Dreadful service. The delivery driver did not even ring the doorbell and instead just left a note. The note said it will be available for pick up the following day after 1:00 Pm. I have now been to the Canada Post location several times to only find out that it is not there. The staff is very rude and provided terrible service. They refused to tell me where my package was and simply just stated that it was not there. I have now called the customer service line and have created a ticket and they have told me they will tell me where my package is within the next 5 business days. After paying extra for express shipping, this service is absurd and I am very frustrated and unhappy.

Why do you guys keep closing early? This is twice in a row this week you’ve closed 4 hours earlier than your schedule indicates. If you know in advance that you will only provide reduced hours of service, please list it all at once. Saves me from having to keep coming back only to be irritated and disappointed.

Very poor work ethic, if you want your parcel home you better be seating outside the house waiting for it whole day coz they wont call you when they are at the house, and you can keep looking for the ticket that they stick & didnt even send you a picture of. Pathetic service.

The worst shipment company I ever see Why you don't call your customers when you arrive at their house? And when you say come to pick it up because no one was in the location That's indeed what should happen since you don't give a phone call

Very friendly staff, super patient and informative. Only downside of this post office is that it closes rather early on Sunday afternoons, caught me by surprise when I tried to drop a package off and it was closed haha

Extremely rude staff, make you feel incompetent and are just down right miserable. Cant predict deliveries on time either. Wish i could chose my delivery service because this would be my LAST choice.

I don't know why this place is low rated. I go to this branch a lot since 10 months, and I have never had a single complaint with them. Every single employee there has been very nice and helpful.

I always send my packages to to pick up when I'm away from the house during the day. Every time, the person there has made the process of picking up my package quick and easy!

Rude, unhelpful, and treats you like you are stupid when you ask questions/need help.. Generally all around unpleasant to deal with unless you're just there to buy stamps

Why don't you show "closed" in maps if you're closing early. I travelled all the way to pick my item in this snow and it was closed at 4.
