We worked with Diedre for selling our townhome, and then buying our new home. For the sell side everything was really well explained, the photos and the video showed our unit really well. We actually had an offer on our first showing that we took. The whole process was smooth and thoughtful. On the buy side we were purchasing when the market was crazy. We saw 20+ homes and offered on 4 before we got ours. Diedre has a keen eye and never once made us feel pressured while at viewings. While other agents were banging at the door so to speak she ensured we had ample time to look around. Though it was a stressful experience she truly made it enjoyable.
