Before COVID struck I was consistently pestered by a woman staff member in her twenties to scan another way, simply because a que was forming behind me. The other machines where working and I was only there for a minute. I kept telling the woman politely that I wanted to do this things this way, but she kept asking, but stating, that I should do it another way. I haven't been back since as it played with my anxiety. She was over assertive, not listening, loud and being a bully. The que was compromised of three people, neither whom complained about me. She didn't do this to the man after me. Won't be back.

One of the best library's in Dublin. I went with my 13 year old son today to join him up and the woman behind the reception explained how it works, how many books he can have out at a time, how the mobile library works (which parks in Stoneybatter) and how the Internet works and the printing etc. I really liked how they always have a member of staff around the childrens/teenagers section and the choice on graphic novels is one of the best I've seen in any library. Well done to all staff involved.

My children love it and I have to say that the children’s area, is very good and full of books. I myself like the graphic novel section which again has a good selection. Can’t really comment on the computers because I’ve never used but when I was at Uni, I would meet one of the lads on my course who lived local to the library with the laptops and we can study in the study section of the library. Overall, very good local library

Goodmorning, I've been going to this library for a while now, and i can safely say that calling it library is almost a joke: Kids screaming the whole morning, Halloween events with people dancing, Kids dance classes and screaming babies. Almost impossible to concentrate. If they wanted to create a babies playground they did it very well

When I visited there, it was very less crowded. All the facilities are free here like membership, getting books and internet services as well. The staffs there are really helpful, polite and humble. Also the printing here is done for black and white- 20c only and for color 60c only, which is really cheap compared to other places.

I’ve been using Cabra Library for a number of years, but have never left a review. In short, it’s a joy to visit. A wonderful selection of books and activities. Excellent IT access, and friendly and helpful staff to assist with any query or difficulties. Full marks guys, you’re doing a great job. Cheers Eilis

Lovely place to sit and grasp new ideas. Relatively good collection of books. Not enough space to sit and read, just a few chairs and tables. At the moment no Wi-Fi!!! Unforgivable! Good staff! Well-located. Totally consider it cosy place to find new books and reading space.

Library with plenty of space to plug in and use your laptop to work. PCs are available and also laptops and tablets to use. Usual list of wide library services also available. Free WiFi and toilet facilities are also here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Is it just me or is the guy in the wheelchair that works here just so dismissive and rude? He’s no help whatsoever and even when you need help it’s like everything you request is an effort. Other staff members here are incredible. Great library.

I was in the library today 1 July. The lady I spoke to despite the fact she was about to leave when I arrived was very professional and took the time to help me. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. Excellent customer service.

I used to go to central library in the Ilac Centre, but when I tried to go in there I was surprised to find it a cozy place - comfortable and handy. You don't need to go out of the building when you need to use a washroom.

It's a great place to spend your time for study and convenient for every one to go. I like this place very much. If Dublin City Council provide drinking water facility then it would be great.
