The staff try really hard to keep the store but the store itself is not large enough to handle the volume for the area. The pharmacy has been really good with prescriptions and the staff have been working really hard ti keep up with the demand - you can see it. They will be moving over to it's own building soon and it should get much better. This is my local CVS and I would like to see it improve. Seems like management may just not invest enough so it less desirable to go to than the other CVS you'll find along Penn Ave SE by Eastern Market. Let's keep investing into East of the river and this plaza. Should be better once the other CVS opens.

I brought my 92 year grandma into the store to get her Covid-19 vaccination. While she was waiting, I picked up 1 item and the clerk refused to check me out. I will never shop at this CVS location again. This is extremely poor customer service. I spoke with the manager and she did not have them check me out.

Made a vaccination appointment for 4:30. Received a reminder text from CVS. Showed-up early. The pharmacist didn't show-up that afternoon at all, I was told, so all appointments were cancelled from 1:30 pm onward. Waste of an hour of my time.

The pharmacy at this location is very incompetent. You try to explain a situation and they cut you off giving attitude. I called waiting on the phone for 35 minutes then the Pharmacist hung up the phone on me. I did not try to call back.

Great store with friendly staff. Great neighborhood store to get small essentials for the house. The pharmacy could be better however I see they are short staffed given the high volume of customers. Clean and neat.

I have my obviously sick 2 year old in my arms and mall security guard following me like I’m about to steal with my left hand.

Merrill has a wonderful personality, she's helpful and she made my day.
