Every time I need to go to this Post Office I feel sick to my stomach! There is one Girl that works there that is very mean! She always makes you feel like She is in Control of what or why you are there ! The prices always change, one girl says one price and this girl says it's More! I send items to my Granddaughter at least 4 times a year. For instance, the other day, I was sending my Granddaughter her Birthday gift and one girl gave me an amount and this girl says it will take 3 to 4 weeks to get there and it was going to cost me so much more! She made me put it in a much smaller package where she squished the items in so tight! I didn't want to put it in such a smaller package, even though it was clothing, I washed and ironed the items so when my Granddaughter opened up her Gift, she would be happy! Now it's all squished up and who knows how it's going to look! I have nothing but problems Every time I need to go there, it's just not right!!! Believe me, it wasn't going far ! It cost me 3 times the amount I paid for the Gift!!! Not only that, I was told to move far away from the counter to fill out my forms and envelope, there was no counter to do this ! It was very hard to write on this packaging as my Gift inside were so squished up ! I cannot believe the way they treat people, it should be a Crime !!!

First Google review I’ve ever done. I went to this place to ship a package and was looking at the envelopes, when I was asked to move to another area of the store. I picked the envelope quickly and was asked to pay for them immediately and to leave the area in front of the cashier. I went off to the side and placed my package in the envelope and stood at the back of the line again to ship my package. I was then asked by the cashier to leave the store as it was over capacity and I was the last person to join the line. I stepped outside the store and there was a line up of people outside so I stood at the front since I was already in the store and ahead of everyone else. The cashier came out and asked the person behind me to enter and asked me to join the end of the line! Why was I treated like this when I followed every instruction they gave me. Why am I the last person in line when I was there ahead of everyone else? I am a very patient person but the visit to this place and the behaviour of the staff was absolutely shocking! This is when I left and went to another post office. I’m sorry but the service at this post office / pharmacy was beyond disgraceful. 0 stars

If I could give 0 stars to this place, I would. Every time I come in lately, always something to get stunned with. Witnessed today the post worker asking a customer to leave the store just because she was picking envelopes. Apparently is not allowed there. The reason they gave is that they don’t want anyone to stay longer than they should. With 5 people in the store, when 15 people is allowed, to kick a shopper out to write an address down on this cold and very windy day… What kind of a business or a person would do that??? Avoid like a plague. Drive, walk, bicycle somewhere else. Support places that care!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went to send a package but needed to make a copy of a sheet to put into the box. I called ahead to see if they could make a simple copy, I was told “yes”. When I arrived they told me it couldn’t be done because their copier doesn’t work properly. It looked like it was from the 80s. Staff could not care less. No solution or alternate suggestions. I don’t know how you can be a “bad” post office, but this one is terrible. Only use this as a last resort or emergency and make sure you don’t need help from the staff.

I used to come here for the convenience but no longer will. There’s an old lady with a cheesy English accent named Marguerite who clearly needs to retire. She’s rude, dismissive, and lied to me about receiving Money Gram I guess because she didn’t feel like doing her job. I went to another location and was through in 2 minutes. I’d rather go to Canada Post with fast, competent, friendly service instead.

I just couldn't get to 3stars, I tried. Service is fine at this place in general but they barely smile. This review is pertaining to the postal section, there's never enough workers. And moves very slow. Expect to wait over 30mins in line for your turn. I even ended up making a friend one time, discussing the mess in this world etc; the wait time is just that disgusting.

The staff are great but there is not enough of them. Usually when I go there is one lady working and she does an amazing job getting through the lines by herself but there should be at-least one or two other staff especially during busy times. I was at the post office in Burlington the other day and they had 4 people working.

Post office was located inside the Dundas Medical Clinic. It took few minutes to locate the post office. Service is good and the staffs were knowledgeable and patiently clarifying the process. It will take sometime for the staffs to address you if more people on the queue.

No complaints on the one elderly staff member available. This place is understaffed! There's 10 ppl in line and when people are sending money grams it can take as long as 10 minutes. It's a Wednesday morning at 10:30am and I've waited over 30 minutes and still waiting!

The lady serving the post office was arrogant, rude, swear because I came 5 minutes before closing the post office to pick up the letter. not professional behavior!!!! 03/10/23 6:55pm where the point should be open until 8:00 pm according to the timetable .

The old lady on the store closed the store 10 minutes early. I told her I was just gonna pick up the package and itll take less than 1 minute. The old lady refused and rudely closed the door. Very unprofessional and 0 manners. I would give 0 star if I can

The Post Office is inside an I.D.A Pharmacy in a grimy plaza on Dundas. The location is wheelchair accessible with automatic doors. The service isn’t exactly friendly, but they are proficient. MoneyGram service is available/ closed on Sunday.

Horrible service. I waited in line for 20 minutes. I was told that I would have to wait in line again if I didn't have the package to mail the box in, they told me I cannot fill in the address at counter that would have taken 2 min.

Service level depends on luck of the draw. Some working there are competent and helpful, others won't lift a finger for you. An extra employee during the holiday season would really help cut down those long lines.

Worst place to go. They close this place including pharmacy and canada post before their posted time. Your trip will be wasted, your time will be wasted and your money will be wasted.

I like it because it's my neighborhood post office. I don't like it because the pharmacy sometimes closes the doors 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled hours of the post office.

No complaints. Staff can’t print with barcode. Can print only with QR code. So take shipping label with you. There is print2go near by and you can print there as well.

Located inside medical store so little tricky to find it. Place had no wait and service was quick. The girl on the desk was helpful and listened to us patiently.

Convenient location for me, but not much more outside of that. Some of the attendants are friendly; never enough attendants too.

They only accept cash, you have to pay at the pharmacy cashier with a card. There is a surcharge for small card payments.
