I got a time frame of between 8 and 11. Then they ring to say they havebhad an emergency so will between 10 and 1. I just got a call from the actual dr at 11.54pm saying hes had to triage a lot of patients and he cant come and see me. He told me to see my regular gp. Now my regular gp is only available on wednesdays. They moved practices last week so were closed and i rang up today and cldnt get in till next week. I explained this to this indian rude arrogant dr and he said i dont care theres nothing i can do. So now im stuck here in excuriating pain. Anyone with fibromyalgia or have loved ones with fibromyalgia will know what im talking about. I have children i cant just go to the hospital i dont have a car. I have a disability car ticket and taxi subsidy card and disability pension. They just dont care. I wont be able to sleep now because of the pain. Im furious at these people. So many people take there own lives due to servere pain and lack of care. Appauling system . Half of the drs you cant even understand. It wasnt my fault i was born eith this hereditary disease i dont want to be on medications i want to be normal and libe a healthy functioning life .i want to work again. But thats not going to happen ive now dealt with this now i have to deal with impossible arrogant drs. What a waste of my time. I would have been in and out of the emergency room by now if i had known they were going to stuff me around. I cant wake my daughter up now as she has school tomorrow. I will be straight onto my support eorkers and mental health workers first thing in the morning
Very dishonnest about their ETA : I called centre at 6am they told someone will be coming by 12. I called back past 1pm and said they had 3 other patient before us so that we could expect them in the next 2 hrs but now been downlisted for another 5 hours. (Kylie) said Dr. cannot pick up the phones because they're driving while they have an assistant that drive them around and take calls for them. Took us for the big ride... no pro-activity, just taking phonecalls.. had to talk to another operator to finally have an update. Dr. is suppose to come after 7pm so 13 hours after my first call. They dont tell you that when you first call them. They just take whoever is the closest to their current position and let further ppl rot to collect quick $ closeby. Dont expect any reliability concerning their ETA. Especially if you live excentred from the city. Its just a shame for people that have a duty of care. They just don't... Last update : ended up going to Derwent Park After Hours Medical Center. Great service there and their waiting list is spot on. In response to owner's answer : If you cant answer calls then say it so people can look for another option. Instead of putting people to wait so you dont loose your precious market share. I called and gave feedback to manager (Brandon) that obviously didnt pass on the message to his team. Keep the *quick money* driven waiting list system. Wont take long before you get more formal complaints.
This is a service I will never use again. They claim to be prompt, local and provide starter packs for a wide range of medications, and in my case they met none of these claims. I got through to the call centre at 6.10 pm and was seen by the doctor 6 hours later - not prompt!! I needed antibiotics for an upper respiratory tract infection and inflamed lymph glands in my throat. I was prescribed Penicillin - no starter pack available - and as it turned out the Penicillin made no difference to my symptoms and I suffered for a further 6 days. During my 6 hour wait I had called their call centre again to get an update on when I might expect to be treated and from comments made by the responder I suspect that the call centre is not based in Hobart - so not altogether 'local' either. I called this service so that I could stay at home and not spread my germs to other people waiting in a doctor's surgery, but after the appalling service I received from Call the Doctor I will have no choice but to cough and splutter in a doctor's waiting room in the future. Get your act together, Call the Doctor!
Rang them a number of times since the service has been available to us. Once I got a call back apologising the Dr wouldn't be able to see me, that night due to an unexpected emergency. We sit/lay in pain in the comfort of our homes. People complain about waiting times, the Drs take. They're giving up their nights yes they get paid. But they could work during the day charge a fortune& work 3days a week for the same money, but we are fourtunate they bulk bill. Look at some situations they go into. Tasmania has a shortage of Doctors even in RHH. Simple mainland Doctors dont want to move here there's only so many restaurants&Scenic things one can look at for 20% lower wages. Im sure call the doctor would like to employ more doctors to shorten waiting times for us. If you can come up with a solution to qualified Doctors moving here. Im sure they'd like to know &also Tasmanian Medical would also be very interested. Many of the top student doctors are moving to mainland to complete their last year. So be thankful your not sitting on a hard chair in RHH. Where waiting times can be much longer
. The doctor looked at the problem body part, touched it and told me to take my pain medication. Only trouble is, was, I had no pain killers. He also told me to bandage it up. I HAD NO BANDAGES IN THE HOUSE. the doctor assumed that I had pain killers and bandages. He did not tell me what was the problem with my foot. Since that visit I have attended the RHH on three occasions, my gp on six occasions and a renal specialist. At the moment I am suffering from the same complaint again. I have had it for a week. First visit to the doctor I was given antibiotics, two days later I was given a steroid injection. I was not impressed with the doctor on the last visit. The visit before, I could not fault. The Doctor was called for me last weekend. I had seen him on a prior occasion. He was super. He listens and takes notice of what is said. I could not fault this man. I would appreciate it if he was in private practice, he would be my doctor.
I've recently had to phone up Call the Doctor.. My experience was of the most highest professional service.. Unfortunately as I had been poked in the eye with a stick!! I was very uncomfortable and felt irritated with my dilemma!! The Dr and his Work colleague which I called Dr aswell. (They know who they are!!) Were highly Professional in their job.. Unfortunately my Dr felt he was in a dilemma along with myself. He felt bad as being a government funded service they do not supply certain medications and ailments. Thank God for these guys they couldn't help me out and felt as though their hands were tied behind their back due to red tape. However I was given great how do U say this.. bedside manor and they were thorough and very friendly. I would use this WONDERFUL SERVICE AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING A DOCTOR. GREAT WORK TO THE DRS AND THEIR LOVELY PERSONNEL MAKING THE APPOINTMENTS WIRK SMOOTHLY!!
I recently called the doctor to come and see my 2 children age 8 and 4 as they had a rash on there body. When the doctor arrived he didnt know what the rash was and didnt know if it was contagious. ( i also have 2 other children living with me and i wanted to make sure it wasnt contagious) He keeped his phone in his hand and he was googling rashes on the internet. I have never seen a doctor google what they think something might be. He then told me to keep all the kids separated as he didnt know what it was then he left. I then toke the kids to the hospital as he couldnt give me any answers as to what the rash was or if it was contagious. A spoke to the doctors at the hospital and they told me that it wasnt contagious and it was only a heat rash. I will never be using call the doctor any more as i dont think it is very professional for a doctor to google (rashes) i could have done that myself!!
Don't waste your time. After 5 hours I finally got a call back from a GP to speak about my covid. I could barely get a word in as he kept interrupting me as I was explaining my symptoms. A family member of mine from ER suggested a simple medication be prescribed to me for my asthmatic lungs which he continually dismissed, he told me that I shouldn't still be experiencing fever after 5 days and not to take paracetamol to keep the fever down and instead just go to emergency which is completely unnecessary in my case and then just hung up on me after 6 minutes. I've never had a worse experience with a GP. I got in contact with a different telehealth service which was equally as shocked hearing this and much more helpful. Would not recommend this company at all.
How fortunate we are to have such an incredible service here in Hobart. My infant son spiked a high fever in the night and no GP appointments were available until the following afternoon. I rang Call The Doctor at 1am and at 5.30am (a perfectly acceptable wait time given the hour and the non life-threatening nature of the problem) a wonderful doctor and nurse appeared at my door. The doctor quickly diagnosed an ear infection, administered antibiotics, wrote a script, produced a medical certificate for the sleep-deprived parents. All with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. And all bulk-billed. I am deeply grateful for the existence of this exceptional service, it saved my son many hours of pain and suffering. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
By far the worst experience I have had with a GP. The two men barely spoke to me. I had hardly sat down before Dr Yedlapalli had a thermometer pointed at my head, without asking permisson or even introducing himself. He was brusque in his questioning and difficult to understand, he didn't ask if there were any other medications I was taking or if I had any existing medical conditions, and then without any explanation of what was wrong with me whatsoever he wrote out a script, dropped it on my lap and left. There was no communication about how to use the medication he had prescribed or even what it was. I was left disbelieving what had just happened, and wondering if he was a very arrogant, rude doctor or simply didn't care about his work at all.
Speed was great, very polite on phone. Felt a little disappointed as was simply told my son had a virus. I mean I knew that - but he'd had it a while and went downhill and I considered it was time to have a referral for a blood test etc. Was told they would come at a certain time so I popped out and missed the doctor by a couple of minutes as they were very early. So I had to take him to the doctor the very next day to get that done - should have been offered at the time given the symptoms were similar to that of a couple of very serious issues. Also the previous time we used the service, Tamiflu was prescribed but at the wrong dosage to stop the progression of influenza. That was a serious oversight.
Don't waste your time. My sister called and requested at call back this was at 5:55pm as you call at 6pm for the doctor but thought we would try get in first they called back and hung up then she was sixth in the queue she requested another call back they hung up again so she stayed on the line the third time and they told her the doctor can't come see her she explained about the calls and they didn't care so she said ill take a phone call well the doctor called back at 7:49pm and cancelled the call on her!! Everytime I have called for a doctor I always get oh sorry they can't come too you go too the royal or your local doctors tomorrow waste of time.
My pregnant wife was very ill with a severe chest infection and in some distress because she was struggling to sleep because of constant coughing (negative daily RATs for the last week). She rang this service at 1:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. By 10pm the doctor hadn't arrived. I rang them on her behalf to find out where the Dr was. The operator told me they'd ring back with an ETA. 60mins later no call back. At 11pm I called back, the operator told me the doctor cancelled at about 1030pm because he had some alleged other on road emergency to attend. Why a pregnant woman with a severe chest infection got shafted is beyond me. Very disappointed.
I was holidaying from Sydney and was struck down with several conditions requiring three admissions to Royal Hobart Hospital. I used Call the Doctor numerous times. On one visit I thought I was experiencing my normal IBS pain. The doctor called 000 as he picked something up. I underwent emergency surgery for a ruptured appendix. That doctor literally saved my life. In ALL cases the doctors were fantastic. I felt guilty calling as often as I did but the doctors reassured me that I did the right thing. I'm home in Sydney now recovering. Thanks to the doctors and staff for exceptional service and for saving my life.
My visit did not go down well!! 1. Treated condescendingly as if I were a little white princess with a slight cold. 2. Did not listen when I told him how colds and viruses turn to bronchitis with me. 3. Did not listen when I told him I have no thyroid so no immune system anymore. 4. Questioned me as to why I was frightened of bronchitis. Treated it lightly when I told him it makes me very ill and turns into pneumonia. 5. Lectured me on the evils of antibiotics. 6. So ill the next day, my temperature was high and bronchitis plus another infection had set in. Spent next 4 days in bed and still fighting the illness.
Sadly I had to go to my sisters house to be in the right area for my child to be seen and then after waiting over five hours there we were told it was just a virus! However later in the week when she was still sick we went to the after hours doctor in Derwent Park where she was prescribed antibiotics and she started to get well! It is really frustrating that Fern Tree is considered too far out of the city for the doctor to do a home visit. I understand some accesses are very difficult but access to our house is very easy! It takes me eleven minutes to get to the GPO on a good day!
What a waste of time that was. Rang at 5pm on a Saturday, was told I would get a call after 8pm. Called at 9:30 to see if I could get an approximate time they would call, which I was told could be any time. 12:20am (I was sleeping as I was obviously sick) and was prescribed antibiotics with no pain relief. Still waiting on said prescription. There is no point offering this service as an option instead of hospital if they cannot complete in a timely manner and with proper assessment. Not the first time I have used this service but will definitely be my last.
My little girl was not well with a burst ear drum on a Friday night. I called and had under 1 minute hold time, and within a couple hours had two wonderful experts come and help with settling her. They had the most amazing bedside manner, and were so efficient. Being in Lauderdale we are outside the call a doctor area. But still knowing that I needed help went above and beyond to assist. I couldn’t rate more highly. Thank you soo much.
Had call the doctors come out to see my 3 children only to go back to the actual doctors clinic to get them antibiotics and medicine for croup and for ear infections and lung infection, one who was having constant coughing fits. They did not help at all was a waste of time having them come out! My doctor advised the children should of been given medication to help as it was not viral but bacterial so antibiotics were needed!
This service is great. You and your family don't need to go and share or get others germs by sitting around a doctors waiting room. Best of all it is bulk billed and most docs these days don't. First time I rang had to wait 20 mins for answer but second time 8 mins. First time they came 40 mins before minimum due time and second time half hour after. I will definitely be recommending call the doc. All staff nice too.
The worst ever experience with GPs. The GP that came in was like an intern absolutely not trained to deal with kids. While checking our baby's throat the GP put the wooden stick so deep that scratched the baby's throat and the baby vomited. Prescribed antibiotics without any explanations. Quite reluctantly answered my questions. In summary - strongly advice to choose any other GP if possible or see after hours GP.
Great first point of contact by a friendly and efficient woman. Called on the button of 6:00pm and the doctor arrived before 7:00pm. Extremely nice, quietly efficient, active listening doctor who understood immediately, examined and prescribed speedily. I could not be happier with this service, the more so as I was too ill to drive in cold weather and wait at a surgery for ages. Thank you and well done!!.
I am so relieved we can now contact a doctor after hours. I live in Huntingfield and up until this servi e became available the only choice we had when thelo al GPs finishedfor the day wasto go up to the Royalwhere one couldwait for hours. I called the doctor and he arrived very soon after. A very nice quiet fellow who was very reassuring. I couldn't be happier with this service. Thank you
My experience was shocking, the Doctor didn't turn up after I waited all night. I had a seizure. I was told next morning he had tried to call me when I urgently needed to be seen. I was also told to go to the hospital which I did and got no help there either. I'm dying and no one gives a damn. The medical industry is about money, power and government protocol not caring for or healing people.
I couldn't help but be impressed and extremely grateful for how kind and friendly they were. I was concerned that I may have upset them because I couldn't follow their sensible recommendations but fortunately my problem resolved itself in time. We called the service again just a couple of days ago for another family member and those men were also really friendly and kind. Thank you so much.
Excellent professional and friendly service. I've had to use them twice recently. Only minor problem was waiting a long time for the doctor and nurse to arrive to confirm a fractured ankle. Normal wait is about 30 minutes to one hour, this evening it was more like 4 hours but at least I knew prior. Huge thanks to the doctor for organising a needed transport ambulance to get me to hospital.
Very ill over the weekend and unable to see my regular GP. Call the Doctor came to the rescue on a Sunday afternoon. Making the booking via phone was simple and all pertinent information was exchanged seamlessly. I was given a window of time for the visit and then notified of Doctor's arrival by SMS 25mins beforehand. Attending GP was fabulous. Thank you so much for a wonderful service.
We could not get into a surgery as we were on holiday and not seeing local Doctors.this service saved us a trip to the hospital waiting hours and made it easier for us to care for our son until they arrived. Fast and friendly. The DR was great with my 4 yo son and got him onto the medicine he needed. Would recommend to all ... bulk billing also was a pleasant surprise
Have used the service a few times now and every time they (both the Doctor and their driver/assistant) are professional and knowledgeable. Being able to access a Doctor outside of standard working hours is of great comfort to me for my family. The most recent visit was for my very ill 4 year old and was delighted to discover the trip was bulk-billed!
Had to use Call the Doctor as we were not able to get into our GP. They arrived within the time frame specified on the phone and were very professional when they arrived at our door. They came to visit our young child and both the Dr and Driver were very helpful and explained everything they were doing. Will use again when needed.
Last 2 times I have called in last 24-48 hrs ..have waited over an hour for a call back which comes from a Qld based number for the TAS service, only to be told there are no doctors in the hobart area and the 3rd time I called and waited, they call back let it ring once and hang up ..waste of time and energy trying to see a doctor
The doctor came On timeand was talking to my partner and not to me even though I was explaining the situation. Doctor used google for information on symptoms though and the wait time to get through to book an appointment was half an hour even though I called as soon as they opened at 4pm. I'd suggest going to a GP if it's urgent.
Called 4pm to book an appt for a toddler. They said they'd be there anytime btw 6pm and 12am. Only to receive a call that my appt had been cancelled... Yeah awesome thank you it's not the first time this has happened they focus on the northern suburbs but anything outside of that seems to be an effort and inconvenient for them.
Call the Doctor saved my son having to wait for ages at an after hrs clinic amongst other patients with influenza symptoms. Not to mention it was a very cold winters evening to have a small child out. They came it good time, were very efficient and saved me allot of heartache. Well done on a fantastic service …
We had a visit last night for a sick child. I cannot thank the doctor enough. They called 20 minutes before arriving. The level of skill this doctor has is outstanding, the level of compassion and comfort beyond any expectation by a long long way. I highly recommend 5 stars. Thank you for providing this service.
Lady on the phone was very rude & abrupt She she didn't know if anyone could come out, didn't ask me what was wrong with me, then huffed & said I will have to ring u back, terrible person to have answer your call when you are scared & extremely sick. The 2 nurses who come out were beautiful & caring.
We are so incredibly fortunate to have Call the Doctor available to us here in Hobart! Every city deserves to have this service. The doctor was extremely gentle and good with my 8 year old son and the assistant/driver was very respectful and kind. I highly recommended this service to any and all.
Absolutely invaluable service. You may have to wait a while (depending on which area the doctor is in at the time) but well worth it. Follow-up service is great as well as I had the doctor call me a few days later with blood test results and an enquiry about my progress. Would highly recommend.
So greatful that we have such an amazing service come to our area. I only wish they had more Doctors so the wait time wasn't as long. At worst we have waited over 12 hours. Has been invaluable when the pharmacy is closed or the kids can't be moved. Thanks for providing us with this service.
Found myself in Hobart for just over 24 hours (Friday night to early Sunday) and not feeling very well at all. The hotel suggested Call The Doctor service, which I did. Very efficient, very convenient, pleasant doctor with helpful assistant. I'd highly recommend this service to others.
Great services. My dad called recently due to not breathing properly. They came before the approx time theyd given. And Dr diagnosed a collapsed lung and reccommended going to the hospital asap. Spot on diagnosis and after 3 days in hospital Dad was on the mend. Thanks to Call the Dr
A massive thank you to Dr Baldock and his assistant who came out to help treat my two children with Whooping cough. The service was amazing and helped get my children the help they needed. By having them visit my home this also minimisied the risk of spreading the disease to others
Great service and efficient. I called on a Sunday and didn't have to wait long. Kept me updated until the Dr arrived, who was very pleasant to deal with. I will use this service again for myself and my family if needed. It's good to know this service is available. Recommended.
The absolute dumbest system I've ever come across, made 4 attempts to have a Dr attend, not once have I been successful... nothing having a Dr start call outs at 6pm but they don't accept calls or bookings until 6pm... so what n does the Dr do for the first hour??? So dumb...
The team are very friendly. They do there job well and give you what you need to be on the road to recovery. I have needed them to see my 9 month old baby boy and they have told me it will not be till between 10pm and 11pm and that is too late for my little man to be up till.
Best service I’ve used when unable to get into my local gp! Very reliable and has helped me many of times all doctors are friendly and fantastic. Definitely would recommend this service highly. Big respect to those working late to help unwell people of the communities. ☺️
Initially we were told 5 or more hours wait for my 2yo but we got a call back about 30 mins later saying they were in the area and would stop by in 5 mins. Being from interstate, this servocs was great as we didn't know the area well enough to find after hours doctors .
Great service!!! My son woke with stomach pain which had escalated from the previous day. He was seen within an hour. Urine tests were taken on the spot and the management of pain discussed as well as symptoms to watch for and next steps to be taken (if needed). …
Booked in an appointment at 12pm..its 5pm now and still waiting..called at 3pm they said i was 4th in que and when i called back an hour and half later they said i still have a few patients before me..understand it can be busy.. but giving false information is not ok!
Dr came quickly and was good, however the visit was for severe back pain (which the receptionist was aware of) and he could only give me a prescription, this was not much use at 1am. If I had known this I would have gone straight to ED which I later had to do.
Never had a problem prior to this I rang them and waited 30 minutes to be answered. They came out and told me my son had something and i thought no it can't be. Took him to the normal doctors when they had an appointment and they said he had something else.
Always have time pushed out. Seeing patients between midnight and 2am is unacceptable. Needs to be open earlier to allow for any medical emergency. Need to be given a more accurate time frame not 3 hour difference or upto 5 hours when there is a delay.
I called the service out on a public holiday. I had text messages from them every few hours to let me know that we were still on the list but that our time slot was being pushed back. The doctor who saw my son was very easy to deal with and efficient.
This was the first time i had used the service and couldn't be more happy. They were wonderful in communicating on the ph and the Dr. Came within and 1hr or so. He was very efficient and explained things to me clearly. This is truly a great service.
the service here is non existent. called at 12.15 pm. was told to expect a call withing 4 hrs.. called back at 4.30 pm only to be told that the 4 hr timer doesnt even start until 6pm. meaning i may not get a call untill 10pm. absolute disgrace
Called the dr at around 8 pm as my baby was not feeling well and the lady advise dr will be at my home within 4 hours time. Again called at 10:45PM and I was advise to call 11:00PM as she will able to give me ETA of doctor. Called at 11 PM
I rang up 6 weeks ago I was on hold for 40 minutes was hung up on, i called back to have a doctor send my pharmacy a script for antibiotics as I was in pain in the morning I went down to get my script as it was late we’ll what do you know
From the initial phone call, to the discussion with the fantastic nurse and the Doctors that attended this was an excellent service. They were all so reassuring and helpful! I couldn’t recommend more highly. Thankyou to each of you …
Just making fool of patients. Wastage of time. I called them around 6:30pm they gave time first 8 pm first then said for 12 am. And when i called again at 12 am then they said till 1 am and doctor came at 1:30am at my house. Too much wait
Called to ask for advice feeling extreme body pain whilst having covid. The worker who answered the call could barely speak English, he couldn’t understand a word i was saying and I ended the call after multiple attempts to work it out
What an experience 1st off the two lady's I spoke to when I called to book for call the dr absolouley amazing service very print so rang Wednesday night for my son all sorted was told 2-3hours all good could handle that would of been
The service was friendly and calm even though my 15 month old was not very cooperative. Quick diagnosis and good explanation of the treatment process and reasons behind it. This is a great service and we would definitely use it again.
A brilliant service. I was able to be seen by a doctor, at my house in around 45mins. The doctor was respectful and took the time to answer my son's 47 questions. This saving me a trip to the after hours with a 3yr old was brilliant.
Called up for a Telehealth consultation as I have flu like symptoms and didn’t want to spread it. Was very rushed on the phone, they said they would issue me with a certificate for work, however never did. Had to call another doctor.
Wonderful service, triage nurse was terrific, expected the visit late in the evening but happily turned up @ 8pm. Highly recommend home visit doctors - please support this necessary community service from government cancellation!!!
We have seen the same doctor a couple of times, he is absolutely brilliant with our 2 yr old who generally hates doctors. A fantastic service, so much more convenient with a sick child than sitting in the after hours waiting room.
I had a very positive experience with Call the doctors.I had to wait for only 40 min and Dr Mark was very professional, skilled and kind.He made me feel safe and supported.I would definitely recommend and use this service again.
My 2 experiences with CTD have been positive. The doctor was pleasant and thorough. The service was very convenient considering I have 3 other young children and would have to have taken them with me to an after hours clinic.
Terrible, rang at 3 pm told they would be there between 6-9pm get a call at 8.30pm saying there to busy and cant come... Would have been better for them to call me earlier so I could have had time to arrange something else.
We have used this service multiple times for everything from acute appendicitis to a post op check when we couldn't get to our regular gp. Wonderful friendly staff, reasonable wait times. Would not hesitate to call again!
Call the Dr has been fantastic for our family when Dr’s appointment have been cancelled or there are no spots for days Call the Dr has definitely helped. Thank you so much for your professional, fast door to door service.
I was impressed with the short waiting time for the doctor to visit, and with the online messaging about arrival times. The doctor was very professional and his assistant likewise. An excellent service, well recommended.
Everything was good until we had to get medication for our infant. The doctor said we could get it over the counter but when my husband went to get it, they told us we needed a script for a child under 2 years old!
Excellent service, this is the best. For people in emergency situations..and also in our case where my son works long days and can't get to a gp practice within the surgery hours or an appointment when needed.
Great service - very quick attendance and doctor knew what she was talking about. Unlike some other times, this doctor took the time she needed to make a proper diagnosis and gave me the medication I needed.
I was seen within 2 hours of calling... was efficient and thorough... a great service to the community. I'd rather be sitting in the warmth of my home than the afterhours in moonah or the ER at the hospital
Arrived at 6 a.after placing the request online around 1am.. Called me back within the half hour and made the appointment . Great bedside manner literally as the 5 year old was in bed.... Thank you
Very professional and reassuring. I highly recommend this service, i have Called the Doctor on 3 occasions for different members of family and have been very thankful for the service they provide.
Excellent service and help from really kind doctors. Professionalism is one thing but that personal touch goes all the way. Appreciate the care and recommendation given for health care and rest.
Very happy with service provided. The doctor had a great bedside manner with my 4 year old. Was also impressed being an after hour service that the doctor arrived within the estimated time frame
Called about a headache and unmanageable temperature after testing positive for COVID. The doctor advised to take a herbal supplements which there is no scientific evidence for. Poor service.
Appreciated the service, arrived within the time period promised. Was grateful for the home visit despite the time of night. Gave great peace of mind, and a bonus being bulk billed. Thank you
Excellent service. Visited our home when my wife was very ill. Great bedside manner. Helped my wife s lot. Would have been horrible waiting in a surgery or hospital when she was so nauseous.
Can sometimes take longer than advised, but for obvious reasons it's great to have home visits after hours. The GP was friendly and able to quickly check our daughter and give us a diagnosis
Answered the call quickly and nice lady on the other end. Doctor arrived in given time slot, but also sent a text message 20 min before arrival. Felt comfortable and well looked after.
Friendly and good doctors, good customer service. I love that it's bulk billed. Only downside is they took over 4.5 hours to get to my place when they originally told me 2 hours wait.
Helpful reception staff, the doctor arrived very promptly and was courteous and knowledgeable. Amazing to have quick competent service on a weekend. I am impressed and thankful.

I've called the doctor to my home a few times now and always have a quick response. Saved me from sitting hours in a emergency room. They are so nice caring and professional.

Great service and quick. They ended up seeing all 3 of us as we were all unwell. Will definitely continue to use this service in the future when needed
