I can honestly not recommend Calvin enough! If you live in Edmonton (or area) and need a realtor, CALL HIM. I came across Calvin through a personal recommendation by Claudia at The Staging Place (also check her out!). She told me in her email that she had "no doubt that Calvin could help me sell my house", and she was right! I had my townhouse in north Edmonton on the market for five months. My old realtor was really, really bad and did not put any effort into marketing the house. As this was my first home sale, I didn't realize how bad this was. When I contacted Calvin, he was extremely receptive to my situation and also gave me a breakdown of how we could approach the sale. I learned more in a ten-minute conversation with Calvin than I did in the five months with my other realtor! So, I dropped the old one and got Calvin on the job immediately. I went from zero viewings in five months (old realtor) to two offers within three days after the ad went live :). Calvin is amazing. He has great drive and professionalism and keeps you in the loop.
