Pure/Calgary Cycle has always been awesome to deal with. I have been a repeat customer for the last 12 years and will continue to come back. I called in the morning needing tubes for two tires. The sizes are unusual but Ben hunted the shop and found both. I dropped the bike off and 90 minutes later got a message the bike was ready. All the service and very reasonable invoice. I have purchased 3 bikes here and always get great service.

They have very friendly and extremely experienced staff that are always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve never had bad customer service. Specifically one of their staff Noland (if I’m spelling that right) has always been very helpful and always go the extra mile to get things done.

There are a lot of great mechanics in Calgary, but Stu at Calgary Cycle Pure is my go to. I appreciate the relationship we’ve built up and love that he knows my bike. And he’s always teaching me new things as I’m ready to learn them which is important to me at this time in my MTB career.

I have over the years bought 3 bikes from them and will continue to do so. The staff are so patient and knowledgeable with answering all my questions so I can make the right decision. The service department is fantastic and have a prompt turnaround time for pickup.
