Don't get me wrong, I love the car I ended up buying but this was the worst process and trust me you can get a car you love anywhere. For one, my cars breaks squeak....and the service light was on. They told me it had just been services but that they would double check and get back to me.....they never did (these are things I am willing to just get fixed.) The things that really ticked me off: 1) They only gave me one key. When I was there they told me they would work on getting me another key and would then mail it to me. Well go figure, once I bought the car that conversation about the 2nd key was suddenly forgotten. 2) They told me what my APR was 6.99% and that this was the best I could hope for. I ended up refinancing through my bank and got a 3.81% APR. They were uncooperative in this re-financing process and did not answer my phone calls. 3) When I was in the waiting room, the financing person came out and told me what the percent for the sales TAX would be. He then took me into his office where the conversation was recorded and had increased the sales tax by about 3%. (Granted, I should have noticed and not signed, but I thought we had covered it in the waiting are....where there was no camera or recording). 4) They charged me an additional 1200 dollars for "window tints and detailing", they agreed to take 300 off from this but ended up not doing so. Basic conclusion...triple read everything they have you sign because they will LIE to you. My best suggestion is, find a car at a different place...at least there you have a shot of being treated fairly and with respect.
We purchased a new 2017 Sonata and fell in love with it! The opportunity came today to look at a new 2020 Sonata. To be honest, we did not think we would purchase a new car. We were firm on maximum monthly payment; no down; etc. That being said, we left driving a new 2020! Would not have happened if it were not for our top notch salesman, Mr. Justin Frederick. He listened to our needs/wants. He did not try to upsell us, did not pressure us at all. He was knowledgable, honest, friendly. We felt very comfortable with him. Well, time came for his supervisor to come and talk money. The fun part, right? LOL It was not painful at all! He made a deal we could not pass up! Our car payment did go up....$10.00 per month! We have had two very positive experiences with Camelback Hyundai, and would not think of going anywhere else. They have proven themselves to be fair and honest. If you are looking for a new car, or just thinking about it, Justin Frederick is your guy to speak with!

Chrysler refused to help us but Salif with Camelback Ford really took care of us. With 4 young kids growing hungry, he sent a lot attendant to get my kids some food. Procuring a loan to cover the negative equity on my devalued Chrysler was the most time consuming, but all the rest was very fast and I got exactly what I came for. With the vacation going so poorly, and half a day wasted getting a new car, I was happy to have a salesman take care of us as well as he did. Thank you Salif and thank you Camelback Ford
I accompanied my best friend and his mother to buy a new 2020 Ford EcoSport. As an outsider with experience buying new vehicles, I would say this was a very positive experience. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and clear with expectations. I was impressed by the finance department, Robert Brown who helped us out. He prepared all the paperwork while we figured out insurance for the vehicle. It was the least amount of time I've spent with someone speaking to finance. He was clear and concise, which we appreciated since we were tired at the end of the day.
I'm really conflicted by Subaru. I got a service done before my 600 mile (give-or-take) drive and they game me the clear saying my brakes had plenty of life. Fast forward 2 days, my breaks go out half way through my drive on the interstate. I lost 2 days with my family due to my "Good-to-Go" check up. The nice thing was they offered to cover the bill to fix my car which was really nice. However I would have had like to not spend my vacation in the middle of the desert waiting for my car to get fixed in a hotel room of the interstate.
We recently purchased a used vehicle from Camelback World Auto and the buying experience itself was very good, but they’re abiding to terms of the purchase is horrible. We’ve been trying to get the Due Bill work completed and no one calls you back...to even set the appointment, let alone complete the work. If this is any indication of what their auto service is like, we will be going somewhere else. For anyone buying from them, I recommend leaving the car on the lot so that everything is completed before you drive away. Good luck.
I Made appointment to meet with Robert H told him what i was looking for and i was greeted by another person cause Robert was busy finally we meet and started looking for what i wanted and this was a very great person who worked with me and my needs were met, Then i went to see Jeff in finances and also a great person we were talking about families and others things having to back to why i was there :) but Over All a awesome experiences and i would highly recommend these 2 great men. The place was clean .
Had an excellent experience at Camelback Subaru. Their price was so low I didn't even counter it. Camelback Subaru was excellent and they didn't try to pressure me in any way, they just had what I was looking for and the salesman Joseph Rubi was extremely thorough and helpful in helping me make my decision. Would highly recommend! Even the financial Manager didn't try to force me to buy a maintenance agreement (major turn off for me!) so I am glad I bought there.

Spent about 2 hours for an oil change. Didn't think it would take that long. Inspection came back with a few minor issues that needed attention. But I previously took it to another VW dealership in Peoria who could qualify as dishonest. I would recommend this place, although prices are higher than what im used to.
Rebecca at the Subaru service center provided what I would consider exceptional service. She made sure my car was done and ready for a long trip. What could have been a really rotten situation was avoided because of her. Cannot speak highly enough about her. Her communication, cander and honesty was too notch.
