We attended this shop today around 4PM. The only worker there was a lady (with a lot of tattoos and brown hair). We asked a few questions as we wanted to buy a three canvas for our new house. She sent us to read the web page after to ask for a small size of it. She looked and talked to us in a very arrogant way. She has not even say hello when we arrived. She was talking over the phone and typing in the computer pretending no one was there. Even like that we understood, maybe she was busy and with lack of employees we know it is not easy sometimes. We spent $350 after all, we said thank you and goodbye. She just looked at us in a very disgusting way and did not replay. I hope she learns how to treat people despite of how they look like. They might be contributing to your business, even if they don’t buy anything. We won’t come back to this place again! It is a shame because we loved its products and we like to spend money for these things.

Ironic how you try to support small business but it then causes more headaches? Attended this shop and purchased a few items and was then charged the incorrect amount. No problem just refund the difference? Nope can't be done cause the staff at the shop have had their access removed cause the owner doesn't trust his staff members. No worries will someone call me to process it? Not a chance! Had to then chase it up and ask for a refund that should of been done in store over 10 days ago. Don't waste your money here and buy online!

Some decor items had blemishes/scratches so double check before heading to the till as once they have your money, good luck getting it back. They do not offer refunds and quality control is poor. I purchased a rug in which a corner had been peeled from the backing and the exchange process was unnecessarily difficult. The new shop attendant was lovely.

Had a job interview here, worked all day and wasn't paid for it. They also wanted me to make an ABN (so they don't need to pay taxes) and be a personal contractor for a retail store with set closing and opening times. An absolute scam and fishy company. Don't give them your money.

Had the best experience shopping at Canvas, the young lady that served me was so lovely and knowledgeable in interior design which helped me make my final decision on what to buy and how to finish off my newly renovated home. This store is an all in one, will be back !
