The staff members, with a complete lack of empathy or understanding, nonchalantly informed me that they had closed early and refused to provide any assistance. This callous behavior and the complete disregard for my urgent need for the items I had ordered were highly frustrating. It is utterly unacceptable for a service-oriented establishment, especially a post office, to close before the stated time without providing any prior notice or updating their online information. Lady at the counter has no customer service. Have gone to this post office several times and not even a smile or a nice ‘hello’ comes from her mouth. At least be welcoming towards customers and actually look like you want to do your job.

The lady at the counter has always said hello and goodbye to me and she always smiles. This is a vital shop and without it people would struggle. And she doesn't owe anyone a smile just because she works there respect is reciprocal

Take their post office license away. Electricity machine never works, better chance of finding electricity from thin air. Woman at counter USELESS. I’d rather walk an extra 20 minutes to the next post office than go there again.

Opening times are a bit odd but it is super handy to have this post office close by - and there's almost never a queue.

Lady at the counter probably has the worst customer service never says Thank you or goodbye awkward woman!!

The place doesn't have an answer machine. Will change once I can get my parcel.
