no matter how busy or slow the pharmacy is.
Been coming here for many many years very good place they do take care of you
Never has anything in stock! Some of the staff is down right rude.
Doesn't care about their patients medications.. very incompetent
Tencie was very helpful with finding the right items
Excellent customer service..very clean place
Racist staff! They all need to be fired
Service provided was horrible
very slow
Nice
