I am ahead in the queue, Indian staff asked me to step back so she can serve lotto buyer behind me first. This buyer ended up taking a lot more time than me. This staffmember also too lazy to pick up a parcel to put it on the counter, told me to go around to her side to lift it myself. Asked my pickup code three times, then ended up taking photos of my phone anyway, why did you need to ask this repeatedly? Store say they close 4pm on Saturday. They already shuttered and dark at 3.45pm
