My wife and now have used Jim's services to acquire four new cars over the past 12 years. Like others have mentioned, the fee is well worth the time saved having to research cars, negotiate with dealers, return old cars and then pick up the new one. He takes care of everything, including negotiation, applying whatever discounts he can find, taking care of getting new license plates (and getting refunds for old ones), delivering the new car, and taking the old leased car back. On one occasion, we didn't have to pay him a fee because we were willing to get an older model of a car (and presumably the dealer paid him to make the deal). Most recently, we informed him that we would not be replacing our second car with a new leased vehicle. Not only did he arrange to make sure we weren't hassled with returning it to the dealer, he was able to find someone to buy out the lease from the dealer , resulting in us receiving a decent size cheque in return! Totally unexpected and if I had not got him involved with this, we would have received nothing. If you have an idea of what car you want, and want to rid yourself of all the time it takes in the car buying or leasing process, definitely definitely definitely use Jim and his company's services. It is probably some of the best money we've spent on anything!!
