Had an unfortunate experience yesterday (11 Jan) where the entire two scoops in a waffle cone ($7.50) fell out and landed on the concrete from the first lick. It was improperly prepared by the person as the first scoop was not pushed into the cone deep enough by the probably inexperienced person (they use single cone waffle for 2 scoops, I know for a fact that 7 Apples ice cream in St Kilda use a bigger size waffle when you ask for 2 scoops, which would help make it easier to prepare the ice cream cone and set the foundation for a good ice cream cone). I went back inside and explained the situation and asked for a replacement (I was suggested by an older couple sitting outside on the bench to ask for a replacement), was told by the older lady (assume manager or owner) that sorry you will have to pay for that. I still had the waffle cone in my hand, I said nope that ain't happening and threw the waffle cone in the bin in disgust. For the sake of two miserly scoops of ice cream, the $200+ I usually spend every year during summer will be going somewhere else. PS this shop has great ice cream and flavours, no problem here. This particular time, I got pistachio and salted caramel which I was so disappointed not being able to enjoy it

Probably the worst service ever, the girl who was serving tonight had the worst attitude. She was mid way servicing a customer, the customer was giving her the order but she couldn’t hear the customer told the customer to “well then speak up then” in the most condescending tone. Everyone in the line heard how she spoke. I hope the girl is okay!! Would rather get ice cream from Coles than to come get disrespected by your employees…. Joke of an establishment.

The shake was really expensive. There was just ice and golden circle juice in that. Menu says it contains variety of fruits. But, that doesn’t. Really disappointed with that. Taste was like frozen drink. Paid $7.50 each. I was said mango shake contains mango pulp and bits of mango and the berry shake contains raspberries, strawberries and some other berries. But, both shake contains just golden circle juice and too much ice. I would never order a shake here again.

This store is clean and staff are friendly, went for dinner and got icecream, this is the best tasting icecream, tried many but none have the original flavour like this store. The rum and raison really has the flavour of rum and sooo good.

Most ridiculous ice cream shop I have been too. Asked to taste a flavour but apparently they ran out of spoons that were sitting right in front of me. Asked for a 2 scoop and both scoops together wasn't even the size of one scoop. Absolutely rude disgusting service with attitude. Don't blame the customer if you don't like your job! If I could give this place a no star that's exactly what you deserve!!!

The ice cream and prices aren't too bad and convenient location but who doesn't accept any form of card payment these days? Conveniently there is an ATM that will give you some cash for $2.50 in the shop so prepare to add that to your costs. If like me you rarely carry cash anymore this was fustrating. Have mentioned this to owner a couple of times but they didn't seem bothered.

Never in my life have I ever seen such small servings of icecream for a large price, 7.50 for a double scoop which was the deflating size of one golf ball all together. The same size of less than one scoop at other icecream shops. I thought the lady was joking when she handed me the ice cream I almost laughed but instead cried inside

Delicious ice cream and lovely service. Large variety of flavours, including some unusual flavours like taro and black sesame. Lovely tart lemon gelato and crunchy waffle cones. Only downside is this place is cash only, although they do have an atm in the shop you can use for a $2.50 transaction fee.

Don’t let taste testing, last time got tiramisu and it tasted like flower and water, Iced coffee was out of a bottle and absolutely sucked, doesn’t know how to freshly make iced coffee avoid at all costs go Williamstown

Nothing better than poping in here and getting a waffle cone of rum and raisen before having a wander down the pier. They have an ATM so when you see the No EFPOS sign behind the counter, don't fret, or do a lap of the block looking for one. Happily recommend and return.

Apparently the hazelnut flavour is meant to be a glue consistency. It was disgusting. The fact that my entire scoop was the film of the ice-cream tub stored in a way that is not air tight was not even acknowledged. Waste of money and very disappointing

I got really excited that I found a place with a larger vegan ice cream/sorbet selection after my long day, but gee the flavours were quite bad. The forest berry one I just took off my cone and chucked straight into the bin, the banana

Not over priced which is good considering these types of business. All flavours we had were fresh and tasted great. Eft available, which wasn't last summer, they had an atm in the shop. Great end to a grear summers day!

Do not go here. Take your money elsewhere. The passion fruit flavour tastes like plastic. The vanilla flavour was also fake tasting. Terrible service. That and the $2.50 fee to get cash out to pay as it was cash only.

Ordered 3 kid ice creams and they charged me for 3 singles, and started shouting when I told them we asked for kiddies. Decided it was better to just pay before they owner gets a heart attack over 50 cents.

Amy was so amazing! I couldn't decide between a few flavours, so she mixed and matched a franken-icecream for me - it was a work of art that put Da Vinci to shame (deserves a massive raise!) …

OK. Has ice-cream. Not anything spectacular. Ok for the kids on a hot day, but nothing that I would go out of my way for. Shop is tatty and could do with a good scrub in my opinion.

perfect location and icecream! the icecream is always cold and amazing on a hot day. the fish and chip shop is also very popular and all staff are wonderful 10/10 :)

Great ice cream and lovely staff, be nice to them they put up with a lot of sh*t from people. They need to ditch the plastic spoons and get some wooden ones.

Best ice cream around. It does get super busy on hot day's especially because it's on the beach but the wait is worth it. It's my treat after training.

Just moved here and recently discovered this place, icecream was amazing and spoilt for choice can't wait to go back and try more flavours …

Must try Macadamia ice cream if you are not allergic to nuts. They have heaps of flavors to choose. Must try if you are in Altona
