About 20 min ago, Jun/23/21 I met the most rude, impatient and ignorant postal clerk I've ever met. This office is usually quite pleasant to patronize but today the - blonde haired, sleeve tattooed female, who wore spectacles was just plain rude. (The description I give is for identification, I love blondes and tattoos) Suffice it to say I will strictly avoid ever using this post office again to ensure I do not have to deal with such a snotty clerk whom gave awful service. Mailing something or asking for their (assumed) expertise shouldn't be so unpleasant.

worst experience of my life , I booked priority service to send passport to Toronto as per the service should deliver next day . But they lost passport I tried to call helpline nobody knows where my package. I went to this location to just make sure they sent my package but lady who is working there really don’t want to help me just look around. By ended I lost passport canada post not taking any responsibility. Please don’t send any important documents by Canada post pay little extra money use FedEx or DHL .

I love this location! I have been to many for our business and have not had good experiences! Candy is so beyond helpful! She helps make sure my packages are secure. She circles where each of my packages can be tracked. She’s very detailed! I send multiple at a time so I feel grateful that she is patient and swift. She looks at best options and she’s so beyond kind! This will be my forever go to location! Candy you rock!!

Very poor service. I prefer to drive another 15 mins to avoid going back to this Canada post. The staff here are not happy and there is an older lady that is sooo awful in her attitude to customers. Not helpful. She clearly has control issues and also sad within herself which she projects onto customers. DO NOT use this Canada post in Sobeys on 23 rd avenue. I drove to another Canada post and received way better service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. The lady at this location told me she would hold my parcel till a certain day and when I go there physically to pick it up the front desk clerk tells me your parcel is not here, it’s already sent back to the sender. What a waste of my time and gas money. This location has too many bad reviews, management should look into this. Very disappointed.

Be careful when you post your parcels at this location, make sure parcels are scanned in your presence, if not consider it lost/stolen. I lost $400 usd worth of item and Canada post wont reimbursed me, simply because the lady/manager did not scan the parcel and it is not showing on their system. There is definitely a sneaky fast hand among them

Asked the guy if I could get the postage done for some cards because I knew they were closing soon but he said I had to pay at the checkout for them first. No problem, go and pay for them and come back not even a minute later and he says they are closed. Like YOU KNEW I WAS COMING BACK you can't stay open for 30 more seconds??? Such a disgrace

The lady working in the evening, likes to be difficult with people fresh of the boat, she will make sure to ruin your time and mood with her own interpretation of the language while doing id confirmation and ask you impossible type of id even if you have all as per instruction, will never go back even if this is closest to our home

I met with post office guy today, He is really friendly and intellectual guy. He has been very supportive. He helps me a lot. I am really disagree with you Marky, he is very nice person. If you don't have the proof of residence and government issued Photo ID you will not get the parcel. This is regulation. You should respect this.

I frequent this post office and rarely will go anywhere else. Kandy is fantastic. Great service, very knowledgeable and efficient. I avoid going to any other post office if I can avoid it because I know when I go there I get the great customer service from her every time. Tracy W

Worst customer service ever. Their is this person up front who is rude and a total *****. I wanted to ask for information and help and she was extremely disrespectful and I felt very rude and unsatisfied with service. I don't even know if my mail got tracked correctly.

Absolutely hands down the worst service! All 3 times I went, both people that I interacted with are unprofessional and are incapable of diligence, and I dealt with the manager as well! Can’t believe she works in customer service, lazy and very unhelpful

I went today(22feb2022) at 5:20 pm. There was a lady. She was so rude and she had no sense how to deal with customers. I was very dissatisfied from the service. Do train your staff focusing how to behave and tell them what customer service really is.

Typical government workers. Slow slow SLOW. Don't be in a hurry if you go here. They couldn't care less how many people have to wait in line for how long. Any other business would be out of business with performance like this. Absolutely disgraceful.

Not a bad little post office, alot of the workers are nice and helpful, but like so many mention here there is a older blonde woman who can be abrasive and rude unprovoked. I'm amazed canada post hasn't taken notice to these consistent complaints.

The Indian Guy is so dumb. And not friendly. I know the policy and he want us to return to the house in a -40 degree, i already bring everything and he is so dumb saying why I’m using other address. Maybe he wants my package to get i think.

I go to this post office an average of 3-4 times per week. The service is always top notch and beyond friendly. I will purposely stop at this P.O. even if other locations are on the way during my day. Absolutely 5 star service!!!

Asian old lady is working and she is so helpful and sweet. Treat very politely and clear my all queries. Thank you. Hopefully, my package will reach on time.

Changed hours but never changed it on google, on google says 9pm closed got there at 8pm and refused service.
