Les horaires ont changé sans avertissement (fermé a 17h alors que sur google; 18h, et leur site 21h!). On arrive a 16h55 pour se casser le nez; car c est fermé! En plus, la veille d un long week end (vive pacques en confinement!)! En terminant le travail a 16h au centre ville, je vois pas comment je peux être là avant 17h... Alors oui je comprends qu on veuille partir vite en week end, mais je ne pense pas qu on soit a 5mn prêt, et si c est la cas; 17h c est pas 16h55! Ces 5mn me coûte 4 jours... Alors oui c est qu un colis, mais en attendant on est rendu dans un système ou TOUT va passer par de la livraison, ou il faut limiter les déplacements et les contactes avec autruis... Ben en attendant je me suis deplacée pour rien, je suis rentrée en contact avec du monde pour rien, et il va falloir que j attende 4 jours de plus pour avoir mon colis, et tout ca si mardi j arrive a finir a l heure PILE pour pouvoir foncer au bureau de poste, qui fermera a 17h... Ou peut être 16h50! Un ange gardien fatigué de sa course...

Worst canada post office. Was closed at 16:55 on a Thursday, just before easter holiday. canada post delivery notice said it was closing at 21:00, on the door of the outlet it said 18:00. Considering how important parcel delivery is right now, this is unacceptable. They Can’t event write proper operating hour on the door. There was no notice anywhere stating the early closure. Even when i manage to get in there, it is always a big mess: it’s dirty and employees always seems lost. Avoid this post office, save your time and go to the post office nearby on Fairmount, it’s further from my house but so much more efficient.

I went here to ship a package recently. The lady at the counter was very nice, and walked me though exactly what envelopes I would need and how much postage would cost. She also told me to take a photo of the completed package with the tracking number, which is something I am now going to make a habit of. A lot of the lower reviews seem to mention things that aren't the post offices fault, but more the fault of canada post as a whole. Its a very small kiosque, so I can imagine it becoming swamped when many people are looking for service. Despite them being busy they made time to help me. A very nice place.

I quite like the staff here, especially the Canada Post Lady. She's great. The staff at the front are nice too. It can be quite slow, but that seems to always be the fault of certain patrons coming in with ridiculously-complicated parcels to mail in silly ways, not the fault of the staff.

Une personne préposée au bureau de poste. Un client qui tient à poster environ 25 lettres dont les timbres sont imprimés un par un. Résultats attente de 35 minutes. Merci poste canada! J’aimerais que les colis soient livrés dans un autre commerce. Dépanneur par exemple.

First the hours listed on the post slip to pick up a package are wrong and say it’s open till 9 when it’s 8. Went a first time at 830 and it was closed. Today I went at 730pm and the person working at the Canada post station had left early.

The hours change randomly and often, on top of that it’s very inconvenient that it’s closed the whole day on Saturdays, tough to pick up your package on the weekend.

The lady there told me that add 2 extra dollars, my mail can be received within 2 days but the second day my tracking number shows no processing at all.
