Gee after I saw the previous reviews it all makes sense. I handed my mobile phone with my Lotto app open to the female staff member - I paid her cash and I walked out. Yes I guess I do bear "some" responsibilty for leaving my phone. But when I went back ( an hour later ) the manager/ owner did not accept any resonsibility. The female was upset and did appogise but ultimately it is the owner who needs to sort these things out and he came up short.

By far the WORST Newsagency in QLD. Young male opened the store 25 minutes late, without any apology after I had been waiting there since before 8am which is when the store indicates it is open. He then proceeded to open the store and go about his day in a casual manner, no apologies, very rude and disorganised. If you say you open at 8am, be there at 8am. Also have the decency to apologise to your waiting customers.

I had a package delivered here and when I went to pick it up they said it was not there. It was confirmed to be delivered there but they refused to look or check their system. When I called again later they said that if the shipping company says they sent it to them then they have it, but also if they don’t have it then they don’t have it and again refused to check.

Always a pleasure to ok visit this store. Some of the loveliest staff in the Centre work here and they always help you to leave with a smile on your face Win Lose or Draw in the Lotto

Very cute newsagency, all the staff I have spoken with have been quite nice and energetic with a couple of exceptions. Very convenient place to pick up packages :)

Staff was rude and unfriendly and gave me the wrong lotto and change. This has happened to me at least 3 times now.

Lack of transparency i.e no price tags in items. Dishonest business attitude
