Staff at this location are incompetent beyond all recognition. I asked for a package of documents to be sent as oversized letter mail. They took out a measuring device and there was a slight bump in the middle of my package that required the staff to slightly push it through their measuring device. They told me I had to send it as a $18 package instead of $3.19 oversized letter mail because they had to "push" it through the measuring device. Never had this problem at any canada post before. Every other canada post I've been to pushes the package through the exact same measuring device and then ships it as oversized letter mail. Do yourself a favor. Go to a different canada post or go somewhere else all together. Don't get ripped out by these incompetent employees.

This place lost my immigration paperwork. Like, seriously. And when I went in to express concern and beg them to look for it they refused. I'll never understand why. Totally screwed me. Honestly, I don't even know why I'm writing this review, it won't change anything. The staff are not friendly or helpful, but that's not required for postal service. I can see the back room is totally unorganized. Whenever I go to get a package they take a decent amount of time trying to find it. Even if it arrived that day. If someone reads this message and revamps their storage, please look for my paperwork! haha

When I'm there, they're fine. But when I need to phone them about something, they're TERRIBLE AT ANSWERING THEIR PHONES. I've tried 3 days to call them, repeatedly and at different times. It's very frustrating.. I probably won't get my parcel because of this. They either just never pick up their phone (no voicemail, it just rings out), or sometimes it's busy, meaning that they do actually pick up the phone once in a blue moon, just not for me.

First time coming here, there is a free 45 min parking lot located around the corner. This outlet is really small going in. I didn't have any problems getting my parcel, however the one thing I didn't like is, it smelled like there was some whino that made his way in there, it really wreaked of urine and booze. I don't know if it's because of the old building or they had old out of date stuff left rotting somewhere. It just smells bad.

Complete incompetence. Their hours of operation are different on their card then their actual hours. They lost the package, then found it again, then had a processing error and it was still late even after they updated their expected date. Lastly when I said as an option to leave at the front door it was delivered directly to the post office for pick up. No wonder the mail system is dying. Canada post will always be the last option.

I’m here once a month, Sometimes more. If there’s a lineup it moves quickly. I’ve never experienced Poor service here, I’ve always been in and out in less than 10 minutes. When you go to the post office. Ensure that your package is properly packaged, Labelled correctly and know how you want to mail it. I.e. express or normal delivery it’s really not that complicated. It’s conveniently located if you live in the neighborhood.

Always lacklustre-today last straw. Walked several blocks with a small parcel to send to the U.S. Left top of box open as I wasn't sure if customs paper work need go inside. I was told this was a problem and that I'd have to buy a roll of tape. Not a chance, not for the 7.5" of tape I would need. How this place meets Canada Post standards is beyond me, they must be minimal. Mediocrity at its finest. Never again..

Convenient and not busy, but the owner sticks his nose in all sorts of places it doesn't belong, he came to look at my ID and home address when he was not part of my transaction, and required me to sign a blank piece of paper which seems sketchy beyond belief. The owner instructed all their staff not serve me, even after putting my bike outside like he DEMANDED, not asked. Would not recommend.

Been coming to this place for some time as it is convenient and close to work, but honestly feel bothered every time I walk out. Just as most people have described, very unpleasant staff with absolutely no motivation to help you or very much knowledge of the products they sell. And no, usually I am not waiting in line nor are there many other people to help at the time.

This place is the worst. Multiple parcels I've sent with tracking numbers and the number never works and most recently they lost my parcel, and the tracking number they gave doesn't exist nor does it have the proper sequence of letters and numbers. I go in to ask what's going on and all they can say is "I dont know" Less than helpful. 1 star is too many

I found then quick and no hold ups. However , last time I went I was give. a high price thinking it was the only option. Found out later they charges me the most expensive shipping option when I only needed it to go ground not expedit. They should be more clear on other shipping options without assuming and picking for me.

Not a government Post office. Not anything "Italy" either. A franchise run by a Chinese couple as if it were some convenience store. Rude, zero customer skills, and, besides - incompetent. Go somewhere else. If the owners are reading this, - my congratulations - you have lost another customer.

Quick service and good precautions in place (PPE, hand sanitizer & clear floor markings). However, outside is another story. There were no markings on the side walk as one waits to be able to go in. But I applaud them for having more staff to help speed up the service.

Had to stop in twice in one day. Not the friendliest staff, but quick and efficient when picking up parcels or mailing letters. What else do you need from a post office? [edit: they don't answer their phones, which is also kind of essential. One more star gone!]

Theyve always been quick, fast and reliable. I certainly hope none of the criticism is related to their ethnicity..? Though Im sure some is valid too. theyve always been prompt and thorough when it comes to every mailing or receiving ive done there.

The people that run this postal outlet are really nice. I think the people that wrote negative reviews were just venting after having to wait in line or something. They do a great job servicing the area of Commercial Drive. Keep up the great work!

Never had a problem with them and have been going there for years. Never lost a single package. Not super friendly or relatable but they are efficient and hard working. Everything you need and nothing you don't from a post office.

I just realized I could of save 100$ if I would of buy the prepaid express boxes . So mad at myself and staff for not suggesting. I don’t work there. Don’t take advantage of people …

Wouldn't release business mail with proper identification and a letter from the business owner. In turn mail was unable to be received. Will be reporting to Canada Post and BBB

It’s convenient to have this small post office in the hood. Staff gets the job done. Service is passable. Better than some other post offices I’ve dealt with.

Small space, but does the job. Can get cramped at times. Fast service. Try to find free parking in side streets and the park behind its block

Straight to the point here. Quick and efficient staff. Regular customer here and they are always polite. Can get busy at times.

Been going here for 5 years receiving and sending packages frequently. Never had a problem and the staff are always friendly.
