I had ordered a package from Amazon which didn't contain my apartment number. When I checked the tracking number it said they made delivery that morning and were immediately sending the parcel back to sender. Since it was still at the local sorting station I figured customer service would help me out ... nope, completely unwilling to lift a finger and said I should just wait for it to go back to sender. I ran out to the nearest Canada post office and met Karen who called her contact at the sorting station, had her correct the error on my package and send it out for delivery the following day. The only reason the inept and complacent bureaucrats running Canada Post are still employed is because of people like Karen. Karen was willing to act to ensure the most cost effective and customer focussed resolution of the problem for myself and her company. Thanks Karen!

Its sad how constant the awful service is. I send my mail directly to the post office since someone in my building uses a crow bar to steal mail and this location just causes headaches. Consistently they don't know where my packages are because they are either too lazy to look or someone doesn't do their job and input it correctly. The attitude from the older woman who works fulltime is absolutely appalling. After how terrible my last visit was I am avoiding sending anything else here which is sad because its the closest CP to my apartment. They should have put the CP in the Shoppers Drug Mart across the street because what a mistake this is!

The younger staff member who served me on several occasions is quite pleasant and understanding and she has gone above and beyond to help me with any questions or concerns I had and I doubly appreciate it, having recently found out that they aren't employed by or associated with Canada Post. I do have one complaint about an other staff member who gave me nothing but grief and was quite rude and abusive. This older female staff member who I am sure I am not the only one who can attest to her behavior should not be allowed to have any other contact with customers, other than answering what isle can I find ? Questions.

The service is disgusting. The service representatives need training on how to treat customers as human beings. They don’t say hi or talk. It’s as though people are pieces of furniture. The coldest people I’ve ever met. Canada post needs to put people there that are polite and at least look happy to be there. They need to be thankful that they have a job. If they hate being there they should get out. Plus they never answer the phone if a customer is checking on a parcel. I’ve been using this post office for years and never,ever had a positive friendly experience. UNBELIEVABLE!

I am go this location to parcel send and that lady name andra she don’t give me my parcel tracking number receipt and when my parcel is not arrive then I go agin ask her so she says lie to me. She said she give me receipt but she don’t give me any receipt. I never go this location again. It’s really bad service.

Haylee is the person who helped me and my God she was rude and very condescending. I was sending a package to my family and I was charge almost 90 dollars when I did this before at another location it was 60 . So I'm never going to this location as I didn't deserve the rude remarks I received

The Canada Post agent I had went way beyond her duties to call me and tell me my parcel was ready. I think her name is Jenane (spelling?) I’m going to call Rexall as well to paint her praises. She has no idea how important this parcel is to me. Just an amazing woman doing an amazing job❤️

The woman working there was very rude. I politely asked how are you, she obviously heard it but ignored. I asked her to repeat the number once and she just yelled at me. She made me very nervous and uncomfortable. I am not a bad customer, why should I be treated like that?

I have been going to this location for 2 years and I find the ladies that work here are very helpful and professional. I was always greeted with a hello & goodbye smile. Thanks Canada Post(Rexall) for making my life a little easier.

The service representative here is indifferent to bottomline rude. No proper manners whatsoever. Do not know how to greet or help customers with basic courtesy. If not because I live near this spot i I would never have visited here.

The lady who helped me with my package wasn't very courteous, didn't even respond to my greetings, I don't think saying a hello back is that arduous a task . But she got the job done.

The team here is fantastic! This is my go to Canada Post location in Kingston. They were patient and took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this location.

Hours of operation are wonderful. Pharmaplus seemingly puts customer service at the forefront. A nice kudu for Canada post where reputation is otherwise.

They are always willing to go above and beyond my expectations. I have had them call me on my phone a few times to check up with me about my packages.
