I usually love going to this canada post. The regular staff member there, is a really nice lady. Very fast and efficient. Last time I went she was busy and the lady I got was slacking off, talking to friends who had come by to have mail sent off. She was so distracted she messed up my amazon return, gave me the wrong tracking number/receipt, so I have no idea when my package is going to be returned.

I love coming to this location! Recently started up a small business so I visit this location roughly once every 1-2 weeks with a few packages. Super friendly staff and they're very patient but also work very quickly. Anjna is always so friendly and makes my experience great every time. Thanks to everyone for working hard through this pandemic, it's very appreciated :)

The lady working here is so nice and helpful. Even the line up was long when I was there, she gently took care of each customer (no rush AT ALL) to make sure things correctly and cost saving. There was only her, so it made sense if you have to wait a bit in line. I believe people who are friendly with children and elderly have good heart, and it’s her!

There is a woman at this location that really needs an attitude check. Without provocation she is gruff in her tone and unfriendly. You are lucky to have a job. If you reported to me I would fire you. Learn some common courtesy skills and consider greeting someone with hello before you start your "barking".

Not sure if the clerk forgot but I was put on hold over a phone for over half an hour with zero response. Apparently the store closed while I was on hold. Didn't even bother telling me they were closing. I was still on hold when I went on google to see that they had closed.

Very helpful staff! I use this location to send gift packaging to my relatives out side Canada and sometimes I need to add stuff or take away stuff from the parcel before sending it to check the delivery cost. I have to say that the employee was very patient and helpful.

There is this lady that’s so rude and literally talks to employees while I’m on the phone, I called from 3:35 to 4:00 being left on hold at August 30 whoever was it get her fired, this is the last time I will pick up at this location

The staff on shift tonight is an angle. She helped me with my parcel despite the after work hour. Its a pity that I was in a hurry and forgot to ask her name. Just want to give a shout out to her here for being so helpful.

I was assisted at canada post by Anjna who was very helpful and answered all my questions which I really appreciate. Anjna seemed happy to help and i had alot on my plate so i can say that made things alot easier for me

looks like they don’t work for advertise schedule. I came 15 minutes before closing time and they were already gone. Printed sign on the counter clearly said they should be open at the time.

Slowest service ever! Never feel bad or apologise. When I say slow its all day all week long, at anytime, and major lack of training employees and professionalism!

The lady behind the counter is very unhelpful,very dissatisfied with my experience with this location and Canada Post all together..no customer service skills

Most of the staff are very nice and often have stickers for kids. A few individuals, not so much. Can be extremely slow at times.

I went to pick up my post at 4pm on saturday and it was just finished their service, which the website shows they close at 5pm.

I paid double money to get faster shipping they said 3 to 5 days to get it but 21 days still don’t arrive my package, terrible

The delivery personnel keeps mixing the numbers 2 and 3. I guess it make sense if they think 2 is just 3 missing a line.

I dont know why there are usually only one guy on the regualr business day. And she service one person for half hour.

Nice staff is working there. Can be unexpectedly closed from time to time. But no blame.

CANADA POST: The ladies at the front were very sweet and helpful. And saved my 20$
