We worked with Graig on buying our first home, and we're so glad we did! First of all, he ensured our offer was firm and better than any others and we ended up getting our dream home for asking, despite other offers being on the property because of how solid our offer was with Graigs suggestions. He was always quickly available to view houses with us- if we wanted to see a home within the next 2 hours after it was posted he made it happen- even if the house was an hour drive away. He made sure everytime we looked at a house we knew every downside (noise, age, piping, foundation type, appliances, neighbourhoods, traffic, highways, shopping areas, square footage, ect.) before we even saw the property, so that we took every aspect into consideration. I am not sure where to start. And, I am not even sure why it never clicked my mind to leave him a review earlier. But, finally here I am writing even if words may not be enough how happy myself and my family with spencer and his team. I have known spencer since first time he started with his mom Bev tonkinson then they used to be called tonkinson team who already had 25-30 years of experience in real estate. And, he helped me to find a home in busy market o real estate during 2014 and also helped me sell my home. Since then I have worked with him and bought and sold 4 homes with him so far with him. He has extensive knowledge since he has lived all his life born and brought up in calgary. So, he understands calgary market really well. I have also referred him so many of my friends and they all have been happy with his service. In any market he never pushes his clients either to buy or sell and makes sure tries to be great mediator between buyers and sellers since sometimes as a buyer we may ask too much but he knows in order to make a deal go through where to push breaks. Right now we are in the market with so many realtors and everyone may know someone but I would highly recommend to give him a try which never hurts since you don't really pay anything till your deal goes through anyways.
