Honestly, what? When we (me and my family) came here, we were the only people that were present. When we ordered, we were the only people. Then other people arrived in the same number of people my family comprises of. They were getting their food much faster than us. It's as if those people were a priority. Now, the food. I don't know where to start. I looked at the burger selection and there was not one single normal burger to be found. I mean, some people might be into that, but some people just want a completely regular cheeseburger. My family ordered a pepperoni pizza, and I ordered a plate of carbonara. The pizza: I get it if the toppings are spicy, but when the crust is spicy and no filling was inserted in it, there's a problem, also the crust was hard. The pasta: I don't know if they heard my order wrong or they decided to put carbonara in the menu without knowing what it was. Still, between the two meals, the pasta was the most edible dish. We waited 75 minutes for two crappy dishes. I was starving all the time (ate one toast this morning, since we had to leave for Sherbrooke at 8 am). Unbelievable.

This used to be a Sherbrooke go-to, but after returning for a visit, we were sorely disappointed. The atmosphere was very loud with pour acoustics, so could not hear each other very well. The menus have not changed in the 10+ years since I had last been there. Ordered an entree, burger and beer. The entree arrived before the beer. The waitress working was quite busy and seemed to possibly be one of one or two waiters at the tables. We both had different lamb burgers - a bit dry, but flavourful. The beef tartare entree was a good portion, but very mustard heavy. We went in to reminisce about times we had enjoyed there in the past, but won't likely be returning.

My experience at Café Bla-Bla definitely exceeded my expectations. First off, the place looks really nice, with a French bistro vibes and dim lighting. The waiters are bilingual, very friendly and make sure to keep asking if everything is going well. As for the food, it is amazing! I ordered the american beef burger and it was cooked to perfection, with fries that are the right amount of crispy. I also have to mention that their burgers are very customizable, from the type of meat (beef, chicken etc.), to the toppings and the fries sauce. My boyfriend ordered the bla bla nachos with extra chicken and found them to be great as well. All in all, I highly recommend this place and would definitely come again when I'm in Sherbrooke! ❤

The burger variety of this place is MIND. BLOWING. I honestly can’t say enough about how innovative some of these burgers are. I got the blue cheese with MANDARIN oranges (like the ones you get in a fruit cup!!!) and capers. Phenomenal! The fries and the mayo dipping sauce were also wonderful. Seriously, the mayos also have a ton of variety! The service was great also. I’d probably stay away from their sangria as it’s quite over priced and their churros (wayyyy too much sugar). But apart from that, an excellent place.

Café Bla-Bla is your go-to spot for a delicious hamburger and beer combo. However, I had a minor inconvenience during my last visit with friends. We requested to sit together and combine two tables for our group of 8, but they didn't allow it, even though there were empty tables available. We ended up leaving disappointed.

This place is close to my heart! If I want to bring a friend from outside of Sherbrooke to a restaurant that is very "Sherbrooke-oise", I will bring them here. I love there two for one burger deals on Sunday and Mondays. My partner and I often hold off our date night and save it for those days and after walk across the street to the movie theatre. The house red is nice and even though I usually end up getting a veggie burger, there other dishes are great too! I can't wait to go back when all this is over...

We went on Sat 20th at 3pm, and first the girl said we have to leave in 45mins, understandable as we did not reserve and we said okay. As we followed her to the table, she made a face and said I hope you understand french since our menu is french. We said you can explain us in english, then she said no. Apparently they don’t serve people who dont know the french language and we left. I wanted to give no stars but google didnt let me post it. Here I thought Canada was way past cultural indifference.

Un retour nostalgique dans ce restaurant qui est une institution à Sherbrooke. Je venais souvent au Café Bla-Bla quand je faisais mes études à l’Université de Sherbrooke il y a 20 ans. Le cadre et l’ambiance sont restés identiques et cela m’a rappelé de bons souvenirs. Bon accueil et bonne cuisine, rien à redire.

Excellent food, some of the best burgers in town ! Excellent price vs quality and quantity, very good service, and a friendly cozy place. Might be hard to find parking at peak times, but definitely worth looking for one ! Try the spicy sangria if you want something different and tasty !! And their soup is woah ! Tip I got from a "regular": if you're in sherbrooke for some time, the cinema deal is the best!

Despite the higher prices, I still really like this place. The terrace in the summer is great for having a beer from their excellent beer selection and people-watching. Service isn't fast or particularly warm but it's still fine nonetheless. Food quality is generally excellent, with a large amount of vegetarian and healthy options. The moules frites is very good, with a choice of sauces and great fries.

Tried to get a late lunch there. We were ignored for 15 minutes, without so much as a menu, after the host told us to seat ourselves. When we left, he absentmindedly thanked us. I don't think he had any idea we came and went without ordering.

I appreciate the customer service in this restaurant. The lovely waitress there was very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed their pesto chicken pasta and I actually went back twice that same week. Their cheesecake was also delicious. You can speak in either french or English. Go ahead and try out your french. I would love to come back here again.

The food here is delicious! I was impressed with their very extensive burger selection. You choose your meat first, and then you decide your burger toppings from quite a varied selection (you can see all the topping options in the menu in the last photo I posted). Would definitely visit again, even just to try out a new burger/topping pairing.

Good place, flavorful food, good portion and reasonable prices. Not sure if it was just that night but understaff, one person working and took awhile to even order our first drink let alone the food. Note to servers, once a person has a drink and ordered they can have more patience to wait for food. Will go again for their food though

We enjoyed our evening with tasty food and fresh beer. The price is a little higher than average in Sherbrooke but fir city centre it's normal (the salmon 20$, pinta of beer 7$) So, 5 stars from me. I liked the soft music also. We were 15 people, so it's good place as for a big company, but a couple can also enjoy there. Recommended

Delicious food. We had the grilled vegetable salad with goat cheese, grilled veg panini with pesto and goat cheese, pasta with shrimp and asparagus and meat lasagna. Everyone was pleased with their meal. Generous portions, warm service and reasonable prices. Nice bistro ambiance near Bishops university.

Delicious burgers and bistro food that never fails to please. Service is always great and the food is even better. The only drawback is the noise. It's always packed and everyone seems to be shouting to hear each other. If you aren't afraid of loud noises and cramped seating the food is well worth it.

Hard to beat a quick, flavorful burger with some nice craft beer! Super fresh, friendly staff...all in all...A1 experience!

The food was Bla Bla - left much to be desired. Our group of 4 had different burgers - beef, rabbit, duck and vegetarian. All burgers were dry. Do not let their full menu of choices fool you. I believe this is a good place to drink but not to eat. The ambiance and customer service is good.

Downtown spot that is both cozy and cool. The staff is friendly and helpful. We tried two kinds of boar burgers and both were excellent, accompanied with fresh and tasty fries. A flavorful white sangria was a perfect addition to our Saturday early evening meal. Will definitely come back.

Went to Cafe Bla Bla in search of mussels and they did not disappoint! Awesome atmosphere, delicious food, great portions, and our server was lovely. Would visit again for the mussels! :)

It was pretty good. The street is under construction and the area was a bit sketchy. I didn't know Sherbrooke was a bit ghetto for my taste but felt safe walking around anyway. I had a honey and brie burger. The strawberry mojito was really realy good. More

Among my favorite places to go in Sherbrooke, the food is great, the price tags are affordable specially considering the quality of the food! The staff is friendly, and the outdoor tables offer a nice, somewhat romantic place to eat!

This company may not be as famous as other brands but its services are great. They have good prices. The product quality is really appealing. Their website contains the newest arrivals too. I personally am rooting for this company.

Very good ambience. Close to full is an indication that the food is very good here. I had mussels and it was awesome!!! The spicy mayonnaise sauce was so great. Very good and warm service too.

We did like the aura of the place but it was so understaffed and they took orders for people who came after us so we sat here with nothing to do for 40 minutes. The food was very good though.
