"Wow amazed to have found this place while strolling through"
This place has blaring Lebanese music and was very busy. There are some tables outside. The place itself looks old, but it looks busier than other ice cream places nearby so decided to try despite rating isn’t that high. There were like double choices of flavours than most ice cream places, literally like 4 different freezers. It’s nice too that they put the sorbet flavours in one separate section. Most bad reviews is about customer service and I could see why, the staff were quite unfriendly, no smile or anything, they don’t like they are happy to work there . Tried their Irish cream and chocolate chips, also their fig and both are very nice, doesn’t feel heavy either so that was nice as a dessert after a meal. Very happy overall and will come back despite service wasnt friendly. So many flavours to try! And no, you wouldn’t feel like asking for a taste because they are looking grumpy .
In the realm of Melbourne's gelato, this spot stands out not just for its affordability but also for its exceptional flavors. The Burnt Fig gelato was a revelation, a perfect blend of sweet and smoky notes that set it apart. What makes this gelato joint a gem is its affordability without compromising on quality. The variety of flavors caters to every taste bud, making it a go-to for those seeking a delectable treat without breaking the bank. A scoop of burnt fig gelato here isn't just a delightful experience; it's an affordable indulgence in the vibrant world of Melbourne's gelato offerings.

Have no details on the contents of the ice cream and when asked to try, was told you can only try one which isnt even mentioned anywhere in this shop. I am not surprised with all the comments of the staff service which happened to me as well. never visiting again. Dont be rude to customers and cant wait for the frozen yogurt place to open next doors to you.

I worked here over the summer of 2012/2013 and the owner would only hired young (17-20 y/o) girls... He was extremely inappropriate with not just me but other girls too!! From the look of recent online photos, it doesn't look like ownership has changed. Wish I had the confidence back then to speak up about his misconduct as it has negatively effected me since. This guy should not be allowed to continue running such a business.
Wow amazed to have found this place while strolling through. Nice flavour selections over 50+ atleast I guess... I tried a Blueberry Gelato with Choc nut waffle and felt simply amazing.. My friend also liked his Triple flavour cone with 3 scoops of gelato. will try to drop by again once I’m in the neighbourhood …
Terrible place, wish I could give it zero stars. Not sure how this place has a sign that says voted number 1 ice cream. Picture in the review shows a block of ice in the ice-cream. The ice cream isn't great. Really unfriendly service. If you walk further down the road there are three more ice-cream shops. Avoid this one at all costs
Decided to check this place out. Great range of flavours to choose from as well as the way it's served (in a cup, cone or waffle cone). Icecream was tasty and not too sweet (for me). Waffle cone was crispy. Gpod service. Poplar place with the amount of people in there whe I was there. Good location along popular shopping strip.
It is located near to the sea front. The ice cream taste is astonishing, it is home made. Vegetarian friendly. There is a clear menu for Halal and non-halal. You can get your ice cream and go to the park just in front of it or sit in the seats they have.
Very patient friendly staff. Wide variety of flavours to choose from. Must try the pomegranate gelato its amazing!!!

I’m always scared to walk into ice cream shops… they tend to vary from expensive to super expensive! But I’m really impressed! Ice cream for the boy and thick shake for me total of $15! Tastes great too! Limoncello thick shake…. Highly recommended
Ice creams was OK, but the service is atrocious. The 2 people who served us today were very unfriendly and had no interest in providing any customer service. Seems that people go there for the lack of a better place. Never returning again.
Well worth a visit. Both the young + "young at heart" will enjoy icecream from here. Many different flavours, and our whole family loved our icecreams. Perfect way to end a family get-together /outing when in Williamstown.
The ice cream is wonderful, but customer service was terrible. Guy serving was so aggressively pushy that it ended in a wrong order and borderline panic attack. Not sure if that's the standard, I hope it isn't.
Indispensable for hot summer days, ice cream. It's nice that they offer a lot of options, especially the vegan option. It's a bit more sugary than the hazelnut ice cream I've tried before, but it's still good.
Had the best ice cream in Melbourne today. This place definitely needs a visit if you are in the surrounding. The Pistachio ice cream is a Hero, I will say. Thank you for making our day guys!
Ice cream is 4/5 stars but workers were a fat 0! They were rude and didn't smile or have in any interest in being there. Never returning as I dont want to support a business that like.
Average quality product sold by unpolite, grumpy, and rude staff. Would rather get a Macca's soft-serve next time.

Had to throw my cookie and dough choc chip ice cream. Within seconds it started to melt, although it was not a hot evening at all. Very disappointing. Couldn't enjoy
Extremely rude and unfriendly service. Staff had no interest in serving me, made me feel like I was interrupting their day. Will never return.
Love the price, flavour selection and taste. Really great quality ice cream and a lot of nondairy options for vegans and food allergies
Quite busy! Ice cream is sweet, but well priced for the size. Kids scoop $3.50, double kids $6.50. Double waffle was $7.
Very generous portions and very tasty ice cream. Nice park right across it with the sea view. Definitely will recommend
Amazed to find this tiny shop with so many flavours! I had the cookie and cream in a baby scoop and it’s delicious!
The ice cream tasted very delicious, there were so many tasty-looking flavours I couldnt decide which ones to have!
Super sweet ice cream, but delicious nonetheless. The waffle cones also perfectly sweet and crunchy too.
The lady in the scarf was rude, really rude. Ice cream is so so…
Outstanding ice cream pistachio is very delicious
So many choices and each tasted unique!
this place gave me a allergic reaction
