I recently had an experience with “Ekamjot,” an Indian lady working here, and I found her to be quite dishonest and unprofessional throughout our interaction. When I inquired about the shipping options for my package with a weight of 0.209kg and size of the scent blocking envelope purchased directly from Canada Post, Ekamjot insisted that the only choice available was the "tracked international" and "expresspost" methods. This seemed weird and uncommon to me since I have always been sending packages of a similar size and weight using "international air" to the same address and person for the last two years. I questioned to double check again about the availability of “international air” shipping method, but she insisted and assured me that these were the only two options. I reluctantly agreed to the "tracked international" method she recommended. However, as I made my way back to my car at around 4:55 PM, doubt started to creep in. I decided to double-check the available shipping methods at Canada Post website, just to be sure. Soon, I discovered that "international air" was still an option, as confirmed by their customer service team whom I had contacted for clarification. Feeling frustrated and misled, I rushed back to the store just 10 minutes later, hoping to rectify the situation. To my disappointment, Ekamjot nonchalantly informed me that the driver had already collected my package and there was nothing she could do to assist me further. This response was utterly unsatisfactory, considering I had returned promptly (within 10 minutes!!) after discovering the truth. After thinking of it now, either I was just unfortunately very unlucky, or that she was very lazy and didn’t want to go through the whole “typing the address” process again. Overall, I must say that my encounter with Ekamjot was deeply disappointing. Her insistence on the shipping option and refusal to acknowledge the availability of other options left me feeling very deceived and dissatisfied. I hope that the store management takes note of this review and specifically this worker to address her unprofessional behavior.

Apparently this Canada Post is on "Holiday Hours", on a working weekday with zero holidays in the day. This of course is reflected literally nowhere. Not on Google, not on the pack slips they leave while not bothering to ring the doorbell, not even on their own store front. The customers just have to magically know because we mean nothing to them. So when you arrive 2 hours before the posted closing time, you won't get your package because Canada Post expects you to be psychic. Oh, should I call ahead to see if they're open even though it's completely unnecessary? Doesn't matter. It rang for 5 minutes and no one picked up. Could the worker have grabbed my package really quickly? Apparently not, as she walked to the back room where the packages are kept, as an excuse to not be able to get the package. This place is run by literal idjits, which is unfortunate as they're the post office that all my packages get routed to when the delivery drivers don't feel like trying.

I am in literal shock at how bad the customer service is at this specific location. Our pick up slip read available after 1 pm today, my partner went there at 3pm just to get yelled at by an employee about how they only have one person working to process packaging. That is not our fault, our pick up slip said after 1pm, therefore it should be available after 1pm. Then, we both went back at 7pm just for another worker to basically mouth us off and call us entitled just for wanting a parcel that was suppose to be available. We gave them plenty of time to get our package processed yet we get there and still are disappointed. I do not ever want to have to go back to that terrible post, sucks its the only one near us.

So I was at this post office today in line. There was a senior citizen ahead of me trying to send a large amount of money out of the country the cashier asked him if he knew the person that was going to and he was mumbling his uncle she kept asking him a few questions which he could not answer she asked him a few times some different questions and I think she decided not to do the transfer because she told him that the machine wasn't working properly and to come try again I applaud her and I commend her good job it's probably a scam it's good to know there's people out there they care about are senior citizens good job

I've been to this location several times over the last 2 months. The staff there are all competent and have great dispositions. It is rare that there is more than one person working the front, but they still manage to move things along at a decent pace. I am more accustomed to the Jasper Avenue/Shoppers Drug Mart Location just off of 118th street. For me they are the gold standard for these little Canada Post outlets. Having said that, the staff at the Rexall/Jasper location is doing a good job themselves.

Canada post always lie about delivery attempts. I am at home all day with my phone available, and the mailman still refuses to deliver it to me and leaves the delivery notes. I caught him doing that once and he told me that's how the procedure is and if there is any issue that I should file a complain on online. The response from the email is just genetic message saying that the package was delivered. I don't have issue with UPS/puralotor/Fedex/etc. lazy Canada post.

If only we could give negative stars. The 'customer service' (or lack of it) provided by the staff here ("Makenzie") in particular is atrocious. Unprofessional, rude, disgraceful. The lack of knowledge is also astounding. This person requires a lot of retraining before being allowed back at the counter. The service here was so bad that I felt a lot more comfortable paying more to a private shipping company than trusting Canada Post with my business. Good riddance.

Mark was more concerned about getting ready for the rush for 7 minutes than helping me ship a simple item back to amazon. Every question and request was met with attitude and despite my repeated attempts to get him to do his job he seemed to be more concerned with hitting on his new co worker he was training. When I asked if he was the manager his response was "i could be if I wanted to be." please fire that douche.

Wish I could give it zero stars. I've been here twice in the last 3 days to pick up my package and the first time was a notice saying their hours were shortened to daytime only due to "continued complications" and this time there's a message that says "Out for lunch. Back at 2:40"....... would be nice if someone would be there so I can get my bloody package already. What a waste of time.

This location is understaffed and their service suffers accordingly. I had a package shipped to this location from Amazon and it took me five attempts to pick it up. Every time I tried it was shut down because the single employee was on break. Finally managed to pick it up today and had to wait in line for over fifteen minutes. Avoid this location if you can!

I feel like this location has come a long way since I've been using it as a pick up location for my packages. They do only have one or two staff on at a time but they have always been attentive and were able to help with anything I needed quickly. In the odd time when there isn't an helper present, the service bell brings someone immediately from the back.

Called during business hours and nobody answered. Went there to see a whole bunch of upset people waiting, with a sign on the counter saying they were closed, with no time indicated as to when they would re-open. There were some elderly ladies sitting there for several hours!! Not very professional at all, definitely won't be returning to this location.

Mail to my place is hit or miss, even when I'm home. So came here to pick up a package. Checked the hours at CanadaPost.ca and it said opens at 10AM. No one was there so checked the hours of Rexall on my phone and they said the post office is closed that Sunday and CanadaPost.ca still said they would open at 10.

This post office at rexal's Canada Post is supposed To be open until 9pm. I've been waiting for close to 30 mins and no one is here working. This is not acceptable #rexal #canadapost !! If your employees need a break, either have someone else cover or actually close for a specific time and make it standard.

Horrible service!!! My mail is super time sensitive, so I purchased Priority Envelope. However, the post clerk mixed up the sender and receiver addresses. So I received my own mail!!!!! Canada Post said they can only refund me the envelope fee, and no compensation for any consequence damage!

The lady with colorful hair and the lady with glasses are really patient and professional. The Indian girl as others mentioned before is lazy and unprofessional. She only thinks about throw problems at people and let them solve problems themselves. Please don’t put her on schedule again.

Walked half an hour to get to the post office but the staff were out on a hour long dinner break. Walked back the next day only to find they closed 4 hours early. Going to try again today as I really need the parcels I have waiting there. Hopefully someone will actually be working.

The Canada Post notice I got and the signage say this Post office is open until 9pm on weeknights. That's not actually true - apparently they're often closed from 6:30-7:30pm so that the one person on shift can take a break. Either hire more staff, or change the hours of operation.

They Did NOT deliver my package from Amazon but they say they did....not happy.... quite a scam they have going....my word against a muti billion dollar corporation... do not let them deliver your packages... you won't get them if the package contains expensive items like mine..

Rexell- Good place for buying chocolates on deals, always get eggs Burnaby big eggs for 2.50$. Nice location just outside of the corona station. Canada Post is also located on the same premise. Friendly staffs. No other competitive stores in short distance

Poor customer service and totally disorganized employees. Post office never operational early as supposed; post worker always coming in late and no explanation from owner. Can't do business like this in the 21st century. Disappointing!

I have no idea what other reciews are talking about but my experience with this office has bern no less than amazing so far. They are nice, kind and amazingly helpfull. Canada post has its own issues but this office is not one of them.

The worker called "Leona" was terrible. She had wrong information, and insisted on it even after it was pointed out. It would be OK if she could have learned from her failure, but she was very rude. I never use this Canada Post again.

This post office is the worst in Canada I suppose. Because there is nobody worked during their work time. I don’t think they should go out for lunch at 4pm. They should correct it go out for dinner may be come back tomorrow.

It's too bad that many have had bad experiences here, I come often and have only had good experiences! There are a few spots in front to park for a few minutes but at busy times they are a bit difficult to snag.

Please update your business hours in the website. It says you will close at 9pm on weekdays, when I came in at 8 you are already closed! There is not even a phone number on your site where we can confirm!

Always get fantastic service from the staff at this post office. They are super kind and have a great sense of humor despite how busy things can get. I'm glad its the one closest to my apartment.

Absolute trash. The mailman was able to access our postal box and leave a "missed delivery" slip which said the closing hours for saturday were 18:00, but in reality the closing hours were 16:00.

Post man buzzed but when I haded down to get it he left a post saying pick up tomorrow past 1. I stayed home to get the mail today , what a waste. No paperwork filled out on the card.

Other then sometimes a bit of a wait I find the staff working at this post to be super polite compared to other locations in the city where lines are huge, and staff is rude AF

Had a money order to cash. (To-date, Canada Post is the only place I have cashed money orders.) Employee at this location told me that Canada Post does not cash money orders.
