Big NO. (Pathetic experience)This is the worst hotel I've ever been to, never expected service like this, then dint gave me waterbottle, soap, towel all such things. Water was not coming in washroom in the middle of bath when I called to reception for 12 times nobody answered the call. Unfortunately I went to reception and after 15 mins they solved the problem, rooms were unhygienic, bedsheets were stained with oil, dustbin and washroom were dirty, handwash jar was broken while washing hands the jar fell on me. Service is very poor, a big no to this hotel Well they didn't even gave us the key to lock the room.

These guys dont provide towel, bath rug, water bottle. The room was un hygienic, shower tap was not working. I was told to pay extra. I told them to arrange water bottle they said we can't arrange. Not only me, whatever guest I saw at the reception they also told the same. As per hospitality SOP they aren't good and they are talking to us in an inappropriate manner and was also their attitude. When a customer is paying the amount that is being asked they expect the customer service also. Not a good experience

I have booked the hotel at the low prices and when My mother and sister reached the property at night they say that you have to pay extra charges that they take on the name of room upgradation but no upgradation is their they apply charges that show in my oyo account as well but when I contacted oyo service they deducted the extra amount for 3 times but the 4th time as well they say you have to pay otherwise they will not give u the room u can do whatever you wanna do

The guy at the reception didn't allow me to check in since the price that i paid through OYO was too less so asked me to pay 200 rupees extra. after that i didn't get much help from the oyo support staff even after being on the call for like an hour. the room was clean but the hotel staff is a bit cranky. you literally had to ask him 5-6 times for extra blanket, towel, soap etc. also there is no landline in the room you only have to go to the reception for any help.

Oyo is fraud and thief. My first experience very bad, Oyo confirmed me for room in a hotel but when I reached in hotel then hotel manager said that we don't know Oyo and if u need room then give money. i contacted with Oyo coustomer care they put my call on hold and saying we have no option.My money not refunded me.In one hour 5-6coustomers came there like me. Please no body deal with Oyo, oyo company is thief and fraud

DON'T GO ON THIS HOTEL BY SEEING THE PRICE ON OYO,AGODA OR ANY ANOTHER HOTEL BOOKING APP . what they did is , list a lower price on this apps , and when you book the hotel and reach there , they will cancel the booking and ask you a higher price . this is a kind of cheating . ( THE ROOMS ARE OVERALL GOOD )

No lift or elevator to hotel reception and rooms even these are on 2nd floor of the building

The hotel is actually co-located with a workshop, exteriors don't look so great. For the price of 500 the room was pretty clean and basic, couldn't ask for more. However, there's no lift to get to the hotel. Even reception is on second floor and unlucky if you get room on higher floors. There's no help to get your luggage up even.

For 500 bucks, its a palace actually. However, few things to note... there's no lift or escalator and reception is on 2nd floor....adds to agony if u get a room on 3rd floor. Room is Pretty basic and neat, can't say the same about the entire property..its like a garage.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was amazing, they were friendly and helpful during my entire stay. I had an awesome room with everything I needed, the bed was king size and the washroom was clean and hygienic. The amenities like ac, tv, wifi, and parking made my experience even better.

I was looking for a hotel near the Pira-gari metro station and found this one. I was a little skeptical at first because of the price but it turned out to be worth it. The room was clean and had all the amenities that I needed. The staff were helpful and even helped me find my way around the city.

I stayed at the hotel last night and the staff was good and polite, and the room was neat and cleaned with all amenities available on this property such as Air Conditioning, and Power Back-Up. The bed was comfortable. too. The price was budget-friendly and room service was also good.

I would recommend staying at the hotel. The room was nice and there was free WiFi. I didn't see any issues with the room number/location and it was easy to find as well. The only issue we had were some extra charges that weren't disclosed ahead of time which we found a bit shady.

All things r best but the issue is on payment . That payment which oyo seen on that app they were not accepting .They charged me more 900 for this room . So me trust form oyo is faid away so srry I'm uninstalling the app also …

I booked a classic room for 2 guests . Once I reached the hotel reception at 22:30 , they say the room is booked for only 1 guest and I need to pay extra to get accommodation for the other person. This is totally unacceptable.

This hotel will charge extra money except Oyo booking amount during the time of check-in.........and If you are checking early then they do not follow the rule of 30% extra charge......early check-in charge is different.

Hotel location was osm everything is awsm. But in app the amount was 932 they charged 1157 from me. Blanket was very dirty its a matter of hygiene.

Hotel manager claims with me extra charges but Oyo shows different and low charges staff behaviour didn't good or hotel room has not been clean

The receptionist asked me for extra money althought I have made full payment. Now I will have to go to consumer court to refund back my money.
