WELL, I would like to start off by saying that I am really pleased with the service provided by Mac and his team! I was a first time buyer (19, no credit and right out of military camp) with no guidance and the whole entire office provided me with some insight on how to purchase the vehicle, care for it, and start my credit! With the financial institution provided, my family saw that I was going to pay 24% interest... very very bad... Even with the head man Mac reviewing my file and agreeing that 24% was CRAZY, he has granted me time with the vehicle to finance the money through another financial institution! Going with Desert Schools at 4% I am happy as can be! They are very patient with me and provided me the time to gather myself together financially... Fair Exchange is a great, flexible, and highly down to earth car sales dealership. When I first got the vehicle it had a mechanical issue, they fixed the catalytic converter and cracked windshield for free, no problem! I would recommend a stop at this dealership you are in the market for a new vehicle... I feel that this family owned dealership is fine writing free and a flexible one! Things I noticed: -Clean and up kept Environment -Willing and friendly to help -everyone thinks in you the consumers financial needs and benefit -Tons on tons of vehicles to choose from -Every employee is FLUENT in English and Spanish language -EVERYTHING financial including all registration is handled through the dealer - Quality vehicle care, I.E. reference to local shops with great deals! -100% satisfaction of the vehicle. -Even after the purchase, willing to provide any assistance for maintenance or service. I highly recommend this dealership to any and everyone! When I pay this vehicle off, I will be buying another from them!

Okay first off, they just gave me 20$ to post a "good review" well my opinion is that a good review is an honest review. Im alway skeptical about car dealers especially since i went with my mother to buy a car however i needed her to cosign. We acted as if the car was for her. The sale person was nice at first but after 4 or 5 cars he showed me with over 200k miles and rediculous pricing i asked him if he had a legit car not on the verge of possible sabotage. I told him my budget and for whatever reason he kept showing me cars priced 1.5 times higher than what i told him was my maximum. Gerald was my salesmen and i feel like its not his fault for the sketch - con sales tactics he attempted. Mack is the owner and the only time i didnt feel like what he said was total bologna or legit lies was when he introduced himself and told me his name. Needless to say it was hard to speak with him. This place accepts ppl with all types of credit history so with that come a catch. Do your research and make sure you get pre-buy inspections done on your car of choice by a 3rd party auto shop. I will never send someone i know to purchase a vehicle here let alone send anyone here for a cup of free water . They failed to make me feel good about my purchase and the whole buying experience was tedious and chore like from the get go. BOTTOM LINE a dealership trying to buy and flip cars any way they can regardless of colateral damage. Do your research on your car of choice and challenge the salesmen if you do end up here to purchase a vehicle. Many other places will treat you better and get you a quality car on top of making you feel good about your purchase.

Terrible service. They only are in it for the money. We bought a truck that will be costing us $15,0000 in the long run, it needed an oil change after driving it for the first week and it was past due according to the sticker on the inside of the truck, we asked if they could give us a oil change for free they told us to bring it in, they looked over the truck and told us the oil would need to be changed in a month which made no sense as to why they couldn’t do it now knowing my warranty would be up by then and I would have to pay for it. Then we started noticing all the cosmetic issues inside the truck not to mention the noise that was getting worse coming from the engine. We took the truck to get evaluted and was told there was 2 motor mounts broken, the transmission motor mount, the rpm would jump up and down when I would stop at a light, and a rear seal was leaking. All in which by this time I would have to pay for to get fixed when there was no way everything breaks in a matter of month was because of me. They must never have even evaluated the truck before it was sold to me. Let’s keep in mind the truck already was at 169k miles, I am paying 450$ a month alongside with insurance and then they don’t wanna pay for what was already wrong with the truck. I would not recommend anyone to go here. Like I said , they are only in it for your money! Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

If I can give this place zero stars I would. honestly the customer service I got from the owner and one of his employees named MATHEW was just completely horrible. Mathew was being very rude over the phone when I went in there to speak with the owner MACK he was Apologizing for the behavior of MATHEW when in reality he was supposed to apologize for himself and when he did he literally just laughed in my face. I leased a vehicle that was already giving up on me I didn’t even have the vehicle for a week. I demanded a refund of my down payment and they refused to when they have a sign hanging up on the wall saying every vehicle is refundable. I will begin a lawsuit for this scam, also I got a call from SS and said that they were using my social for fraudulent activities. I can go on and on about my bad experience that I had here but I’m pretty sure you can read the rest of the bad reviews on here for that. All I have to say is DO NOT GO HERE If you’re in need of a vehicle go and get your money worth somewhere else!!!!!!!!

So before I had great things to say as you can see below I will leave my previous comment but ever since I had issues with them. 1 week after I got my car it broke down took forever for them to have the part or time to fix it. Not only that I’ve had the car for only 4 months and it’s broke down again. In my opinion yhry only care about selling the cars not the customer service after and their cars are crap cars I do not recommend them for anyone buying was great afterwards was crap also it took me calling them a month later to find out they had my plates tags and title in already they were supposed to call me but they didn’t. Previous review: Came In today to get a car and they were very helpful. I am getting a new car they are replacing the windshield for me and they took off 100$ for us having to wait a little longer then expected.

I came in just over 2 weeks ago, and found the truck of my dreams. My 2011 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 crew cab blue in color. I met Jeremy first, and there was no pressure at all from him. Then I met Mack. Both men made it easy and affordable for me to buy this truck. They gave me a warranty, and treated me like a rockstar, and thanked me for my service , as I am a Desert storm veteran. I bought this truck in less than 30 minutes. I will buy another vehicle from here when the time comes for one of my kids as I plan on having this truck for a long time to come. If you want a great car with no pressure, and a great price , and someone who stands behind their word , this is that place. 5 stars for this company. It truly was a fair exchange. Thank you guys so much I cannot believe this is my truck!!!!

WORST!! dealership to go to never again, they sell messed up cars and trucks that don’t show defects till later and lie about their agreements. The owner himself is a joke not comiting to what was issued when the vehicle was first bought. It’s false advertisement and they just don’t care what so ever after you’ve signed. They lied about fixing a car that was never being fixed and stated I had to fix it myself when in the contract it said they were obligated to fix specific defects and did NOT follow through and on top of that when I took the car to a local mechanic he said the cars parts were not the right parts, they belonged to different car. I strongly insist for you to not invest buying a car or truck here unless you want to lose more money. This is unacceptable.

I have poor credit and it's impossible for me to get a loan for a used car without putting several thousand dollars down, if at all. I went to Fair Exchange because it is extremely close to my home. All I had to do to get into a car there was make a small down payment. After 9 months of paying for the car that I initially qualified for, I used my trade-in value on it to trade up to an '07 Honda Accord. It's the nicest car I've ever owned and I am more than satisfied. During my time there I received personalized service, including from the owner himself. They worked with my budget and bent a lot in order to get me into this car. I would recommend their dealership to anyone.

I went to other dealers, not going to name names, and had an OK experience but they weren't willing to work with me. Fair exchange came up in my search and the good reviews convinced me. The good reviews got me all excited and went straight to the lot. I was welcomed by Angel who gave me a nice cold bottle of water, a nice gesture other dealers didn't do. I also met with Macky (sorry if I didn't spell that right) and after couple of hours, I found my ride. It's my first car I'm buying on my own and the process couldn't have gone any smoother. I would bring anyone I know is looking for a new car here and Im sure they'll be well taken care of.

Terrible experience. Terrible staff. Women up front hung up on me when I was trying to get a hold of the service manager. Salesman was a liar, owner a liar and the only decent person was Matthew in the service department. They said they were putting on two new tires and gave me used ones that were worse than the ones on there before. Took my car in 5 times within a week of purchase to get worked on and still were problems. Trashy place. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Said they would compensate me for the times I had to bring the car in and they didn’t do anything. Go elsewhere. Plenty of other places on bell road.

Sold me a car for 14,000 and conveniently forgot the engine problems and all the other problems it has! The check engine light was on and when they said they would fix the problem before I left instead they just turned it off without handling the problem! The car also had a leak in the air conditioning but told me they just needed to charge it up for me! I gave their boss two days to contact me about these problems and what we could do about them and he didn't bother to contact me! I am absolutely demanding my down payment back! The car has been mine for a week now and I've been able to use it for a total of four days!

Our salesperson, Noel, was courteous and very helpful. Mac (father & son) and their staff were great. We committed to purchase the truck that night, pending a few repairs. On Monday, our truck was ready as promised and our buying experience exceeded every expectation we had. Their name says it all - FAIR Exchange Auto Sales. Tim was our sales guy and he was nice and didn't try to pressure us into anything, Other dealers we went to were more concerned about selling an extra warranty than the actual vehicle. We found a car that we liked and checked it out, It wasn't 100% cleaned out it still had things from the last owner in the center consul and soda in the cup holders but those can all be cleaned up. The buying process was fast and easy, We did a trade in which went good as well. The parking lot was well lit and spaced out, the office building was kept clean, well lit and in good condition.

When my husband and I were looking for a second vehicle, we passed by and saw signs. Decided to stop in and see what they have to offer. Rafael was very so great helping us find a vehicle that suited our needs and was patient in showing us every type of vehicle we wanted to try out! Mac was so awesome helping us get the right payment method for our financial situation. The girls in finance were wonderful helping us feel like we were in a place for family. Awesome experience. Fast, upfront, honest dealership. I had an awful time at a "big" dealership and was so happy when they turned me down after 4 hassle-filled hours and I came across Fair Exchange Auto Sales. The owner and his son have a top of the line dealership with a small hometown feel and there was no BS involved. Tell them what you are working with and they give you the results. I drove off in my new car in about an hour. Sometimes you can't get pizza that fast.!!!! That's good business I would recommend to anyone with a job and needing a car.

This is by far the best place I've ever bought car. I found one of their cars online and came to check it out, these guys were really relaxed and friendly during the whole process, not an ounce of pressure. I did end up buying the car from them and not only did I genuinely feel like they gave me a good deal but they didn't ghost afterwards. They were still just as friendly and answered any question I had after the sale. No one reads long reviews so I'll leave it here, seriously check these guys out. I'll definitely be coming back.

This place is such a joke I got my wife a suv paid almost 10 grand for it. The battery was dead the front window was broken. also the engine lite was on we were told the engine would be taken care of they only give you a 15 day warranty I took proof there was something wrong after a bunch of times calling and going up there they will do nothing for you and wait till your plates are no good till they do there job. Do not buy from them waste of time and money. Nothing was ever fixed do not trust them.

Crooks!! Don't Go there! They put false info on the window stickers, refused to send me my plates saying i owed them $1000 for a down payment which my receipt cleary shows I paid then sold my truck at auction without a single phone call 3 days after it was involved in a wreck. Now have a charge off on my credit report. Have obtained legal help and are in the midst of that now. Avoid buying from them unless you enjoy grabbing your ankles and if that's the case, get yourself some help.

I went to the Fair Exchange Auto Sales due to an ad I saw on Craig's List that said they work with all types of credit. I have been struggling with other dealerships that only wanted to work with me to get into a low end car and all I wanted was a nice truck. I walked in, told them what I wanted, they ran my credit, brought out a truck for me to test drive then we made a deal. I left with the truck I wanted and am very pleased with how I was treated. Everyone there is very nice.

I rate this place 10 stars Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Max and the sales guy we're extremely nice and helpful. They were honest with me as far as my credit score and what I can be eligible for. On a 42 month payment on a 564 credit score. I am happy with my payments and our car. 2013 Chevy Cruze. My boyfriend and I couldn't buy a car anywere else we couldn't get approved and at fair exchange they worked with us amazingly and we were able to buy a 2013 jetta that is in perfect condition. The customer service experience is great ! Everyone is very friendly they offered us water and were very friendly with our kids ! I recommend fair exchange auto sales to everyone ! We will definitely be buying our second car here :) !.

Sadly I was a repeat customer and not treated the same as I was the first time. If Noel comes out to speak to you, walk away! They have taken almost a year to finish getting all the parts that was needed. Sure they got me into the vehicle fast, because they didn't want to take care of it. No one calls back to answer questions. They were so good to us the first time but this time, totally screwed up with this vehicle.

Great experience! The owner himself came and assisted with the process. This is a great place for first time buyers or people with credit issues. The deliver on their promise of 100% approval. Only suggestion is that a few things were done verbally as opposed to in writing, but they did honor their word on everything. We will be referring other friends and family here as well.

Great place! It was great to find a place where I was able to get back on my feet and get a car. I was able to get a car with a lower down payment and monthly payment then my last car. After 6 months your eligible to trade in your car for another car. They offered to fix some things on the car before I take it home. I'm happy to finally get another car and start over.

Do NOT GO HERE! We were sold a Lemon. Car didn't work once taken off lot. Then they kept my vehicle for 3 days and did not work on it or do anything to it. Still didn't work and I finally went to a different dealership. Fair Exchange is awful! Nothing Fair about them!
